This laundromat is horrible. Mold in the detergent dispenser of the machines. There was no surface I would say was clean-floor, walls, machines, counters.

This place was close by and needed to get laundry done quickly. Unfortunately they were vandalized and many of the machines have been broken. The ones left working did the job and got clothes cleaned up. Please support them.

$5 a load for machines that have been vandalized and broken. Most of the machines look ripped apart or sketchy to use even when operable. Don't waste your money here.

This place is terrible! I walked in and didn't want to touch anything. I tried to wash a load but the machine just kept taking my money and not counting it. Now I don't know how I will do wash.

The experience here was horrible machine so outdated that they barely worked. Had to struggle to get door open on washing machines. Dryers didn't heat up had to run 3 times to get dry. Sadly this place is not kept up at all.

It isn't often I have to resort back to the laundromat, but I did a couple of days ago. The last couple of laundromats I ended up at, I felt there was a bit of safety concern due to their locations, even though I was there during daylight hours, so I was on edge the whole time. Although that was years ago, I still remember those feelings. This time I decided to try Sud Eez laundromat in Silverdale. Overall I did feel safer due to its location, (near a bank and coffee shop) and a couple of the other people doing their laundry were friendly. For that being said that laundromat is in extremely rough shape. To my surprise, tons of dryers stood there broken, and around all the washing machines was water. In many areas, tile pieces were missing on the floor, and the intact parts were filthy. I must say this shocked me; after all, this is Silverdale, and to have a laundromat in such dismay I would think the owners would be forced to clean it up. People are spending a lot of money there using those machines, and this place is quite an eyesore. Unaware of the condition of the restroom, but if the laundry area is any indication, then I think we know what the bathrooms will look like. **Suds-Eez OWNERS - For the sake of the people (and Silverdale) who have to use this laundromat week after week after week, PLEASE clean this place up!***

They didn’t keep the soap, bleach, or softeners stocked. Either that or it’s meant to eat your quarters. Driers did the same. Got my laundry done though, eventually.

Place still has not fixed its vandalized machines. Its the only place in both towns so I can't complain too much. This place could have gotten hundreds of dollars from me instead I bought a portable washer machine to do it at home. I do visit these places every once in a while as my portable machine sucks.

50% of the machines are out of order. Everything is dirty. The few machines that do work are VERY expensive. ...Where do people actually go to wash clothes? It's OK, you can stop hiding the clean and functional place now, I'm not going to destroy it.

the woman working is disrespectful. she argued w me about my friends clothes “already been pulled out” but we had TWO minutes left, so if that was the case, she had to have stopped ours, but we still had time left. and then she shouts a conversation w us and other customers, out loud for EVERYBODY to hear. customer service isn’t great here. DONT argue w a customer, and DONT shout someone’s business out there for EVERYBODY to hear. that should be one on one. bottom line. i have never had any issues here in the past. IM NEVER COMING BACK. thanks for ruining a laundromat that used to be my favorite.

It’s okay. Not very well maintained machine (I only used the washers though) it cost me $3.75 a load. There’s two changes machines which makes it a bit more convenient......I guess. Overall like what I said, it’s okay. Does what I need it to do since my washer is getting repaired. But it’s costly!

Not all the dryers work and they never get them fixed. I just come here to dry my cloths. The dryer's work great. But how can a business stay in business when not all the machines dont work.

I just moved here and haven't purchased a washer or dryer yet. Thought it would be easiest just to go use the laundromat and tackle it all at once. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. It was expensive to use the machines and some of my clothes are not clean afterward. I have a large blanket that I put in a machine by itself and it has some sort of crusty residue all over it now, maybe dried powder soap from a previous user (I use liquid soap). No one was on duty for the entire three hours I was there (late afternoon on a Tuesday). I have tried calling to talk to someone but the phone just rings every time. I'm now posting this review in lieu of trying to resolve it with the management. Regarding the machines, quite a few of the dryers are out of order and those that do work are inconsistent. I had to move my clothes around several times. The extra large $9 machines don't seem to spin well enough and my clothes felt really damp, requiring more dryer time. It cost me close to $70 to do laundry for my family of three for two weeks of laundry (including sheets and towels). It was definitely not worth it. I am lucky in that I won't ever have to go there again, but I really feel for those who have no other option. I don't like businesses that take advantage of people's circumstances. I am afraid this might be one of them. Find another solution if you can and avoid this place.

This is August 13, 2018. This laundry has 8 new washers since the burglary. It is slowly recovering. Four Triples for $7 and 4 washers that hold like 5 loads for $9. The 5 loaders can hold 2 king size comforters at once. Pretty big. You really can do a lot for your money. The attendants are very helpful and try hard to keep the laundry clean but they are only there 4 hours a day so most ppl don't bother to clean up after themselves. They clean everyday. More remodeling was going to be done by the owner of the business but the owner of the building is not willing to renew the lease, so therefore the laundry owner put remodeling on hold. Makes sense to me. I wouldn't update anything in the building either. So I think they are doing great for what they went through.

This place could use a total make over or a little TLC. There is only so much those poor attendants can do to keep it clean and going. Owners flew through today. Pulled out the quarters and refilled the quarter machine and took the money. Didn't really address any of the problems and just talked about partying later and buying property. Everything is super old. Dryers have all but failed with only a handful working. Floors look dirty but they are so old it's just stains. Washers don't clean all the way and cost a hand and foot to operate. But the attendant was super nice and helped me choose which washers and dryers would work best for me. The bathroom was midly clean but it was also old so there was only so much she could do to keep it nice in there. It was also really cold in there even with all the working dryers running. Sadly this is the only place we have, so there was really no choice. Maybe someone will eventually step up and put a better place in around town or the owners will replace or update somethings!

Machines are so old that they dont work correctly. No spin cycle on the washing machine so my clothes were completely soaked. Bathrooms always locked. Place is terrible. Never again will i come here.

many of the machines have signs saying they're out of order.. We came at a time when it wasn't too crowded so this wasn't a problem for us. Attendant only works from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. weekdays and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday.

Washing machine got stuck closed with my clothes in it. Went back a second time every washing machine was used Except THAT one. Seems everyone knows not to use it. Dirty, expensive, not well maintained. I don't like this place and don't know anywhere else to go.

I brought in some large items to wash because I couldn't fit them in my washer at home and I was shocked at the condition of this facility. Half of the washers (including the large loaders) are out of order. About three quarters of the dryers are out of order. How do they expect anyone to get anything done in a timely manner if you have to fight for a machine? The whole facility was absolutely filthy. People come here to clean there clothes for goodness sake! Clean up! If I dropped something on the floor, I'd feel like I'd have to run them through another cycle. It's clear this business has the monopoly on the laundromat industry in Silverdale because they know customers have no where else to go and don't care if the facility is absolutely rank. Avoid if at all possible.

90 percent of machines are out of order. Detergent dispenser out of order. 3.75 for a extremely small load (3 sweatshirts). Cost a fortune for me to do 2 normal size loads. The laundromat in poulsbo is way better and significantly cheaper.

Absolutely disgusting! Half of the machines don’t work, dryers open while drying which tosses your clothes in the floor, place is horrendously dirty, and it’s an absolute rip off! $9 for the triple washer. The owner must be money hungry and cheap to charge this much but not take care of their facility.
