Excellent laundromat. Plenty of washers and driers. Most machines take credit/debit cards. ATM and bill changer on site. 75 cents for detergent/ dryer sheets. Great experience.

We have traveled the country with a large family for several years and seen many laundromats. They are definitely not all created equal! This one has many of the things we look for. Lots of large machines in good working order, a clean and spacious environment. I like that you can choose to use quarters or a credit card to pay. And if you become a regular, there is a loyalty card you can refill online that gives you a discount. Service is very friendly. To top it all off, there is a great coffee shop next door (where laundry customers get %10 off), and a pizza place on the other side, so if you spend a lot of time doing laundry (as we do), or just prefer to wait while you are washing, there are some great options for food or a treat to relax with. We have made this our go-to laundry while we need it!

Best laundromat in Madison! I love coming here. I love the decorations and all the nice amenities. Free Wi-FI, 2 TV's, ATM, vending machines and credit card readers on the machines. The owner is really nice and cares about his customers.

Smaller dryers take forever to dry they do not work good. Big dryers work perfect but there’s only 3 total. Would not come back if it wasn’t the only laundry mat close to home..... Could not find a way to respond but here it is. I do not overload the dryers since I do not like my clothes wrinkly. After leaving review I had to use a small dryer since the big one was taken and it said something about clothes lint door, which I did.. and it kept stopping. Lost $1 there and had to use a different one.

I have utilized this laundromat for several years now. They try really hard to keep everything in working order. It’s one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen & convenient. I was in a couple of years ago. The owner gave me and a few others a $25 laundry card. He said Merry Christmas, that was such a blessing! Their coffee shop next door is incredible. You can sit eat, drink, read & feel comfortable. It’s just like being at home

Eastside Coin Laundry is an excellent facility with free wifi, Netflix, and a variety of machines that take credit cards. I left my blanket behind in a dryer, and when I called up to see about getting it back a gentleman named Gary was extremely helpful. I couldn't pick it up until the next day and Gary kept in touch with me via text. He couldn't have been more helpful- I really appreciated it. I also left my raincoat there (I really wasn't on my game that day haha) and it was waiting for me in the lost and found. Thank you Gary!

Not nearly as clean as people stated. There was stuff all over the floors. Multiple machines were out of order. The TV and wifi were nice. Additionally, the pay with card option was convenient.

I picked this laundromat after years of no longer needing to use one because of the great reviews. I just recently moved to an apartment where we share two, and I'm always in a hurry. This is my second time here, and my second time being helped by a guy I believe to be named Gary via past comments. Since I havent used laundromats IN FOREVER I made the same newbie mistake each time. Needing to open it after starting it to toss my pod in. (This time I found out with at least the 40 and 60 lb washers that I can toss it down in the soap dispenser at the top). The first time he just swiped for me to let me rewash. This time he wasn't here, but after I switched and paid for the next washer over (said ask for service since I opened it too soon), he walked in. I told him about the issue and he said he'd refund it for me but warned about it taking a few days. Thank goodness. He also said if he wasn't there that his wife and him own the coffee shop right next door, and that normally someone is there to help. How cool is that? Thanks again guys!

I don't typically leave reviews for businesses that are not part of my wheelhouse because it's too easy to judge a business you know nothing about the operation of. But this inspired me to shout out and high five the business owner for an incredible effort. I have used laundromats all over the country as I travel a good bit and sometimes live in a place for weeks or more. I AM impressed. The owner clearly makes the effort to provide a better experience for the customers. The machines are some of the newest and cleanest I have ever seen and you can pay with a card or use the ATM and change machine for coins. The wi-fi and complementary computer for guest use were a surprise. There are plenty of folding tables and stools to sit down while you wait. This is a business that is cared for and it truly shows. Great effort! I will most certainly be back.

Fair pricing, clean facility, great wifi, cheap soda, plenty of washers to chose from, and the dryers have built in superpowers to dry clothes in record time...Fact. Never lost money or had issues with any of the machines, The A/C is cold and the TV'S are BIG. Friendly, safe environment, If ur lucky u mite even meet ur future wife there lol.

Needed some laundry done in a pinch and this place definitely delivered! Love that they take cards since it's pretty annoying to get halfway through a wash and run out of quarters. Also an ATM here just in case. Came in at 8am on a Saturday and there were plenty of washers to be had. The place is clean and the machines seem to be in good condition. This is my new go-to laundromat!

Best laundromat I've ever been too (and I've been to a lot). Free WiFi, extremely effective washing machines, and the dryers dry everything in no time. What takes 50 minutes at other laundromats to dry, took only 32 minutes here. I am very impressed and won't be going anywhere else!!!

My husband is working road construction in the area. I went to two other laundromats and one clothes came out dry (no water) next one took my money and nothing. It was Wonderful to walk into Eastside Coin Laundry and it's open, clean, convenient and priced reasonably!!! Thank you!!
