Terrible service. Waiting for 2days but still do not receive my stuff. This made me extremely unsatisfied.

Tried to find an office location , drove to their address listed on Google only to find out that they have NO office. Called the number only to find out they are a franchise that has all calls rerouted to their call center in NY and that you can't talk to anyone directly in the state you are calling from until THEIR manager from there calls you!? I went elsewhere, makes you wonder how many others have also

I've used Lazy Bones for the past two years without many issues, but this year their customer service was terrible. I went over a week without hearing anything from them after I emailed and called their office many times. Their operator was rude and did not apologize for their lack of communication. Will not be using their services again

Lazybones had great customer service and movers. The customer service lady was extremely help and helped ease my concern. The moving guys were in and out in 15 minutes. We were extremely happy with the service.

Did a great job with our move out in May and move in August. Drivers were careful and friendly. My son also used the laundry service the past year and plan on using again this year. From the families & friends we know, they are a company that seem to care about their customers. We definitely recommend.

I stored here for three times. It was all good until I need them to ship my storage. I asked for the tracking number for the shipment but they keep telling me they have to contact the manager for that and I got no message for three days. So I asked them when one of my shipment would arrive and they told me they’ve called me several times and nobody answered like it’s my fault. In fact, I had only one unanswered call and I’m not even sure it’s from them. All in all, good choice if you do not need to contact them but if you do, be prepared to wait for days. Not good customer service. Update: they said they send me a wrong email, which still should not have happened.
