I just can't say enough about this dry cleaner! I dropped off an older wool coat for cleaning and some repair to the lining. 3 weeks later the owner called me to let me know that it's done. When I asked why it took so long he said his wife went to Olympia to get matching material. The total price for cleaning and repairs was $12.00! Wow! Looks like I found my go-to dry cleaners.

I have only used the laundromat side, but it was clean, spacious and they have the equipment to handle the volume of business they attract. The staff is friendly and helpful. I hate laundromats but this one was way tolerable.

The owner keeps this place clean and even cleans after others have wash nasty stuff in them. They did tell me the neighbor hood was a lil run down and that is why they don't stay open late but just remember wash and dry/fold and don't bring extra stuff (computers, games) & you will be fine. I love this place on of my clothe go reined this time. And machines don't smell.

Both locations kepts relatively clean. I gave this review 2 stars based on the machines that do work arent bad and its kept moderately clean. Wash n fold and dry clean services are a fluke and a rip off. I have had it now done 5 separate times on the wash and fold, 2 times on the dry cleaning. Prices are never consistent with what items and the weight of clothes I drop off. As in for everyone of these occasions it is $67 for wash-n-fold and there is always one or two items that cannot be accepted ( Even though the second time it was clarified and went through at drop off) Staff is polite, but ultimately will talk you in circles and I feel they are incompetent. This is my last time even doing laundry at this place of business because, I have called in twice and came to pick up my laundry that was folded, on each of these occasions they were asked to notify me by telephone when the items were done. I went in today because my boyfriend asked me to either pick up our items and take them elsewhere or that they had been ready to be picked up and the business never called. What do you know, they never called. So I had to wait 2 plus weeks, for 12 ball caps, 1 of which was not (a sailor cap, which when dropped off for dry cleaning, I was told they could do it) cleaned due to safety reasons (which they could not inform me why it was a safety hazard) and and small jacket $94. She was over talking me and bumbling her words, I said how in the world do you justify 97$ for 11 caps and a jacket that have been here for 3 weeks, without a phone call even though it was requested? I have already paid $76 when I was here last, please make sure it is correct. She continued to point to the reciepts stapled to the bags and shrug. And says $97 is your total, but she cant explain anything but the tickets on the bags. But the computer entry was the same as when I picked up the laundry wash-n-fold like 10 days ago. Ultimately, I'm done giving this place a shot. I have had better quality dry cleaning and wash-n-fold services for less, added bonus i didn't feel the people were ripping me off.

I think this is the best,it's always clean,and there's staff on hand if you need help, there very friendly.there dryers are not turned down low so you spend more money. And you get rewards, four times now when I put money on my card I won three extra dollars. That's a big help. This is the only place I will go to do my laundry. And they have Wi-Fi!!

Clean and decent machines only have gone there 2 time's the 1st time the employee working at that time was very rude. The 2nd time different empoyee was very nice and helpful. I just don't think I will return as there machines only allow you to start a new wash up to a certain time I wasn't aware of this and loaded everything into 4 different machines and only 1 of them allowed me to wash. Was very inconvenient for me to have to unload everything then wait for the 1 machine to finish as you don't have the ability to stop them. The employee was very apologetic and I know she wanted to help me but was unable to do so. I wonder if there would be away for the staff to stop machine's when something like that happens?

Everytime I go there my underwear get stolen or come back with a mysterious "fluid". Overpriced as well. Wouldn't suggest this to my worst enemy. Unless I wanted them to contract some unknown std. Also I'm pretty sure my step kids close had been stolen and also " Stained". Don't go to this place.

Checkout their Facebook page, (b4 you do laundry), add to your laundry card. They have a discount code every week...helps to save on your laundry. We have been doing business with Valley Cleaners on a weekly basis since 2011. They are always nice, helpful, and fairly priced! They sure do make my life easier! And come on, folks... The people that hang out in the area are not the fault of Valley Cleaners! Valley Cleaners is in contact with the local authorities and City Council on a regular basis regarding cleaning up Aberdeen, and getting the trouble makers off the street. Valley Cleaners does not allow loitering. More businesses need to take an interest in Aberdeen if they want to make a change. Valley Cleaners cannot do it on their own!
