Nice people here. I don't have to worry about my laundry being stolen here because there are always attendants unlike other laundromats. Their machines always work right and if one doesn't dry my clothing completely after 30-40 minutes and I let them know they will put quarters in another machine for me and put an out of order sign on machines that don't work. It's kept clean and the large capacity washers are a great deal. $7 if i remember right for the really big one and I can fit about 5-6 regular sized loads in one machine.

I mean seriously, how exciting can laundry get? This place is clean, safe and has knowledgeable staff. Large folding tables, they sell snacks and anything you may have forgotten. Highly recommend.

Great little laundromat with good prices. A small washer is $2.50 for a regular load, or $2.75 for a super load. The large washers $5.50, and all the dryers are $0.25 to start. Everything you need to do your laundry is here, available for a pittance. The attendant with whom I worked is terrific, and the entire feel of the place is very homey. There are books and magazines available to read, and it's very clean.

The older woman working there in the day was friendly, helpful, and informative. However, the woman who works at night was almost the opposite unfortunately. She was unable to answer my questions on what time I could pick up my dry cleaning and seemed confused by my question. I would have rated 5 stars due to the stellar service of the morning worker, however I had to balance the review in light of my not so great experience with the evening shift woman. I had two suits dry cleaned here and it all went rather well and was affordable.

The Village Square Laundry is the best Laundromat in all of Spokane County! The place is always clean. The machines are maintained, and clean. The staff is always very helpful, nice, and courteous. They go out of their way to help you, and answer any questions you may have. This business deserves a million stars! I go here anytime I need to use a laundromat. Even when I lived on the Northside.

Been here several times to wash items that are too large to wash at home. The employers are SUPER helpful, even switching out loads, providing washing knowledge, offering tennis balls, etc. Pretty clean for a laundromat, but the staff is what sets it apart from others.

Very nice friendly staff and machines are clean. She even helped my husband put our king size comforters (wet) from washer to dryer as he has a bad shoulder and they weigh a lot when their wet. She saved us money as we were going to put one in each big washer and she said unless they're really dirty it's not necessary. Clean machines folding tables and the floors are vacuumed. Very pleasant place.

First time we had a problem was when they closed early and were rude to my 11 year old daughter. Then we go to pick up a comforter the was driped off and it was sent home with some one else. They got it back and my wife got a rude call from them. Turns out it was the owner. The guy is a first class ass. It's no wonder that the employees are rude. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Sad part is I know his grand daughter. SMH.

My dad and granddad have both gone here before I started and I didn't even know they did. Its a great place where all washers and dryers work, service is wonderful and friendly as long as you are, yup that's right they do treat you the way you treat them. Open 7:30 to 8 however last load goes in at 6:30. Which is reasonable it's not a laundromat connected to a gas station that's open 24/7 (hi-co) these ppl have lives.

I washed my babies clothes there in one of the industrial $4.00 washers, it did not clean my clothes. I wanted to put two loads in the front loading small $2.50 washers but they wouldn't let me. They insisted on putting me in a $4 washer and I was skeptical it would not cleaning clean. My daughter's clothes still came out smelling like urine because she's potty training. I will never go back to this establishment especially when I told the manager that my clothes were not clean she did not compensate me, she did not look me in the eye and she treated me like garbage. 0 star ratting if there were the option.

Washers worked well but the dispenser for detergent and such needed to be cleaned out. The dryers on the other hand were horrible. We had to split 2 large loads (1 not completely full) between 3 dryers and they still struggled and took forever. After doing multiple cycles on the dryers we ended up going home with still damp clothes. Another lady had 7 clothing items, most baby clothes, and had done several cycles and her stuff was still wet. When she asked the lady there for help she was told that she just needed to give more time. I don't know how long they expect people to spend drying their clothes but I had already spent twice as long as I typically do with similar loads. I won't be going back.

The little old lady who owns it, is there everyday even weekends and she still finds time to fit in her chemo appointments and when parents only come in with enough change for clothes she actually give the kids money to get m&ms out of the machine...I almost forgot about this place...

A mom and pop location that is used by locals to do their laundry. Always clean and a good selection of washers and dryers for regular, all the way up to very large loads of drying. They even offer laundry service if you can't stay and do the laundry yourself. The staff is always there to help if you need it.

I don't think anyone wants to go to do their laundry but I have found that the Village Square makes it less of a pain! The building is very clean and machines are maintained and efficient! Staff is friendly and helpful!

Clean facility. My dissatisfaction comes from clothes that are almost dripping when coming out of the washer. It takes far too long to dry. Staff was helpful in putting them in another machine to spin out more water but clothes were still really wet. Nice staff, clean facility, bad machines. Twice.

Came and dropped off my comforter to wash at 7pm. As I was leaving the lady working there told me that I can't leave and was indignant that we were showing up so late on the day. She said that if it finished and we weren't there she would lock up and leave early. If I could have come earlier, I would have but I just couldn't and I had to run another errand while it washed. I did manage to get back in time, though she had another patron in there using the machine still anyway. She was so unfriendly and rude. I definitely don't recommend this place. I've never been treated so badly at a place of business.

This place is tiny. The vending machine doesn't work. There's broken tiles in the floor that are a major risk for someone tripping on them and getting hurt. The lady is rude. We're new to town and thought we'd catch up on laundry here. I don't think we'll be coming back. The lady told us she was already trying to close up (at 7:03pm-- an hour before it's posted that they close) and that if we hurried she 'guessed' we could do our laundry. She definitely doesn't seem like she wants to be bothered by staying late.

I've been using this laundromat for about 6 weeks wendy is super awesome, cleanest laundromat I've ever been to super nice lady who helps always with everything you need I definitely recommend this laundromat just don't use a washer without checking first because some people are very rude and wash their pet hair stuff in there and leave the washers dirty but Wendy does a super job trying to keep everything clean she's awesome! Definitely recommend this laundromat

I have never had a bad experience here. Very clean, very friendly and very helpful employees. Great large front loading washers and dryers that spin very dry so clothes dry quicker. Has bathroom and chairs and TV. My favorite Laundromat. Still using 3 years later!
