I've been using this laundry mat on and off for 9 months now. I prefer to wait until l go to another town to do laundry. This place is messy, no attendants, no bathroom. The washers have grim build up and it has got worse recently. There is hair and gunk and slim in the washer seals. Some of them smelled like cat litter boxes... The dryers never dry all the way even with just a few items in them and one ripped my pants. I went back recently after not being for about 2 months and it was still run down, uninviting and stinky. There are signs posted everywhere to do this not that, will press charges if, etc etc. I understand letting customers be aware of that but it feels so cold and the signs are super old and worn. I think if effort of daily cleaning, tidying and some updating signs pictures, etc went into this place it would be better.

Don't believe the negative reviews. We utilized this facility every weekend for nearly 8 months while we lived on the island. Never experienced a problem. Machines always worked. Place was clean, and the people were polite and friendly.

Super expensive and the machines are stinky. At $7 for a big machine you are being ripped off. Same with the dryers. Don't go here. Super scary dark at night and creepy. This place is as dirty and falling apart as it was 20 years ago. Go somewhere else!

It's open 7 days a week from 6am-10pm, the last wash is at 8:30pm. Simple, efficient coin-op laundry. It is always clean, the change machines always work and there are plenty of machines to choose from. It doesn't have the newest of equipment but what they do have works very well, the oversized washers are especially good. The dryers seem to always get the job done in 30 mins, no matter how much I put in. An average wash and dry costs $3.50. One improvement would be better air conditioning, it gets a bit hot in the summer during the day. Edit: price increase, the basic white washing machines now cost $3.00, plus $1.00-$1.50 to dry.

WORST LAUNDROMAT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! No working phone number, no attendants. One out of the eight dryers I used actually dried my clothes. I kept making my loads smaller and smaller in an effort to get the clothes to dry. Finally two of the dryers had two towels each in them but they still wouldn't dry. I spent alot of time and money at this place and ended up taking my still wet clothes to Arlington. Can't call anyone to let them know anything because the number on their web site isn't working. They aren't listed with 411 either. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

This laundry mat really pissed me off tonight, i got there at 8:20 to clean my laundry the f****** machine didn't work. It ran it cycle but did not clean my clothes my laundry detergent was still all over my clothes after the washer was finished with its cycle. Therefore I had to switch machines which took another half an hour. Then finally got it too the dryer and it was 9:40 by the time i got it to the dryer. As the cleaning boys were there at 9:55pm They approached me and said I had 5 minutes. I tried to explain that the washer didn't work and that my clothes would not be dry. Then at 10:01pm the cleaning boys were on the phone calling the police on me because they had no patience and didn't give a f*** that the machines where not working properly and didn't get my clothes clean in the time needed.I have used this laundry mat many times over the years and have never had this problem. This has been the latest I have ever gone to use the facilities and have never had this problem before, therefore I have always been there before 8:20pm as well as I haven't had to use this facility for a little while and the machines were always maintained. I feel I was completely disrespected by your night employees and I hope this isn't how you like to run your business with your employees disrespecting your customers.. I hope you take this into consideration cause I will never recommend other customers to come to your facility cause your employees call the cops after a minute past your closing time cause your machines are not working as they should.

I guarantee if there was another laundromat in town, this one would go out of business. I have not been back since I have had two different owners lecture and or get upset with me with HOW to use THEIR equipment. The first time a woman told me I could not put x many of clothes in their dryer, pretty much forcing me to pay for another cycle on another dryer. The second time a man watched me unload my clothes from a washing machine and proceeded to tell me NOT to fill HIS machines with "x amount of clothes, I don't want to have to pay $x for a new machine". I felt so uncomfortable and every time I pass this place I get anxiety over getting lectured by the owners who hate their own business and the people that use it. The owners don't want to put any money or kindness into this store, so I won't waste my time or money. They need to stop penny pinching or sell the business to someone that can put the money and time into it. If not, let this place die already, they can't even keep up on it, nor do they care. ALSO, Might I add they had a bathroom for months with NO water, and now they just keep it locked up.

Got all my laundry in and both quartrer machines were empty. Watched others do the same to realize they couldn't get quarters. Luckily bank was open down the road and gave me some without having an account.

Washers worked well and the dryers did as well. No bathroom is the only negative thing I can come up with. Worked great for us!
