Absolutely horrible service. I brought three ties in and I'm pretty sure two of them came back with more spots and the other one crinkled. I recommend finding a different dry cleaners, preferably one that doesn't ruin ties from your now deceased grandfather.

I took my curtain panel in for dry cleaning from rain spot on my panel and although it did not lift the spot completely it was better but the panel had shrunk and Mr. Donaldson himself came over picked up the curtain for his seamstress and brought it back and hung it within a few days. Very good customer service.

There are not enough words to express how they saved the day. One of my best friends was getting married when the sprinklers went off in the hotel room getting her wedding dress wet with black like stains. There was also 3 dresses ruined as well. We are grateful that we still reach them since every place in Oshkosh had turned us down. They totally saved the day and I would highly recommend. The Bride was so happy she could wear her wedding dress on her big day!
