The website says quick turnaround, but when I went to drop off a suit for an interview Monday, I was told Wednesday. Then, when I explained it was for a job interview Monday, I was told that I still couldn’t get it by the time I needed it Monday...should probably take “quick turnaround” off their website.

They need to repair the dryer's it look like 80 percent of them were down and 10 percent of the washer we're also down I believe they are waiting for the students to return, hey how about the people that live here in Harrisonburg.

I had to pay to dry my clothes twice, because all the lady did was shrug at me like what am I supposed to do? Awful customer service. This place used to be awesome, man it went downhill quick.

Area cleaners, actual competitor's, recommended me to Clean N Brite to clean and seal our daughters wedding dress. They do not send dress away they do all the work there at their shop. It was also cheaper. The dress was in horrible condition from results of outside wedding. Benny at Clean and Brite not only cleaned it back to its prewedding status, he allowed us to inspect it before sealing the dress. Very happy with the entire process! Another Harrisonburg success story!

One of the cleaner laundromats I’ve been to however many machines out of order including the change machine(which is useless as the machines don’t actually take coins). You have to purchase a card ($4)-machine to purchase said card is out of order. Employees can’t be bothered to help as they are in back doing dry cleaning. Could be much better if owners took time to do routine upkeep.

The machines are nicer than any one lace I have been in Harrisonburg, BUT they don’t adhere to there own listed hours of service. Also they use money cards for the machines. By not being in the laundrymat at listed hours you are spending an extra a 4 dollars to wash your clothes. Also l, as a customer I was rushed out before hours because the gentleman who was working said he leaves at 8:00pm instead of the time listed. If you can find a laundromat just as nice with better prices, please do so. Because you are being cheated when it is all said and done I’m afraid to say. If it wasn’t for this issue it would be a five star laundromat.

Nice play area for kids. Would be great if the dryers worked. I end up putting money in a dryer and it doesn't work then I'm not able to get my money back because 1 no one is working or 2 they act like they don't want to help. Fix your machines jeeze

One of the worst place ever! The owner made sure that the cloth will be ready in a perfect way. When I get my cloth it was ripped. When I see, I was shock it was brand new when I gave them (just wore one time)! The owner first act as if he does not know, then started to defend himself. It is horrible experience ever! I believed them and never expected they can be unprofessional! Indeed they can be unprofessional in cleaning but delivering the cloth in a ripped version it is SHAMEFUL for their business! I do not recommend you this dry cleaner at all!

ABSOLUTELY the best laundry service around - we use them for our school chef jackets and they do a super job. They always manage to get out the worst stains and return the coats clean and crisp! Friendly service and always helpful!!!

This is absolutely my favorite laundry I've ever been to. Its clean and quiet. It's centrally located. The machines are efficient and reasonably priced. There's even an area for smaller children to play. There was outlets so my son could plug his computer in to work on school while we did laundry.

I’m not a ‘regular’. My home washing machine is busted and we are a family of five... so I had multiple loads to do. The owner (*Benny) went out of his way to help me get my stuff going. He even went so far as to put the liquid soap into the machines for me, because I had no idea how much to use in those big washers. It took 4 of the industrial sized washers and 6 of the dryers to get everything (clothes, sheets and towels) done. Benny could tell I was a dad with no idea what I was doing... so he got all of my dryers going as well. He had to leave... or he may have even helped me fold my stuff? I greatly appreciated all his help!

I really like this laundromat. I love the wash and fold service, which is really not a bad price. If you have a whole family or your budget is really tight, sure, do it yourself. If you're a single professional without a washer and dryer, this is a really good option. Turnaround is quick and they do a good job. I agree with some of the other comments about ways this place could be better. There are often a number of out of order machines. I have never seen this be an issue for anyone, because there are many machines, but it doesn't look good. For a long time the machine you have to use to purchase cards was out of order, which meant a new customer who comes when there's nobody at the front desk is completely unable to do laundry. I was doing laundry one day when that happened, and I ended up selling my card to the woman who came in. It took me several weeks before I could time it right to be there when someone was there to sell me a new card, although it appears now the card machine is fixed. The hours posted outside the building are the laundromat hours. The desk hours are, I think posted on the desk, so you can't see them unless the desk is open. It would be nice if they were posted in the window. Overall, this a very clean laundromat, with helpful and friendly front desk people. I would recommend. The things I mentioned are little things they could do better on, but it's still my favorite laundromat in the area.

It's seen better days. It's hardly ever busy but many of the washer and dryers are out of order. Benny the owner needs to do some repairs.

Most machines are broke, free dry with wash has been "temporarily suspended" for 10 years. Playground inside is beat up pretty bad. It could be a nice place to do laundry if the owners cared about it.

This laundromat used to be really nice but the last 2 times we've come, which were several months apart, the majority of the washers and dryers were broken. We were forced to split several loads of clothes into little washers, because all but 2 of the 6 big washers were broken and the laundromat was using most of the mid-sized washers, several of which were also out-of-order, for their cleaning service. It's more expensive here than most places but before it was always worth it because they had the very large washers and a kids playground (that is also ripped in many places), but if you can't use any of the washers, then what's the point of going to a laundromat? They also used to have a free drying incentive that they'll tell you has been "temporarily suspended", but it's been suspended for 10 years...

I had my wedding dress cleaned and boxed at this business, and the owner couldn't have been nicer and of more help! He sent me pictures of my dress and kept me updated on its condition. He also had me come in and look at the dress to make sure it was up to my expectations before he put it in the box. He was very communicative and helpful!
