Do no take your Canada Goose or other down coats to this dry cleaner. They are not experienced in dealing with these kinds of products. I have PERC stains all over my jacket. Update: I was contacted by Western Laundry with the promise to re-clean my coat for free. I thought this was very nice. I brought my coat in on a Saturday and it was to be ready by Wednesday. I go in one week later and my coat was no where to be found! That afternoon I got a call that they had found my coat at the Moscow plant and it would be back in Pullman first thing on Monday. I was out of town during the week, so I went back that next Saturday, and they still couldn't find my coat! The following Monday, I called and they had found my coat (again) in Moscow and it would be there that afternoon. I went in on Tuesday to pick it up, and it was there! However, the solvent stains were still present. Western Dry Cleaners will now be contact with the store where I bought the coat (Nordstrom) because they followed the cleaning instructions, and it left the coat with stains. It was not the best experience, but I hope it will be resolved soon. Update: I have contacted Nordstrom and they are willing to give me a refund for the coat. Western Laundry was very apologetic for all the mishaps.

I went here with a couple items that needed creases in them. Once I got them back the creases were extremely off center. So, I complained and they pressed them again, but nothing was changed. The creases were still off center by a long shot. Will not be going here anymore.

They took 10 days to finish it and I gave them my blanket to clean it but they dirty it with black spots and bad smell. Horrible experience, never go again
