Dukes is always dirty and the owners are rude. Their washing machines never ring the clothes out all the way and the dryers never dry completely. Their pop machine and gumball machines took money from us, they said they'd refund it, went in to get the refund and the women was rude, had an attitude and acting like we were lying over a $1.50. Not a big deal over a $1.50 but her attitude was a problem. Management/ staff have poor work ethic. 1/5 and I'd rate no star if i could.

Love stopping and doing my wash at Dukes. The attendant is always ready with a smile and a kind word. And the place is in good repair. Wish the dryers were a little hotter or ran for more than 5 min per quarter $0.25 But they are still as quick as my dryer at home.

Machines don't work properly ran a load of clothes through the dryer last night came out Ice cold the settings were all set properly the pop machine stole my money and when I confronted the employee she called me a liar to my face I was told that I could get a refund went in to get it and she flat out refused to give it to me and was just flat out rude WORST business practice I have ever seen in my life Liars Cheaters and Thieves Better Avoid this trashy environment all you can all you will get is a headache AVOID AVOID !!!!
