The place is great value for money, especially with their large capacity machines! However, that being said it’s kinda ridiculous that I have to walk to the laundromat across the street at 8 in the morning to use the bathroom. Now I read a previous review explaining why the bathroom is locked and I understand that, but it is so easy to just have someome come in in the morning to open the bathroom and lock it up at night. I’ll come here again, but if this is a continuous thing i’ll take my business elsewhere. Edit: They left the bathroom open last time I visited at night. It's a great place to do laundrt

This place has out done itself this time, stating children aren’t allowed anymore is one thing, and it has been saidthay the owner had tossed out a womens things to get their point across about the no kids policy.. Was a good place until you turned it bogi..!!

The prices here are ridiculous. I don't know who spends so much to do laundry, but I definitely do not. I spend 10 to 13 dollars for 4 loads of laundry elsewhere. 4 loads here would cost me 30.00. Remarkable. Never going there again.

My wife sends me with our clothes to Jane, who does a nice job of washing and folding--not cheap, but how can you put a price on the occasional life/wife-saver? She's also easy to work with, absolutely trustworthy and always considerate of her customers. Tip: call ahead to confirm hours of operation for the wash and fold service (on the south wing of the bldg). It wasn't til I reached the door that I read the sign and realized I'd missed the 4:00 P.M. closing time on Thursdays.

This place is great. The owner is often working and is incredibly helpful. The place is clean. I have worked in customer service most my life. Service here is spectacular. Not what you would expect to find at a laundromat. This place is great for anyone especially anyone who needs assistance.

This is the best laundromat in Kenosha, owners are great place. The machines are big, new and well worth the money. They will have a drop off service open next door soon and it looks amazing already. I wish more owners were like these people. I stopped going to the other dump laundromats in town and started going here, that was the best move I made. Thanks again!

I brought in two queen size comforters using their new drop off service. The owners are very nice and knowledgeable. I mentioned that one had stains I did not expect to come out. Jane worked her magic and it looks like new! Your receipt has all the information printed on it--water temp, kind of detergent, etc. Highly recommend them!

Id give a 5 but they have their drying system so that you have to pay a dollar no matter what and it just seems like a sneaky way to capitalize on their profits.

Loved loved loved this laundromat! Our dryer broke and we were running out of clothes. My husband and I came in at 3am on a Saturday morning and no one was there. It was nice and quiet and we finished 5 loads of clothes in about an hour. Washed, dried and folded. Thank you so much for having a clean and efficient facility where everything worked. I just wished there was an atm there, because I had to run to the bank down the road because I didn't bring enough cash with me, and that the bathroom was unlocked. I am still giving it five stars because of how nice everything else was and we entertained ourselves with the free wifi, the TV, and especially the coin pusher machine!

The laundry mat is the worst place ever dont go there . Like ever. We did a normal load and their washer wouldn’t drain our clothes were soaked . Then we come back and find out they told us we weren’t welcome back because in their mind we tried to break their machine. They wouldn’t give us our money back.

Best 24 hour laundry! Beautiful new machines, clean, safe and well lit! Lots of surveillance cameras and no vagabonds hanging out. Had to come here at 11 pm to do laundry and was worried it would be unsafe. Just he contrary, everything is well lit and the owner was on site cleaning the place. Reading past reviews, they do not charge extra for hot water anymore. Cost is very reasonable, and there are lots of different size washers and dryers. Everything is new remodeled, and even a new floor will be installed soon. Definitely recommend! Nice place!!

So glad to have found this place where you can drop your laundry off to be washed and dried for a,small fee. We just moved, staying in a hotel with 3 kids waiting on finding a house to live. We try to keep them as active as possible and spending 3 to 4 hours in a laundromat sounds awful!

Great place! Little pricey but for the amount you can wash in the large washers it's worth it! The owner was super nice when my fiance and I weren't sure which washer would fit our clothes he pointed us in the right direction! It is very clean and we were able to do our laundry in peace. Plus free WiFi which gave our child something to do while we waited!
