Every other washing machine and dryer was out of order but only a couple were marked. Needless to say, I lost a few bucks and a lot of patience on the various broken machines.

It's cold inside. Feels like a morgue. I lost money in the machines because the machines weren't working. Tried to call the emergency number. The phone rang inside the building with no one to answer the phone. So much for "emergency number".

It’s currently the only laundry mat open in Monona. And half the washers and dryers don’t work ever then on top of that they’re coin machine hardly works. It’s always dirty never clean. With all the customers you guys get can’t you fix the the broken stuff? Get it together!

When I first found this laundromat I was happy but it didn't last long!! I was looking for a new laundromat because of people stealing my clothes!

Would be zero stars if I could go that low. I’ve lost about $5-6 in the machines in the past 2 weeks, which wouldn’t be so bad, but the machines are not repaired even when there is a sign on them. Nor does anyone answer the phone number provided online and you can’t leave a message. To the owner: You AREN’T the only game in town. There are also less expensive places to go.

My regular laundry joint for over a year cause I lived right across the way on Femrite. I don't miss it. A lot of machines will be out of order at the same time for a long time, which is irritating since it gets packed on the weekends. You pretty much have to check each machine to see if it works before you use it because once you lose money you won't be able to get it back. There's an emergency # to call but it just goes to the phone in the office. Don't waste your time leaving a message or note on the door cause nobody will get back to you. The owner is a crook scam artist. The change machines don't always work so come with extra quarters. There's an older gentleman he does the upkeep and he does a pretty good job but the tightwad owner cuts his hours back so he can only do so much. Otherwise it's nice cause you can throw laundry in and got 2 bars you can walk to for a drink and a bite while you wait. It's not too terrible if you go when it's not busy plus you can get wifi from Towers Inn bar.

When the machines are working this place is great as far as low cost washing and drying and the choice of multiple size washers, also there is free wi-fi and a car wash connected. I've used this laundry center at least once a week for the past year and I've finally decided to find a different one because 50% of the machines are usually out of order (no exaggeration), and there has been too many times where I was the unlucky one to find out a machine doesn't work AFTER I've inserted my money and laundry liquids. Too much wasted money on my part.

Came here to wash my dog's bed after she recovered from a bad, and very disgusting, sinus infection. Firstly, the large capacity (30#) washer didn't wash all the green snot off of it. Secondly, the dryer only succeeded in burning the bed, tearing a hole it, and never actually dried it!

We chose to come here mainly because of location being close, upon walking in it is apparent that nobody has cleaned this place in quite a while. Floors, tables, walls and windows are all filthy, and most of the chairs are destroyed. Secondly, the coin machine was broken which resulted in us having to go to the nearest gas station to get change. There is WiFi but unlike other laundromats, there is no tv. I have found other places a much better choice and will be going elsewhere.

This is the second time ive been here .It is disgusting..Trash and spills everywhere..Half the machines do not work and lost money. Will not be returning. Very disappointing! Side note: Would be a great place if it stayed clean and machines worked.

The laundry center has a great selection of washers & dryers. Allows you to get your clothes done quickly. Somewhat pricy at $1.75 per wash, but $0.75 will dry almost anything.
