NICE PLACE. I had never done a wash and fold before until this week and i was more pleased than expected. My clothes were very neatly folded and they hung my pants like i asked without an extra charge. I will be back!!

My husband and I take a lot of things to Vogue Swift, including, suits, dress shirts, prom dresses, etc. they have always done a wonderful job! Very accommodating and items are always ready on time. I had to call them last minute on a prom dress alteration for my daughter and they worked her right in! Thank you Vogue Swift for taking “US” to the cleaners!

I have used this "business" since June. I am very patient and believe it is not the mistake that is made but how the situation is handled. I have had a ruined sweater (where I was blamed for them shrinking it), numerous items returned with stains (my fault again because they washed something in the batch and didn't check the pockets), heavy starch requested but items returned with little to no starch and wrinkles in them, unreliable return times, uneven alterations on new jeans, and variations on what forms of payment they accept (sometimes they accept certain cards, sometimes they will not). I switched not because the mistakes made but because the OWNER had the audacity to blame me for their mistakes, personally attack me for my choice in clothing (price for ruined item), told me I complained too much and should expect this to happen, and lie to me numerous time concerning payments accepted and return times. BEWARE! If you do not believe me, see the other reviews as they echo my concerns with this "business".

I go to the laundromat every few weeks and its always clean. The attendants are almost always there and quick to help out. Vogues dry cleaning is also lovely, they were able to get the stain out of my dress and it looks brand new again!

Brought my suits here to be cleaned regularly. Even had them clean my clergy robe. They handled my items very professionally and returned them to me looking and smelling clean and fresh. Would not hesitate to use their services for any article of clothing. They definitely have a well-oiled operation going!

Would give it no stars, but..... We used to love this place. They replaced a wool comforter a few years ago, due to an error. This time around they ruined another comforter by washing it. The comforter was soiled, and it had to be washed. We received no calls prior to washing, and it also shrank in the drying process. We admittedly waited a few months before picking it up, and Andy (the owner) stated that as the reason for no compensation. We'll start using a Pbg dry cleaner from here on out, as will my wife's company.

Our washer needed repaired. Went to wash some cloths. $2.50 a load in a small machine was bad enough. Thank God I had a dryer at home! 25 cents for 6 minutes. When I removed my cloths from washer they were barely spun out. I feel so sorry for anyone who has to pay to dry cloths there. I hung one Jersey at home to prove a point. I've collected 1 and half cups of water from it. Ran one load for 2 hrs to dry it. This establishment should be ashamed! Taking advantage of people who use their facility.

Vogue Swift has went down at a swift pace. I haven't been a patron for quite some time but stopped by to dry a damp shirt because it was one item and close to where I was at the time. Not only is it as filthy as it has been but I also got ripped off at the vending machine. This is not a first time occurrence, BTW. I am making a solid oath to NEVER EVER give that place one red dime, no matter the circumstances. Goodbye Vogue Swift you're outdated and out of luck. Good riddance to bad business.

This is my first visit to this establishment since my regular laundromat was unusually crowded today. Vogue Swift borders on gross. Machines filthy inside and out. No handicap aids in bathroom. Seeing this place makes me appreciate the pride with which my regular laundromat in Mineral Wells is run. There, it is always clean, accommodating, and you leave there knowing your clothes are clean.

I use this laundromat often and i am always pleased. The girls that work there are very kind and helpful. The place is always tidy, but when someone does leave a mess, the staff is quick to clean it up. i will continue to use this laundromat. Never used dry cleaning so no opinion.

After destroying my Gucci purse and handing me back the remnants of the skeleton and the shell, I will NEVER use this place again. This was their second chance, the first time they ruined a pair of designer jeans from the Armani Exchange in New York . On top of all this, prior to handing me my destroyed items, they charged me full price for cleaning! Not only were they reluctant to give a refund, they did not pay to replace or repair the items, and I had to argue with them to get a refund for them destroying my expensive jeans and purse .

They ruined 2 sweaters by stretching them out (they looked like dresses) the owner wanted to give me store credit. Why so they can ruin more clothes , I told him I wanted them replaced he said " We don't have the money to replace sometimes we can't even make payroll, besides that is the risk YOU take by using a dry cleaners" Hardly customer friendly, if he can't meet payroll then he needs to close shop this is not the customers problems.

My boyfriend and I use this wash and fold service ALL the time! The clothing always comes back neatly folded and clean, and they offer same day drop off and pick up. On top of that, they are always friendly and helpful, no matter what time of day or what moods they may be in. I definitely recommend this place.

We just picked up my daughters prom dress today that the wonderful ladies did the alterations to. They did a beautiful job, you can't tell it was altered. I would recommend them for alterations! Thank you ladies!!!

I took my daughter's varsity jacket to Vogue Swift and they ruined it. First they told me it was the name brand of the jacket. Said that they have problems all the time with this brand of jacket. After that, they had the nerve to tell me that I had ruined it by washing it in my washing machine and then tried to blame them for it. They were very rude. Would not accept that it was their fault. After I told of my experience to others, I had at least 4 other people tell me how their child's jacket was ruined and Vogue Swift blamed the customer for it. That doesn't even include all the other people that told me they had comforters, tuxedos and clothing ruined by them. I know that I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. If you go to Vogue Swift, be prepared to have your stuff ruined. Don't take anything there if it means anything to you.

Take your stuff somewhere else. They lose your clothes, have no idea where they are or who they gave them to ... And then they get mad at you when you get mad about them loosing your stuff. Horrible customer service.

I took my mom's drapes there and when I got them back the liners were shredded, but still had to pay full price. Never again
