I always recommend getting your own laundry pair if you can swing it, but if you're in transition or your machines are down then of course laundromats become a necessity. Billings Park is, as laundromats go, simply the best value of any laundromat in the area that I've found, costing half or even less than other area laundromats on either side of the river. For what you pay for you get convenient off-street parking, decent hours, a clean, well-lit facility; good, functional machines that the owner maintains fairly well; all in what appears to be a reasonably safe neighborhood. There is also a small play area for children and kinda sorta free Wi-Fi connection (Charter Spectrum customers only; all others must get a 30 minute guest pass from Charter/Spectrum). Finally, the owner has posted on the back wall a number of very helpful tips for getting the most out of the facility during your stay. If I had to nitpick, it could perhaps use a bit more table space for folding clothes. Overall, this is an excellent place to do get your laundry done in and a great value.

I've gone here for years off and on. Always clean until I show up with all my kids clothes ;) When my son was 2ish he tripped and busted his chin and I had to leave mid switch of laundry. When i got back to get clothes finished, they were all done, folded, and in my baskets. Wonderful people own this place and they're involved in the community <3

Rude manager with no people skills. Never going back. Great place to go if you want to be laundry shamed, which until today didn’t cross my mind that it could happen.

I have my own machines now, but when I was renting, this was definitely the best option in the Twin Ports for laundry, both on price and availability of machines.
