My experience here was awful. When I took my clothes out of the washer machine, they were dripping wet. Then I had to dry my soaked clothes in the dryer. The dryer was broken so I had to move to a new one, and that one was broken. It's a good thing that only my washer machine at home was broken, not my dryer, because my clothes wouldn't be dry now. Again, awful.

Washed and dried a couple of loads of laundry, which I haven't done in like ages at a laundromat. It was good until I get my washer fixed or replaced.

What can I say, it's a self-serve laundromat. They have dry cleaning services available and usually have a person on duty here. Heavy duty washers are also available as well as dryers.

Had left an earlier review regarding the customer service. The owner has personally contacted me since and addressed the issue. The employee is no longer present, and have had no more issues since then.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me wash my down comforter and loaned me tennis balls for the drying process.

The staff lady today was obnoxious the entire time we were there, when we got there and a majority of the time the she had her two dogs in the building when there are signs stating no pets allowed and didn’t care that one or both would always be barking at something or when one went potty inside the premises. The floor is always disgusting. A majority of washers and dryers are and have been out of order for months. If it weren’t for the fact this is the only laundromat in the area we would not go here.
