I've used both Klinke locations in Waukesha for over 10 years. I've never had an issue with lost items or problems with my orders. It's pretty amazing actually. I don't know if there are any other service providers I can say that about! That's why I've used them for over 10 years.

Very disappointed in the service, I had a $10 of coupon for 6 items and could not use for what ever reason. Alecia the employee had no clue how to use the coupon. She thought she made it right by offering me 20% off but obviously it was less off than my current coupon. I hope this location can get it right next time!

Excellent and courteous service is the benchmark of Klinke Cleaners and the Waukesha location on Sunset Drive is exceptional at providing exactly that. They always have a smile on their face at this location and my cleaning is always completed on time as well. I also appreciate the coupons that are emailed to me that help me save money on cleaning at Klinke's. I would highly recommend Klinke to everyone.

I am looking for a new dry cleaner here in Waukesha and was thinking about this location, however in the back an employee was smoking with the door wide open behind her the whole time! I could see clothing was hanging very close to the door and felt badly for whosoever laundry that was.

This is the most expensive place I have ever had service my dry cleaning. I have only gone twice and will not return. The last time I asked for their pricing and the girl behind the counter said that they will not give it out. With the order I just picked up all of my shirts are wrinkled and they destroyed my suit jacket with a note that said they did the best they could to repair it..... They have to have paid for all of these 5 star reviews there is no way it is legit.

Klinke's is a very great place to go if you want your clothes dry cleaned quickly and with expertise. Drop off and pick up are painless, they do a great job, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to have your clothes professionally cleaned. I would definitely recommend Klinke's to anyone who asks.

Disappointed that the customer ahead of me was new and the cashier simply waited the 3 or 4 minutes watching him fill out paperwork, rather than get my shirts for me I was there to pick up.

The newer Waukesha location on Sunset Dr sux! For some reason I had to pay upfront for my comforter to be dry cleaned but whatever I needed it done as cold weather is quickly approaching. Dropped it off on Wednesday & was told it will be done Saturday after 4:00. Saturday at 4 I go to pick it up & now I’m told they said it would be ready Monday after 4. Not sure if she forgot it says on my receipt promised day/time but once I reminded her she quickly threw someone else under the bus for it not being done and I needed to talk with this other person on Monday. I might not have been upset had they not try to first act like I was the one that had the wrong day, then toss the blame to someone who was off that day who “just didn’t get to it yet.” Oh well, plenty of other dry cleaners in the area so will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Always friendly, helpful and service well done. The sponge hanger covers the use help avoid the shoulder bumps in plus size shirts. Quick and kind responses for any help requested. Pleasure to go there!! Would like to see more coupons for wash & press shirts savings!

I would not suggest taking important items here. I brought in a very formal dress with one stain on it. They ran it through once and it looked exactly the same. They did it again and it still looked exactly the same. Very disappointing.

I have been a loyal Klinke customer for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with their service. Betsy, the girl at the Sunset store, seems to go above and beyond to accommodate me. My clothes come back clean, well pressed and in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dry cleaner

I always have a great experience here. The turn time is very fast and all of my items come out perfectly every time. I do quite a bit of dry cleaning so the value for my money is excellent as well. Be sure to try their alteration services! Super fast and professional.

I give 2 stars because of the price, however I'd gladly pay more to have my shirts done right. One of my shirts was missing a button and I asked for them to replace....I would pay for it too. I got my dress shirts back still Wrinkled and buttonless on the one they said they would repair. They are just convenient being in my neighborhood. I will just have to find a new dry cleaning service

Caught the E. Moreland location not applying coupons to order on two occasions and laundered a large order instead of dry cleaning as requested which ruined several pieces. Asked for the Manager and was told it was her last day? Can't trust them.
