Sadly, I'm disappointed. Went yesterday morning to do 2 big loads in their max washers & the place smelled awful & the floors were terribly dirty. Now when I first moved here in October & started coming it was always clean & well kept... But lately it seems like they've dropped the ball. On my next laundry trip I'll be checking the one on the south end of town.

Owner is very nice. Price to do laundry is average with others in the area. Not too high, not too cheap. Clothes get clean and that's what matters.

It just feels like home and love the owner , has always been so nice to me and and my family, and every February he recognizes customer appreciation, by discounting every washer,,!!! Love it

I just moved back to my hometown of Chetek, WI from Chippewa Falls, WI. In Chippewa I did my laundry at a new Express Mart; very clean and much cheaper than the laundromat in Chetek. I'm very disappointed to have to pay $2.75 for a regular front load washer. Does your cleaning person(s) ever wash the floors in the laundromat? The last 3 times I walked in there they were filthy and nobody was around to talk to! I do appreciate the extra fans in the building to keep it cool; thus why I choose your laundromat over the one on the south end of town. I hope that I will see some improvement on cleanliness in the near future!
