I was surprised to see so many positive reviews so after checking The Laundry Room out myself, I understood why. It's a first class facility with a staff that goes above and beyond to help you. Machines are all in fantastic condition and of various sizes. I'd highly recommend them.

Reciently moved into a small apartment and needed a regular spot for laundry and this is it. Clean machines and facility, polite and friendly customer service, and reasonably priced. The pre-paid cards are really convenient - no more juggling fist-fulls of quarters to the laundromat!

No change machine, no quarters. Everything runs on a card based system, including the bathroom. In all honesty it is a clean facility, with huge washing machines and dryers. Bathroom is customers only, which in turn keeps it rather clean.

Loved this place has 6 to 8 load washers that you can wash whites in with your colors and with bleach all together without messing up your colors. Only $8.95 for 6 loads and $2.99 to dry all 6 loads fantastic.

I decided to try this laundry mat out because of terrible experiences at other places and I highly recommend this place. Very clean machines, well taken care of, bright lights, attentive attendant. Just all around good. It is a little expensive but quality of the machines and customer service make it worth it. Niko was very informative for my first time here, so very nice, and was on top of making sure everything was clean.

This is the best Laundry facility that I have used in the City of Spokane, WA. It is clean not over crowed and has the large washers. It cleans my clothes alot better than any other facility that I have used ....Thank You and keep up the good work. Clean building with machines that work. Washers have various capacities so you can wash large items/loads or smaller loads. Uses a card system that can be loaded with cash, credit, or debit. The system is easy to use. Machines are clean and maintained, staff is friendly and helpful.

Great group of people running this joint, always friendly and smiling when they aren't sweeping/cleaning/helping customers. Decent music playing overhead, and wifi while you wait for everything to wash/dry. Knocking 1 star for not having an arcade machine (hey, I'm old, and arcade machines and laundromats go together like Mr. Gump's Peas and Carrots!)

Expensive, but nice washers and dryers. Its always clean and they use cards that one can add funds to with cash or debit card rather than quarters. They also keep laundry soap, dryer sheets, and 2 sizes of laundry bags on hand to sell incase one has forgotten any of these items.

WONDERFUL place to do laundry! The Best in Spokane!! There are 2, 8 load machines. I a little over 20 minutes I can get 16 loads of laundry done. They are H.E. machines. 1 lid of liquid h.e. laundry soap is all it takes for 8 loads. It's amazing!!

Maybe a tad higher cost for the washing machines but they more than make up for it in the spin cycle. My clothes come out of the washing machine twice as dry compared to other laundry mats. I can typically dry 4 loads of laundry for $1.65 (minimum amount) - Best in town.

Full time RV'er and picky about laundromats. Read all the good reviews and they were accurate. Friendly considerate staff, good machines, able to park my 24ft truck camper. The machines don't take quarters and are on a card system. The staff uses their card and you pay them after - easy process. If passing through this area again I will stop in. Note, there are some low bridge heights (around 14 feet) coming from I-90. Good experience and highly recommend this laundromat.

The girl that works there, Heather, told me it would be 2 extra dollars for me to leave my laundry and have it done for me, she also said that they would call me whenever it was done. Almost 24 hrs later I hadn't received a call, so I went to pick it up figuring they just forgot to call or something. The man that was there brought my laundry out from the back and it was exactly how I left it when I dropped it off. I looked at my blankets and saw that they clearly had not been washed. The man said he would contact the girl that was there yesterday to figure our what happened. I called after an hour or so and he claimed that Heather had everything washed the day before, since this was clearly not true I mentioned that the laundry was still dirty. He said he could "re-wash" them for me to make sure this was taken care of. After a couple of hours he texted me that the laundry was ready so I went and picked it up. I paid just to be done with the ordeal, but it seems that he just threw it in the dryer for a while and called it good enough. Taking my laundry elsewhere.

The Laundry Room is clean, up-to-date, and welcoming. Their friendly staff are always present, either cleaning or helping patrons. Washing machines vary in capacity from small enough to do the load of whites that always seems too small to large enough to do multiple comforters at once. They run on a magnetic card system that takes cash, credit, or debit, so juggling quarters or keeping cash on-hand is unnecessary. The multitude of well-maintained laundry carts make transferring loads relatively painless. It's a great alternative to cramped and inadequate apartment laundry rooms or a nice way to do a lot of laundry without taking all day.

They have a play section for kids which is great! The kids tv does not seem to stay on. The facility is clean and really relaxed. They use a key card instead of coins with a little kiosk. If you dont like interacting with people like me who has social anxiety you go up to it and it tells you exactly what to do in Spanish and english, it takes both cash and card. It will spit out a laundry mat card for you to use instead of cash. Its very clever. The bathroom stays clean and neat because you need a laundry card to access it. It has a baby changing table. Which is great too. Its clean and neat. The only reason I give it three stars is it is pretty expensive. To get a card it is a 1 dollar fee before processing your laundry card and the ammount you put on it . Then its 2.50 and up from there a load.

This establishment has a great staff, no really I mean great. The owner replies to email and explained how he got such excellent folks by explaining that customers should be approached as if one were speaking to ones Mother, Father, Grandmother or Grandfather. Just ask the staff about how much soap to put in one of those huge washing machines and laundry helper tips and "Bing Bong Bam" you will get helpful service with a pleasant smile (usually).
