I came here because of all the great reviews I saw of this place and all of the different services they had to offer. When I came in, I told the attendant that it was my first time here and I asked about their services, and she treated me like I was an idiot and had no idea what I was talking about. I guess I got my laundry done but its nothing better than the other laundromats in town. Terrible customer service. Disappointed.

I love this laundry center!! The machines are clean as well as the facility, and I.love that I xan load funds to a card to pay the laundry fees vs using my credit card or changing cash to coin. I wish they would open one in FDL.

Clean, organized, staffed when open. You can drop off laundry and it is done fore you - wash only, wash & dry, wash, dry & fold. Fair prices. Free WIFI often has no internet connection and only a few staff have access to reboot the router so don’t count on free internet

This place is great! The staff are helpful and friendly. The place is really clean and tidy. The machine are equip with credit card readers so you don’t have to use coins. The prices are clearly marked. Lots of machines and carts available.

Obnoxious customers. Seriously wanted to hand out free headphones to all of them. I had to listen to a guy yodeling on this old man's phone for longer than I should have. Children are unattended, also blasting music from their phones, not a good environment. Prices are $5 and up for a 28 min wash. Lots of washers dryers are reserved for staff so they can wash others clothes, a bit inconvenient to place them out in the open where everyone else does their wash. They should have a private area for that. The clothes come out clean and dry for a price and the customers don't have any consideration for the people around them.

I can appreciate the boost in business during EAA but places like this need to appreciate their regular customers more than their fly by night customers. The staff here takes up a large portion of the washer and dryers for people who will only be here a week instead of doing the extra work over night so as to not inconvenience people who come here 52 weeks a year, and of the remaining dryers at least 4 were out of service. Not cool.

Clean place with awesome machines. They take cards so you dont have to worry about a bunch of change. Only giving 3 stars because I've had more negative encounters with the employees than positive. Nothing terrible, but also not pleasant. They seem like they dont want to be there, & will yell at you for starting laundry at 8, even though their signs say last load in at 8.

Excellent place for basic laundry. Machines are also large enough for quilts, bedding, and most other oversized items. Plus dry cleaning is also available. Staff keeps place very clean, all machines in working condition. Small kids area usually with cartoons playing, lounge area very comfortable.
