I really love that laundry mat is 24 hours. I think there is wifi too. Very clean. Much better than the coin op, they told me I shouldn't use their machines to clean my baby clothes.

The laundromat is very clean. Unfortunately, several washers were out of order, and some took all of my quarters and didn't return them. Same with a few dryers. This used to happen at their former location as well.

I would be lost with out this place!!! As silly as this may sound I love this place for many reasons. I suffer from anxiety in the public disorder and this place being 24 hours makes life so much easier for me I can go in late and no one really is there, it's awesome. The owner is very friendly and charming He keeps the place very clean and ya can't beat the price nor location... The Machines are nice, effective, fast, clean, and well cared for and there's plenty of them Plus very handy big durable rolling laundry baskets provided.. Also free wifi, pet friendly ;), clean public restrooms, plenty of counters to fold your clothes and lots of seating area to relax while waiting and for your convenience a change machine plus laundry detergent, large sturdy plastic clean laundry reusable bags, snacks and soda vending machines with good prices, and the most comforting thing about the place is its state-of-the-art security system that is well-known and there's cameras everywhere so you don't have to worry about your clothes being jacked ;)

Very Nice LARGE Capacity washers that really get the job done~ GREAT location and always open, so its super SUPER convenient! Nice carts to facilitate loading/unloading your laundry, change machine on the spot and laundry extras available for sale should you forget your soap! Great place to do your laundry, the owner is very nice!

Everything you need here if you forgot something other than your clothes. I guess you could wash other people's clothes but they might not like it.

Spins not good so finish with damp wet. Takes longer to dry . They was big lady doing laundry at this place she had poop on her back of dress .....nothing to do this business .

the older location(beside cwu) was better as the new location is small and cramped, there are very few carts so don't go if other people are there, many of the washers and dryers are busted but not all of them are marked so expect to have your quarters eaten, while i did not experience a problem with the washers, the dryers are poorly maintained. When we pulled out our laundry the front half felt dry, if very slightly damp, but the back half was on fire and melted some of our clothes. they stock the vending machines with stuff from the dollar store and the sitting area is small and cramped. but hey, the bathroom was clean.

Most of the large capacity washers aren't working. Lost $2.50 on a machine that was not marked as out of order.

Not a kid friendly atmosphere. The owner is there often and is very helpful, but prefers to have a quiet shop. I will not be going back because he kept telling my two year old to "shhh". The machines are maintained, but if the owner is not present the number provided will not connect you to anyone. I have called quite a few times and never recieved a call-back. Issues with laundry machines and vending machines are best dealt with first hand. It is very clean, but if I am expected to constantly keep my toddler quiet- I will have to go somewhere else.

Its very clean and spacious, there are a lot of huge machines so you can get all your laundry done at once. There are plenty of machines for large numbers of people. Its downtown and convenient. There is machines for laundry soap, laundry bags, snacks and drinks. Love this place.

The facility was clean and well kept. The machines were fairly modern and all but a few were operational. The size of the machines was impressive with many commercial size machines. Change machine was working and accepted up to $20 bills. Cost of the larger machines seemed on the high end for capacity.

I am here often and Love it. The owner is amazing and helpful. I have witnessed him lending a helpful hand to a homeless man he even asked him if he wanted a wash machine to use for free. He is always asking me how he can improve anything, parking, ect. My clothes are always clean and fresh smelling. It is by far the cleanest I have ever seen. Also his employee is always washing the outside of machines and keeping it clean with a smile on his face . I have met alot of nice people here. It is a great place to have here in Ellensburg.

One washer broke mid cycle and I tried calling the number on the wall provided to us if we have any problems. The doesn't even connect to anyone. Upon putting the number in it disconnects. So now I have cloths that are soaking wet and not completely washed in the washer. Terrible machine and terrible service.

This is a great laundry mat. I went when there was an employee there and oh my gosh she was so helpful! Sadly I didn't get her name but she helped me and the other customers to make sure we got the best use of the washers and dryers. Like what settings to use depending on what we were washing. The vending machine wasn't working so she went into the office and got me the exact snack I wanted. For free. I thought that was very nice of her, not alot of people would do that. I do go alone to do my laundry and i have never felt unsafe here, no weird guys or creeps. I would definitely recommend doing your laundry here!

Open 24 hours, so it's easy to do your laundry whenever you need to. They have lots of machines, but a lot of them are frequently broken. The facilities are kept fairly clean and the premises feel pretty safe, even at night.

Clean, and most of the machines are usually operational the majority of the time. The only drawbacks is how crowded it can become and its very insuffecient parking lot, which is very difficult to maneuver with even two additional vehicles parked there.

One of the better laundromats that I have visited in recent memory. It has a very industrial vibe but is clean and not overly expensive. The dryers are outstanding! I went on a sunday evening so it was not busy but I can imagine this would not be the case during a weekday.

Came here at 7:30pm. Half the front loader washers were out of order, the ones that weren't apparently weren't turned on because they didn't activate after I put the money in. I called the number and left a voicemail. Why leave the number if you're not going to answer? I guess I'll have to come back and complain in person. Also the bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towels. How this place has the rating it does is absolutely beyond me.
