I read thru at least 30 reviews. Why do we need great, super and wonderful staff? They are not doing my laundry. I used this facility ONCE. It's a small laundromat and not any more new or modern than the other laundromat in Spokane. I went on a Friday afternoon and had to wait for a washer, no signage indicating they use a card and not coins. No one told me I could do laundry and pay for it when done. They said buy a card. Now I have a card with at least $10 on it that I will not use because I won't be going back. This place charges double or triple what other laundromat charge. If you want customers to return you need to lower your prices. What do I do with the "card" for your machines? I would like to get my cash back.

Great place to do laundry! Haha, really though they have a Card that you have to use and load money on but it's fairly nice and convenient once you get the hang of it, staff here are great as long as your not just messing around and doing what you came to do.

If there were ever named a more hospitable and friendly laundromat in this great state of Washington, well, I’d have to seriously question my own perception of reality. Never have I had a more seamless, transparent, and illuminating experience when it comes to laundry. Superb, really. And what makes the entire experience so enchanting, is the staff. The moment you walk in they’ve already sized you up for your optimum washing/drying needs, thrown in some witty banter, and punctuated the exchange with tips and pointers that only a true professional would care to tell. 10/10. The only laundromat one will ever need.

This is the only laundromat I go to if I ever need to. They have amazing equipment that they keep very clean, and the staff is always very nice, polite, and helpful. The prices are fair for what they offer and give with their equipment and the staff’s services. I always recommend this laundromat to anyone that is looking.

There was too many attendants and a load of laundry should never cost $8.00 to wash in a normal front loading washer. It was clean and friendly but way too expensive. I won’t be using this laundry mat again. My own dryer was broken and it cost me $40 to do 6 regular loads of laundry

OK, so I don't like doing laundry anymore than you do, but this place almost makes it a pleasure. First of all, it's clean, secondly there's no annoying TV going. All the machines are in working order and there's always someone on site. The machines work with a card, but if you're like me and just visiting, you can have the attendant run a tab for you and pay at the end. The attendant when we were there was Jacki and she couldn't have been nicer. She was happy to help us and was just nice to be around. BTW, there's a chocolate house right next door!

I absolutely love this laundromat!!!! Very clean and great working machines. Best of all, the staff! I believe the yound lady's name is Candace ... I love her spirit. Very friendly and helpful. You can tell she loves to interact with people. The young single father I met this evening there, hard working , very helpful and energetic. He too shows signs of enjoying his job. I used to think customer service was a lost art but these two give me hope that there are still friendly people who enjoy thier work. It's so nice to go in, get all your laundry wash, dried, folded and in the baskets where they will sit til needed

My husband and I travel for work so I frequent many laundromats. I was shocked when I saw they charge extra for warmer water! My husbands clothes get heavily soiled and I have to use an extra wash (wish I understand an extra charge for) but for using hot water instead of cold? It was nearly $4 for a SMALL washer! The dryers also didn't dry my clothes all the way like the one downtown does. I used up the $20 I put on the card and then continued driving 25 minutes to the superwash downtown. Ladies that work here are nice, but I'd rather make the 30 minute drive for a bigger washer at a cheaper price!

As our seccond trip in a month items are stolen I paid over 90$ in laundry A whole load of clothes were taken all x2 and 3x shirts only a few were walmart and cheep most were a lot more so now im out the money to wash my clothes or have them Thanks to the person who stole my clothes Or the workers who are dishonest

First visit. Nice and clean. Athena was very helpful! Yes, machines are more costly, but you can fit more in and the dry cycles are longer. We will be back to this location. Nice to get everything done fast!

I've been loyally going to this laundromat for 3 Years and last week over $1,200 of bedding and clothes were ruined because they had a melted crayon in one of their dryers and claimed they're not responsible for the damage that was caused. They refused to compensate me for my clothes, get the crayon out of my clothes because they "didnt have time to spend on it" or even reimburse the money i spent to wash them in the first place. I'm absolutely outraged with this place.

This was where I went for years. Checked out some different ones after having issues with rude staff. Turns out the handy dandy little credit card you HAVE have for the machines makes it really easy to over charge the hell out of you.It's been at least 20$+ cheaper everywhere else I've gone. Amount of washers to dryers makes no sense. Often wait for dryers. Almost always over crowded. Machines work well, nice place.

I needed to wash my king size comforter and blanket and I'm not savy about laundromats. The woman at the counter was very helpful, she used her card to pay for the wash cycles. I asked how much I owed for the wash and she told me to pay after I had dried the items. The place is very, very clean. There is also a drop off service, but we did not use it.

This place has some of the coolest employees at a laundry mat! The machines are up to date front loaders, there are a lot of folding tables and plenty of rolling baskets. There is even a kids play area with toys and a tv to keep the kids busy! And did I mention the staff ROCKS! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to do laundry!

I would typically give this place 5 stars, but..after coming here weekly for the past 4 years, I can say tonight was awful. When a paying customer goes to get laundry accomplished they want a beautifully maintained place, wonderful staff, assistance, and small chatter is a great bonus. That happened every time of me doing laundry, except tonight. The attendant was rude, not helpful (to the point of me assisting people next to me) the floors were unkempt, bathroom dirty. I understand that it is sometimes difficult because they are busy, but if she left behind the counter and did the small things, I dont believe that it would have been so messy. As a person that has used the same facility religiously for the past 4 years..I guess that my expectations are higher.

It's quiet and clean on a Saturday morning 01/02/16.... the attendant was sooo nice and basically held my hand the whole time, which I know she did not have to do.... but it was my first time and I had nothing with me except for my laundry and she brought me everything I needed... she took the time to explain how it worked with the cards and offered to use her card then I'd pay after so I wouldn't have to buy a card since I won't be back for awhile. If I need a laundromat again I will be coming here... and I live a good distance away with other laundromats closer.

Really clean and a lot of machines to use. Normal washers to huge ones. For sleeping bags or large bedding. You get a card which all the machines take. And you load on to it from your debit card. How much time you think you will need.

Clean, new, 8 dollar hot wash in big machine but did in 15 min. In big dryer 2 bucks 38 min I think. You have to buy a card for 1 dollar then you put credit on it no change.

Went here to wash our blankets a few weekends ago. The place was busy which was understandable. Staff was super nice but didnt stop people from claiming the machines via tied off plastic bags. One family took up almost every single machine some of which they weren't using or didnt end up using for quite some time.

We were suprised at how nice this laundromat is. We went here on a Sunday and thought we would have to wait for a big machine for sure. But, there were plenty of extra large machines. Even though it was crowded the ladies that were working were really helpful and friendly. Both the washer and dryer were amazingly fast and the rugs came out spotless. First time I've ever experienced putting money on a card for laundry but I can see how this could definately help with machine maintenance and security. The place was really clean and bright, lots of big windows. With parking on both sides of the building. Nice environment to have to do a not so nice task, laundry!!!
