Different store setup than many other places, but that's okay. I am wondering why there's a lack of typical Baby Formula selection? It means I have to make two stops instead of just one. Love the variety and options, nonetheless.

Large store with lots of selections. What sets them apart from other stores is their deli, the best in town. If you don't have time to cook you can find healthy ready to cook items, with lots of choices. Also, their produce department offers more than some other stores.

Love their deli and butcher departments. Can buy their handmade specialty brats cheaper than the inferior national brands, and they don't flare up on the grill. Produce is decent too. Large "organic" section. Child care is available, though I've never utilized it.

I had a cake ordered and made for my significant other for his 30th birthday. Firstly, I ordered a half sheet but when I got there it was a full sheet and seeing that the party was that day it was no time to complain or adjust. Secondly the cake was extremely dry almost like cornbread. Lastly, I stood there for several minutes as the bakery staff just walked right passed me I finally had to yell excuse me to get someone’s attention and they yelled back what did you need!? I was highly disappointed as I am a frequent customer and enjoy all other aspects of the store. Not sure if I will visit the bakery again.

Always enjoy shopping here. Good bakery, good prepared foods. The variety of organic foods is impressive, and when I've spoken to them about requesting items the management has been polite and helpful. Employees are always kind. Plus, being open 24 hours means late night groceries are possible. Recommend the croissants and the cream cheese muffins!

I love the deli assortment and how it's displayed. It makes you want to try everything in it. The meat counter staff are helpful in making serving suggestions and answering your questions. The bakery is fresh as though they were just made. The majority of the staff always go beyond to make your shopping experience enjoyable.

The first place I go when ever shopping. The staff here is always on top of things. A few months ago I ordered a custom cake to be made by a person that had transferred to a different location. She came here to make the cake! The customer service can't be beat here! Prices are fantastic too!

Lovely day and a beautiful Marriott. One of our favorite spots to go during spring summer and fall. Right on the lake with many amenities available. Summerfest bound, enjoy the wonderful entertainment and transportation and be far enough away to enjoy a quiet evening when you get home.

Management sucks here witnessed a lot of the management standing around whole store is in shambles. Chris dustman is very racist saw from a friend of mine a post he made about and African American on facebook saying very racist things told hr and got treated like I was lying. Witnessed rats in the front area bought a couple of items from wall of value and came home to having rat dropping in my chips.

I like the vast deli and the courtesy of people who work there. Pick 'n Save and the Pig could send their staffs there for some common politeness tips. Some items are priced higher, but I find that to be the case at all of the stores. A welcome addition to the local grocery scene.

The self check out at the dining area closes too early for diner on week days, or a late lunch on weekends. The nrarest register is at the other end off the store. That means if you want to eat there or use the wifi over a cup of coffee, you have to go out of your way to pay for it, then head back to the deli area to sit down. And of course, if you are getting something from the hot bsr, and hsbe to wait in line, your food gets cold. The peoplthwork here aren't nearly as friendly as thheones at the Kenosha locations. I try to avoid asking the floor clerks or deli people anything. A few times, I left without getting anything beteern bad staff and the closed register.

I shop at Woodman's so when Festival Foods opened on Washington Avenue, I had to give them a try. This is a brand new store, well lit, stocked, and it has a separate liquor department. My focus is on pricing and my first stop was red potatoes which were $2 more expensive than what I usually pay for. There were other items Like Crystal Farms cream cheese that was priced the same only after a $0.40 markdown. I also found that the price on the sticker on two items were not the price at the register. Imperial margarine was marked at $0.89 (which is $0.10 higher) rang up at $1.15 and the Eggbeaters (under $4 at Woodman's) was marked $4.68 rang up $5.99. I understand the purchasing power of a Woodman's to a Festival. Having said that I can find items cheaper at the Walmart Neighborhood foods across the street. I will not be returning to Festival.

The best thing about shopping here is it's always clean and organized. Shelves are well stocked and product is always easy to find. They have an excellent choice of meats and fish to choose from and their heat and serve selections are fantastic. The staff are always on the ready to assist you with helping you if needed. Plenty of parking available and easily accessible from the main road. (Washington Ave./Hwy.20)

Selection is great. Store is nice and clean. One staff member in the bakery has completely ruined my experience with this store-- it's amazing that she is still employed. I edited this post after deciding it wasn't fair to name the employee. She has the worst attitude and will make you feel like you're in her way every time. She will scoff, mutter words under her breath, and generally make you feel uncomfortable. I finally had enough this week, and walked out without buying anything.

Very disappointed with the service. I am visiting the area from British Columbia as my parents still live here and my father had bypass surgery. I went in to purchase yogurt, a bottle of wine, and a bottle of beer and had my enhanced British Columbian Driver’s License, which means I don’t need a passport to enter the US. I am also 43 years old with enough white in my beard to make it clear I am well over 21 years old. The clerk would not accept my ID and asked for a passport. Like most people, I do not carry my passport around every day as I don’t want to lose it. She cited a Festival Foods rule that they only accept US ID except for Passports. I can’t believe they would know what the ID for all 50 states would look like and there should be a website noting various IDs and their look and security features if it was really needed to go to that extent. So I, a 43 year old person with a valid driver’s license allowing entry to the US, was not allowed to buy alcohol by myself and had to call my mom in from the car to show her local Driver’s License. This is ridiculous, lazy, and demeaning. I will not be going to Festival Foods again and will recommend the same to friends and family. Incidents like this are indicative of other aspects of how a business is run and I have no faith in Festival.

Update 10/16/2019 Within an hour after the review below posted, Festival Corporate contacted me and apologized for the treatment I received and for the poor product. The employees involved and the department had been spoken to about this situation. I am impressed with Festival Foods Customer service. I did receive a refund for the cake and additionally, Festival Corporate mailed me $30.00 in gift cards. Thank you for handling this. I changed my Review from a 1 star to a 3 star I am very dissatisfied with the cake and customer service that I received from the Festival Foods in Mt. Pleasant, WI. On Saturday October 5, 2019 I ordered a red velvet cake to be decorated with an athletic shoe in Sprint Wireless colors. The recipient is an employee of Sprint and collects unique athletic shoes. It was ordered for pickup on Monday October 7, 2019 at 5:00pm. I arrived at 5:30pm and was presented with the pictured cake. I am color blind but the shoe appears to be Green Bay Packers colors, green and gold. The two bakery workers assured me it was not. I took the cake to the cashier and asked her what colors they were and she said "That's a Green Bay Packers shoe! Cool!" I had to deliver in less than an hour, so I didn't have time to go back to the bakery and ask for a remake. At my Men's group, everyone thought that the "Green Bay Packers" shoe with the Sprint trim was a novel idea. But it still wasn't what I ordered. Then I cut the cake. Color was spot on. But a red velvet cake is supposed to taste like chocolate. The cake had no flavor at all. It was dry and the buttercream frosting was super sweet. The following day, October 8, 2019 I called Robin the Bakery Manager to express my issues. She was short, interrupting me before I could finish what I was saying. She stated that she was "In on the decorating of that cake and that shoe was black." By the tone in her voice I could tell that she was irritated. She bluntly asked what do you want me to to do for you? No apologies, no ownership of a poorly made cake. Denial that the color was wrong even when she was told others said it was green and gold. I was told to bring my receipt in for a refund. I had higher expectations of the Festival Bakery.

I feel like this store has gone downhill. They used to always be stocked and ready, but I find them to be out of products a lot now, fruit looks bad, nothing's ever faced, milks aren't rotated, employees taking up massive amounts of space and chatting to other employees instead of getting a move on it. Recently bought some packaged mini muffins, opened them up for my daughter, and they were moldy. Should've looked at the expiration date, they were already expired a month ago.

Wow! I LOVE the Festival Food market! They always have the freshest meat department and their produce is usually just as fresh! I won't go anywhere else for meat or fish!! I usually have limited interactions with the cashiers, as i 95% of the time i use self check out; but when i do, they are usually friendly and helpful. Any time i pass an employee they usually say "hi". They are great about me having my Service Dog with me. I have NEVER had an access problem with them! We are so frequent in there they are starting to recognize us.

I love Festival foods. They have an excellent selection with middle of the road prices. The staff is extremely friendly. For parents they have a supervised "daycare" while you shop. Throughout the store are large monitors with live feed from the daycare. You always can keep an eye on your kiddos!

Went there 2 days in a row. Donuts are over cooked. Went there Friday and the donut wasn't over cooked and delicious. Not sure what's going on Saturday and Sunday. Nothing like wasting time and money. Very disappointed. Maybe people need to be trained better. Putting detergent by the food for a sale, not a wise choice. People have allergies to the smell.

I love this Festival store. Wonderful selections, competitive prices, outstanding deli, but for me what puts your store head and shoulders above all others I have shopped is the staff. They are always helpful and friendly. If I have trouble finding an item, any one of them who I ask will cheerfully lead me to the item. If a favorite deli or bakery item is not currently in stock, they will offer to make it special and notify me when available. I want to gives special thanks to Robin in the checkout area. She makes self checkout fun and easy. Thank you Robin.
