Since I first went to Twin City Laundry the welcoming customer service has been wonderful throughout the entire laundry experience. I would not consider another place to do my laundry except my own home here in Longview. I strongly recommend Twin City Laundry on 1208 Washington Way here in Longview to suit your needs. My washing machine died so I went to Twin City.They did all my laundry including slacks, shirts, sheets, everything, and had it all either neatly folded or hanging in plastic in less than two hours .It worked out to about twenty pounds; the price was more than reasonable.The punch line is my brand new Samsung washer takes 90 minutes to do jeans and two polo shirts.

This is the first time in my life that I have ever used any kind of drop-off/pick-up laundry service, and I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised! Two wonderful young ladies (I called them "M &M", lol)...they both laughed and said, "Yep, that's what we are!" and had a very surprised look on their faces, as if I knew their nicknames and only just properly introducing ourselves. Anyway, if I ever need endless laundry done (ok, not that much!!) I will most definitely go there again. It would have taken me forever to do it, and they had it washed, dried, folded and in plastic bags waiting for me to come get it. Here's the really cool part (in my personal opinion), they suggested that I call and ask them to unload and load my car for me, especially if it's just me and I'm in pain. I'm a chronic pain sufferer (9 years and counting). They were very personal yet professional and very kind-hearted and caring. Thanks ladies, you totally rock and made my night! Thank you Twin City Laundry!!

When I first moved to long view doing laundry sucked plain and simple. Everywhere was gross, dirty, and full of nasty meth creeps. So much so I'd never let my girlfriend go alone and me unarmed. Then twin city opened. Super clean, and staffed with some of the nicest people I've met out here. Doing laundry is no longer stressful and I can take solace in the fact my girl can do laundry safely. Love this place. Will never go anywhere else again.

Very clean. New machines in stellar condition. Price for wash is very high compared to other laundry facilities including Portland where washing averages $3.25 per load adding .25 for hot water. So $1.75 per load higher. Washing machine water levels are low in comparison to other facilities which means less push through to wash out soil. Owners maximizing profit over cleaner clothes. Dryers are reasonably priced. Overall its a wash as your choices in Longview are extremely limited. It grade it a B+. I'd come here again without hesitation. Kudos!

Just passing through town on a cross-country RV adventure. We had a ton of dirty laundry and happened to spot Twin City Laundry while driving to Applebee’s. This was by far the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to. I’d gotten used to seeing “out of service” signs on up to half of the machines at other laundromats, but literally every one of the 50 or so machines at this place was working. The employees were very helpful, the place was spotless, and they played good music, too. I don’t suppose you have any other locations we could visit as we travel across the country??

Incredibly overpriced and you can't even get change for quarters anymore. Edit in response owner's reply: I was in there yesterday and asked one of your staff members to break a $20 so I could get quarters. She refused saying she can only break change for "customers." I come in at least once a month to wash backpacking and camping gear. I really like how clean and well maintained your laundry mat is compared to others in town, but your employee's insolent attitude towards a regular customer is absurd.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING TO ANY OTHER LAUNDROMAT EXCEPT FOR TWIN CITY LAUNDRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AWLAYS dreaded going to a laundromat, but this facility.......is INCREDIBLE! Very clean place and super friendly environment. It is so modern and the future to laundromat.....TV's, wifi, scrub station, kids play area, vending machine and way more. They will even pick up your laundry from your house (if you please), do the laundry for you following your desired needs, fold it and return it back to your house for a very reasonable price. The washers only take 25 minutes to do a load for a huge time savor. Also you can pay with coins, card or use their wireless bluetooth app and pay conveniently through your phone just pressing start on the machine. But by far the best thing about this laundromat is the friendly atmosphere from the two owners that work there. They are so welcoming and will help you with anything from a to z. I love being able to support a local business that cares so much about their community and creating an enviornment for doing laundry that can't be beat by any other laundromat. This is a 6 star business with a friendly atmosphere, top of the line machines, a exceptionally clean and modern facility, countless conveniences all at a very fair price.

I walked in the door and this places is clean! There are so many choices in machine size! Prices are very fair. I only used the standard size. The machines take quarter, debit card or clear token app. I had a bill too large for the coin machine and happened to see the owners on site! Rock and (I believe) Martha gave me change and greeted me! I thanked them for adding such a nice facility to the community. They said they just wanted to have somewhere clean and safe for the community to go for laundry day. That you did. Thanks guys!

I am a regular here and have been since they opened. Nothing can be written here that hasn't been said ten times in ten different five star reviews - and my experience is consistent with what everybody else is saying. I usually have my daughter with me when i come in which means once a week i get to schlep in two huge bags of laundry and one hamper packed so full i can barely lift them, along with three bags (purse, diaper bag, and misc with laundry detergent, Dryer sheets, baby toys etc) and an eight month old in her car carrier that is so freaking heavy the calluses on my hands ache from the weight. Every. Single.time. the staff insists on helping me carry in my stuff and carry it all back out. My huband doesnt even do that for me! And that is just a tiny fraction of all the amazing customer service they've given to me. The owners always make it a point to say hi to me and catch up with the latest in my life and they really are a pleasure to see every week. Longview doesn't usually see this kind of work ethic and pride of ownership. Business owners please take notice- this is what you get when you build a business with the customer as a priority.

Ever do your laundry at the local coin laundromat and leave with huge mysterious grease stains across your hoodies? Or holes ripped thru like teeny animals live in the drier and shred your clothes to bits? We live on the road full time, and do our laundry weekly/biweekly. It has become our most expensive budgeting item. We spend hours at absolutely horrid laundromats, with ancient machines eating up, staining, or melting our laundry and costing waaayyyyy too much money, in filthy conditions from disgusting floors to moldy rotten smelling whirlpools from 1979, usually unmanned so complaints and questions go unanswered. At Twin City Laundry we were greeted literally outside the door (which sadly this kindness in this age startled me). The kind attendant then proceeded to help us pick out the perfect sized (all new) washers and driers to give us the best deal for the money we spend. It’s inexpensive, especially considering everything is clean, immaculate and brand new from floors to ceiling. This is the unicorn of laundromats. THANK YOU!!!!!! Sincerely Abby and Nate.

Honestly best laundromat I've ever been too. My fiance and I dropped off like 70lbs of clothes and bedding around 11 was told it'll probably take until 7 they called 2 hrs early and when we went and received our laundry they had it all folded so nicely. Great laundromat! Honestly, I despise washing my down comforters anywhere other than at home, but they are just too big for my washer/dryer. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, shown how to use the machines and was even asked if I wanted water or coffee. The machines are very clean, new and well maintained. All machines take coins or credit/debit cards and there are working paper money exchange units to use if needed. It cost me $6.50 to wash a king AND queen down comforter in one large washer, and they were done in 25 minutes! I used one large dryer that took both comforters and only cost $2.00 for 40 minutes to dry them completely. Very happy with my experience and will return when my comforters need cleaned again. They have the right people working here also. Very nice, helpful and courteous staff! Kudos to the owners for doing this right!

Love the drop off option. Had our washer die, and while we were eaiting for the repairs we came here. The ladies were very sweet, and they have all types of laundry soap available so if your allergic to something (or just like the smell of a certain one) just let them know. You can also bring your own soap for the drop off too.

Daughter and I are new in Longview. Three employee's that night working. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Walked around and showed us the lay out. How to use them and everything. Very clean. All three employee's always doing something. Will go back to this place again. 2nd trip there: Not so great as our first trip. We got there and was greeted by a gentleman who is part owner. He was very helpful. We had been there for about 40 minutes. A lady, (possible owner), walks up too my daughter and I asked us if we were washing our clothes. I said no they are now in the dryer. Started acting like we are people that bring our clothes there because other places have broken dryer's. That will break our's. She made me prove which dryer's I was using. Sad part is that she was talking with her friend who was open carrying 15 feet away from me for over 20 minutes. She seems fine with her group of friends. Since we are outsiders, we are simply judged. Very highly chance I will not return. If she is there, 100% chance I will not enter this business. Treat ALL CUSTOMER'S with same respect.

Everyone there is so friendly! They treat you like family. I came in with a injured wrist - So it was a little hard to do laundry. The owner not only helped me bring my laundry in, she helped me get them in the washer AND transfer them to the dryer (when I tried to help she pretty much pulled a "mom" card and told me "no"; made me get out of the way. Lol. ) It was a great feeling to see her concern and to see that she cared. I will never go anywhere else to do laundry. Twin City and and amazing staff and has such a comfortable atmosphere.

If you want a laundrymat that exceeds your expectations than this is it! This was the nicest (and quickest) laundrymat I’ve been to. Very friendly and helpful staff from helping me haul my laundry inside to loading it back in my van (I had my hands full with little ones.) there was plenty of machines, laundry carts and tables (and zero wait time!) The facility was clean and machines did an excellent job. Everything works (no busted machines!) My kids enjoyed the play corner and loved the books (and comics! ) They have a clean bathroom avail for customers, there’s vending machines, and they’ll even will do your laundry for you if your interested! *Also, no need to bring quarters, you can just swipe your card! *Special thanks to the gentleman who was overseeing the facility and gave us a hand out to the car and with laundry!

Super clean facilities, friendly employees, and state of the art, high speed washing machines and dryers. What used to take me 2-3 hours in normal home machines takes 1 hour and 10 minutes to wash AND dry. That includes a full set of flannel queen sheets, two towels, and a weeks worth of laundry. 35 minutes to wash in one machine for $3.25, and 34 minutes to dry in a giant dryer for about $1.25. A tip ... if you go early in the morning (they open at 7 am every day) it's less busy. Sunday afternoons are terribly busy!

I've had such good experiences here when I was alone and didnt have my two year old son here. Tonight I didnt have child care and only had one load of laundry My son started out walking around the laundry mat but quickly began running, because hes a toddler. She seen me walking to go get him as hes running away from me because I was switching my clothes and he got a head start, and then proceeded to tell my son to stop running. Not a friendly person to begin with when I had a question anyway. It's a great place and most of the other employees are wonderful. But she has ruined my experience here and I probably wont be returning. I'd say it's not kid friendly but I dont know that for sure. I loved coming here while I could but I'm done now.

I remembered a new laundry store opened recently and low and behold I had 3 BIG bags of laundry to do so I went over to check it out and it is definitely 5 star top notch place and kept VERY CLEAN!!! Wiether you do quarters or card they are set up both ways. They even have a big blanket washing machine as well as a big blanket size dryer. Even a couple of specifically designed heavy duty side load washers for heavy soiled clothes It's set up with a bathroom, television times 2, coffee, vending machine, and to top it off one of the owners were there and she was very kind talking with me and showing me how it all works. Anytime I need to do alot of laundry I know for sure where I am going.
