We come here to wash our king size comforter and the few times we've been here it's been great. The facility is newer and very clean. The machines are very efficient, wash and dry items good. They have several size washing machines based on load size and cost is also determined by wash size. Dryers are charged in 5 min increments and very efficient. The one thing I do like is that they use a refillable card system to pay for your laundry needs. That way you don't have to bring rolls of quarters or try to make change. There's plenty of folding tables as a couple TVs while writing time to by. My only minor complaint would be to have a few more stools and/or chairs for customers to sit. Overall it's a great place if you have laundry needs on a weekly basis or your washer isn't quite big enough to handle king comforters like ours.

Setup of the place was very clean, had an open concept and is big. Be there early because it gets very busy later in the day. Definitely will be going there again!

If you are like me and do not have a washer and dryer or have larger items that you can't wash at home then I greatly recommend wash world on 108th and maple. Their facility is brand new, with state of the art machines. There wash prices are reasonable with prices ranging from 5.00 a load up to 14.00. They have machines to provide laundry products should you forget your own or run out. Finally I reccomend using their wash card loyalty program. By loading money on the card that you were going to spend anyway you get bonus dollars. You also gain points for using the dollars you spend. Other services offered are drop off laundry priced per pound and off site dry cleaning.

We had to take ALL our wet clothes to a different locaion, because there were no dryers, the workers should be paying attebtion tk that sort of thing so thus doesn't happen. Dont ever plan on going there again. This was an awful, and ridiculous experience.

So, I've been going to Mimis Laundromat sporadically over the last few months, and hated every second of it because it's crowded and dirty and the bathroom has weird graffiti all over the walls and in general, it's a pretty shady place, so when my friend suggested we go to Wash World, I instantly jumped at the chance to escape what I can only describe as Laundry Hell at Mimis. And it's literally amazing. It's spacious and clean and there's someone that works there that walks you through getting a laundry card if it's your first time there and there are different kinds of washing machines so you don't have to spend a small fortune doing two or three different loads of laundry at one time. AND the best part is that you have to have a card to gain access to the bathroom, which I'm happy to say is free of graffiti and general ickyness. I highly recommend it ♡

Not going back, ever! Damage already done...I already broke apart my royalty card there!! On 4-23, at approximately 2:45 p.m. I was at this location and I swiped my loyalty card in the machine and didn't get 2 points (for 50¢) and I took the matter to an employee,a tall young gal and she was wondering what I was talking about as if I was illiterate and dumb....what's the problem honey, was i too ugly for her/you to understand of what I was saying????,Sheri there wasn't much help,either! I told them "never mind"..what a joke and I was really amazed of my treatment there!!!. I can't refer to go to these 2 other laundromats due to having no car and also the great distances of these other locations from my place.

I have been coming here three times. The first time I used this facility it was at the old location. I love this new facility (new location: north of Maple on 108th street at the North East corner next to a gas station). because it’s so clean, nice, and roomy. The staff has been so helpful to me in the past when I've needed help. This morning I needed help again and the store manager (Sheri C.) and another young girl patiently showed me how to load my money, how to use the washer, and which washer I should use to save money. I chose the smaller one ($5) because I only had a few items ($5 for the smaller washer, $8 for the bigger size washer). My only complaint is that the machine is quiet confusing for me to use and understand. It takes coins, apps, their card, and credit cards. I felt like an idiot because I had not clue how to use the machines. If they can simplify the App and how to pay for the machine, I would be so happy. Pros: 1. Complimentary coffee (no decaf), sugar, and cream. 2. If you forget your laundry detergent and softener, don’t worry! They have a venting machines that has everything you need for your wash. 3. Lots of chairs (for sitting while you wait for your laundry) and tables (for folding clothes). 4. Televisions to entertain you. 5. Lastly, all the equipments are clean, look new, and in working condition. 6. If you need a snack to go with your coffee, they have two venting machines (one for the snack and one for the drink). I highly recommend coming here!

Used to be my go to place, I now can’t seem to spend less than 15$-20$ for two of their smallest machines! Their system ensures it. 1$ short of getting that second wash? Too bad, you will have to spend a minimum of 5$ more to cover the difference with their system. Got money left on your wash card? Go ahead and throw it away! Unless it’s the exact amount of the transaction, their system makes the card absolutely worthless. Greed is a powerful thing. It’s disappointing to see another company’s founder become a sad stereotype.

I honestly don’t know where management is. This facility went from 5 stars in my book to 2 stars in about 8 months. It is FILTHY. The help said they hadn’t mopped this week yet....WEEKS more like it. Instead of standing around and on your laptop, pick up a broom and mop and get to work. Is that not what your paid for? “Can’t mop while people are here?” Pick a section, block it off and clean a little every hour.....goodness gracious! Use some vinegar and baking soda, you will see how filthy the floor is when the dirt tries to run out the doors...

This facility uses the “laundry cards”. Money has to be loaded to their cards (for a fee of the card of course). Rather have those I can use a debit card or quarters.

This laundromat was one of the best we've been to in the three years we have traveling the US. The facility is modern, and clean. They have many large washers and driers and everything came out very clean. The attendant, Laura, was very helpful and made the experience that much better!

If you need a large washing machine, or have something that doesn't fit in your machine at home, this is your place. Don't crowd the washer and you'll have better results. I used the largest washer in the store for a load of dog blankets ($7.25) and was pleasantly surprised by how clean they came out. Free wifi as well, but the environment is not exactly a comfortable place to hang out while your wash runs.

Ive been using this location for about a year and Ive had no issues. I love their card service! It comes with an app that allows me to track everything and even pay with my iPhone if I cant find the physical card. It can get a bit expensive with multiple machines at a time but I use the biggest one and sometimes the $5&$7 with but the quality of the wash and dry is really there. They have 2 90lbs washers and boii do they get the job done! I paid $13 for wash and an extra rinse and it cost me $2.50 to get that all dry! It simply saves me the time with small 4-7 - $1.50 loads(excluding blankets)at my Apt complex, plus a dry thats $1.25. SStaff are always available and have been helpful with any purchase or questions I have. I will continue using this location. Be aware that it can get busy, there have been times all dryers are going but you just gotta pop over to the other side of the counter.

The laundry is such a good facilty. I have been a regular customer. Today, there is another customer who has bought greased oil and such dirty clothes and is using almost 4 machines. The entire floor was stained. When I walked to complain and requested the ladies to clean those machines once they were done. The ladies responded so rudely.we go there with kids clothes and such things are causing rashes and allergies. The facility needs to be respective of customers other than letting any type of clothes for money .

The first time we came to this laundromat was great. The ladies who were working there were completely lovely and helpful. The second time has not been so great. It's Election Day so my roommate and I are actively watching the news to keep up to speed on the election. The one gal who is working decides that at 9:15 she is going to turn both the tv and the wifi off and tell us that they have to turn it off at 9:30 due to policy. Understandable. Except there are 5 people here trying to finish their laundry and each and everyone is glued to the tv. What happened to good ole customer service? Not sure we will be back to this location.

Brand spankin new facility. State of the art washers and dryers are not coin operated. Kiosk takes money and credits a card that you use to pay for laundry. Much more convenient than using multiple quarters. Electrolux machines are highly efficent. Its nice to finally have a laundromat in that area because for so long there was only Wash N Tan on hwy 99.

Staff was very rude to me the last time I was there a couple of weeks ago. The time before that, they said they wouldn't refund money because clothes were dry way before the time was up. I was basing it on what I usually need time wise for my dryer at my complex. I will only use this as a last resort when it comes to doing laundry.

Great machines. I took heavily soiled items, and they came out great. I agree with others that the floor could have been swept and the employee never came out from behind her desk. Thank goodness there is good signage everywhere on how to use all of the machines. But I guess my biggest complaint is there are only about four chairs in the whole place. I would think a typical trip to the laundromat would be at least an hour; it would be nice to have somewhere to sit. Another suggestion would be to have signs near the washing machines to say how much they hold...I don't remember seeing any. Otherwise, nice place to laundry.

I have been going to this laundromat for about a year now. My smartphone went missing a week and a half ago and i was afraid it was stolen while i was washing clothes. I contacted wash world and they hadn't heard of anyone turning in a lost phone. I ordered a new phone (with insurance so it was $150 deductible). As i was doing my laundry today, the manager Katie surprised me with my phone! It had been wedged behind the washers for over a week. I can return my new phone for a refund of the deductible. I receive nothing but helpfulness and amazing customer service when i do my laundry.

When it comes to washing the mega loads of laundry like bed sheets, quilts, and comforters, this is the place to go. While not as neat and new as some of the other Wash Worlds (not as clean either), this store has courteous staff and crazy big equipment. This location has many 5-load sized washers and even an 8-load. The same is true for the dryers. Many of the appliances accept credit cards making the process very easy. They have several TVs and Wi-Fi to make time go by faster. They also do laundry as a service so you can just drop off a load and come back later. Beware of using your credit/bank cards. The store puts a hold on funds for up to a week. There are also not wall outlets for your electronic devices so charge up that phone.

My washer broke at home and this was the first time in a long time i've been to a laundromat. The lady who worked there could tell I was lost when I walked in and offered to help. She gave us the whole run down on how to use the machines, how to use the kiosk and what to do while we waited. She was very friendly and made our time there very quick and easy. The facility seemed clean and there were plenty of machines available. I would definetley reccomend.

Always a pleasant experience. I appreciate that there is someone on site to upkeep the machines and help when needed, and that they have sliding doors--much easier on toting laundry in and out, and no one forgets to close the door. There are 3 TVs showing different channels. You pay with a laundry card that you can refill with cash or debit/credit card, if you have coins you need to find that on site employee to convert to dollars though. Close to Walmart and various fast food options, and they have a vending machine with some goodies.

Pretty clean and there is an attendant on sight for problems. The bathrooms are locked and require the card for use. Everything is very expensive. But other places were filthy and had bugs so they were not an option. Pay the extra and know that you'll be in a clean set of machines and your laundry isn't getting ruined

We have been doing our laundry at the new location on Highway 99 since the first week they opened. At first we were really thrilled to have a nice, clean laundromat near us. We were a little disappointed that you actually pay more for warm or hot water than you do for cold water in the washers, but I can understand to a point. Other laundromats do not have that upcharge though. We continued going until today, January 12, 2019. Today is our last time. The prices have always been fairly OK, even though it’s not the cheapest laundromat near us. In the last two weeks, the drying times on the dryers have gone down per each .25 you load into the dryer. It’s just nickel and diming us too much. We won’t be back.

We have a baby in the NICU, and we're both full time working parents so laundry really backed up (50 pounds) we decided to try their drop off service not expecting much tbh (Where they wash/dry/fold) We were extremely happy & impressed with the service they provide when we picked up our clothing today.. They didn't just fold they organized the clothes in folded piles. The kids stuff was all together, towels, etc. They really went above and beyond and we will now be regular customers. Thank you! I always go during the morning/afternoon. The ladies there are really nice and trustworthy. I sometimes ask them to watch my daughter while I drag our laundry in and get it started. The staff is helpful, the facilities are clean, and the machines don't require quarters. Though if you don't want the machines to do a preauth of 25.00, get the loyalty card and earn those reward points. Love this place. Spend 3 hours here every three weeks.

I really like the new digs, but the staff is awesome either way. I do my clothes here every other week, and the place is always clean, there are always available washers and dryers, and the staff is always helpful. Today I was cleaning out my closet, and one of my favorite sweaters was stretched, and looked two sizes to big. I called, got Sherry, and she was very helpful. Not only did she take care of the sweater, making it look like a large again, but she was actually excited when she called to tell me it was done. She did work her magic, but her attitude is what made the experience worthy of firing up Google, and giving a five star review. Cheers!

Larger machines do not have user friendly debit card reader as it kept indicating that I needed to swipe or Insert card, after the 3rd time the washer started. The next day my bank card was charged 3 times for one load. $24.00 to wash one load and with no receipt , pretty much screwed to prove anything. Will not return. $45.00 to wash and dry 3 loads.

This place gives going to the laundromat a whole new meaning! Clean! Well maintained, NEW machines! Polite customer service! Plus you can use cash or a debit card to load money onto a card and then use it to pay for laundry rather than having to carry around pocket loads of quarters. NO Fee for the card, not sure why someone else complains about a charge because there isn't one. There are even vending machines for laundry supplies as well as drinks/snacks It doesn't matter if you get into a bind like us or you are a regular laundromat user, I highly recommend this place!

I have never found a cleaner more accomodating laundry place. I have had to use them when my washer broke on a few occasions and when I do my blankets or just to catch up on several loads. They almost always have staff on site cleaning or I've seen them folding laundry which I think is a drop off service.. which is cool I think!!! The machines are super efficient and spins the clothes almost dry reducing actual dry time. I've never had a bad experience. So happy they opened the second location which is great because it is like 15 minutes more convenient to my home. ❤❤

Katie, Maggie and the other ladies that work here are so welcoming and accommodating. They are constantly wiping down the machines and making the place tidy. The machines are very clean and clean the clothes well! I love that they have a small area towards the front so, my kids have something to do while we are washing laundry. I would suggest the front door being repaired, sunshades at the front of the building as it gets very hot up there, and the flooring needs to be updated as the tiles are cracking.

Clean, the equipment worked well, and the prices were very reasonable. I'll go back. Follow-on review. I've been doing my laundry here for 18 months now and I still like this place. The staff is consistently nice, the place is clean, and when I have a problem with a machine, which can happen anywhere, the staff is right there to fix the issue.
