Very expensive to do laundry here. I've never had to pay so much at a laundry mat and there isn't anything special about it at all. Its $8.50 for the 5 load washer.

Clean laundromat, available attendant on a busy day for Sunday, which is good. Small commercial washer was quite pricey. Watch out for the restroom when you use it, the attendant may just walk in on you, without knocking or acknowledging out loud when door is locked. I had used the restroom here for less than 10 minutes and the attendant opened and walked in with the key. He should had known better that the restroom was occupied. No privacy, I guess you have a time limit to use their restroom. Not coming back to this laundromat.

Variety of washer and dryer sizes is nice, and even on a Saturday afternoon it wasn't awfully busy. All machines have card readers which is nice, and there is a soap center. However this place seems to be more expensive than others I have been to.

I don't know why this place has bad reviews. It's a little expensive, but the machines are nice and get your clothes very clean. It's quiet inside, no drama and there's always an attendant present. I've come here once a week for the last two months and I've been nothing but pleased.

I come here once a week. Its a very nice place to do your laundry and can load a double loader with full baskets and it actually gets things clean. Attendant on duty at all times and has cameras on every washer and dryer so you can walk out an feel like your stuff is safe it has a quarter machine, vending machine, a machine if you forget your soaps and dryer sheets and bags! As well as a bathroom. I love this place. The prices are a little high but not more then some places i have been too. All in all i give it a 5 star for sure. I dont want to go anywhere else.

I went around 11 am on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. Some chairs to sit and a small tv for distraction. Close quarters when there are more people there. This place has a few different sizes of washing machines and a larger size for the driers.

OMG! The lady who usually works here is out sick so they have some young girl working here today. RUDE RUDE RUDE! I only come in about once every two weeks, so I use three of the really big machines. This girl jumps all over me for using three machines "while others were waiting". Excuse me, but those people werent here when I got here and I sort as I go do I get the most out of the washers. She yelled at me that I was "rude" for using three of the washers. What? Excuse me but A) I was here first, B) there were plenty of other washers available for use, and C) Is this how you talk to a 60 year old customer. Who is the owner of this place, because that young lady needs some serious customer service training.

My go to place for laundry, the machines all work, and take cards instead of just quarters. The attendant keeps the place clean, and the bums away.

Roxanne is amazing, she is the type of worker the owner should be very thankful to have. She cleans, sweeps, picks up the room. In addition, always friendly and helpful to all the customers. I was in on a Sunday and the other lady us is so different! I got her attention to let her know there was some trash on the floor. I was not sure if someone would trip, and wanted her to know. She gave me a funny look after she came out of the office and picked it up. Roxanne is an amazing employee and I want to be sure others know she is!!

This place is something else. I usually go to the laundromat on 38th. This one is close and has air conditioning which they turn off expect for in their office if the door is left open so people can haul stuff faster even if it's 2 minutes. I'm not kidding. They have a lot of hand written signs which makes the place look unprofessional. The attendants rarely come out. I asked for help because the card reader was not working and I received "did you try to flip the card?" -_- really? Great customer service, just great. If you show up 10 minutes after their last wash time posted they pick up your stuff and throw you out saying you won't have time to finish. Again, great customer service. I understand that would mean a worker staying late but they have to stay late to clean anyway so what's letting a person stay 5-10 minutes longer? They have a lot of tweaker traffic and do nothing about it besides lock the bathroom and don't let anyone use it without proving you're actually doing laundry. Also the roof has had water damage that is not covered up, the machines work but I'm not sure if they are cleaned regularly. Only reason for 2 stars is the a.c when it's one and the card reader on the machines.

Amazing place. I always go here. Amazing attendants. It's a little expensive but I think it's worth it. Probably the cleanest laundromat in the area. I love it here.

Very expensive & they allow people to take nasty filthy dogs in there... As a constantly bark at their own shadow..... They allow people to let the laundry sitting there for 15 plus minutes even after its dry.....Also letting people smoke right at the doorway so if you want to be coughing and choking on nasty dog and cigarette smoke go ahead and go there

The laundromat was clean inside. The air conditioner worked and kept the establishment nice and cool. The attendant was on duty. The tv worked. There are 8 seats up front and a couple more in the back. There is a change machine up front with the option to purchase single use laundry detergents and softeners as well as bleach. The attendant wipes down the machines and picks up around the establishment. Trash cans are bagged. There are restrooms toward the back of the laundromat. I'm pleased the with facility as a whole. The main only reason i didn't rate this laundromat 5 stars is the price. $3 for double washers, $6 for giant washers, $7.50 for mega washers. Giant dryers are $0.25/4 min for giant dryer and $0.25/6 min for stacked dryers. The washers seem a bit high. However, i would recommend this laundromat to anyone in a pinch just like i am at the moment. It has been a number of years since I've had to use a laundromat.

The place would be nice if it didn't draw in a bunch of crazies. I get nervous being around here but it's the only laundromat in the area. I hangout in my locked car while the laundry is going. But the attendants are nice and everything works great. Prices seem high but I'm from the Midwest where it was $2.50 or less for a wash load.

This place has horrible customer service or customer concern. There is a simple way to conduct business and these people do not honor it not one bit. I washed here just a few days ago, sat directly in my car in front of the doors watching my things as they dried. I knew the dryer would run past time they were going to be open so I figured when they got ready to close I would grab my things. The woman locked the door right as she was looking at me, knowing I'm the only one left and sitting just feet from her in my vehicle. The worker then turnt the lights down and I get out to go to the door to tell her my things are still drying but I will take them and she ignores me knocking on the door, sets the alarm, comes to the door and locks it behind her stating it's to bad I'll have to come the next day. I was living. When I came the next day over half my things were missing and every piece of clothing had some white for all over everything. I will be reporting these people to the better business bureau asap.

It was ok. It was clean and there is an attendant working so you don't feel uncomfortable going outside while you wait. On a Sunday afternoon there was only one other person doing laundry. However it was very busy on a tuesday midday, though we didn't have to wait for a machine or anythng. There are no single, top loading washers, only double load and huge ones. And the double load size ones are noticeably small. It's rather expensive to wash but not the highest ive seen and every machine has a card slot if you don't have quarters. Over all, it was a good place though.

My first time at this laundry, I hate going to them but had to until my new washer came. This laundry was clean. I came at s busy time, Monday, holiday, but I was able to get the amount of washers I needed. The machines were quick (23 mins) I was in and out fairly quickly There were attendants on duty.

Crazy expensive. $8.00, $7.00, and $3.25 for the tiny washers. Machines are newer but you will definitely be paying for it. Place seemed clean bit too cluttered. Not all that many machines. If more than maybe 6-7 people are washing, it would probably be a good idea to go elsewhere considering many people do multiple loads. Space is pretty tight and doesn't offer much in the way of folding space. But the steep pricing in itself is worth finding an alternative.

This place is always clean and well maintained. They have an on site attendant at all times which prevents all the shady characters hanging out in the parking lot from hanging out inside there.

Mega load is 6.50 which is pretty pricey but a small load is 3$ and the mega will fit 2 normal loads in one mega so it’s not that bad I don’t mind paying the price for the fact that this is very clean their washers don’t stink and their wiped down. Dryers dry fast and drying is cheap all together best place in this area

Depends on who is on attendant staff at the time. Sometimes, it's extremely clean other times, it's average clean. You can use debit card or quarters. Dryers are not all the same. Some dryers work well others leave clothes damp with similar fabrics and dry time.

I have been coming here for about 6 months now and on two separate occasions today included I have needed to get change do to their machine not working correctly and they have on two occasions refused to give me change if you are going to be in a public service then you need to be prepared to take care of your consumers and not act like we are in your way you are here to do a job so do it

Weekends are very busy. Early mornings and evenings during the week are the best times to get your laundry taken care of. 4 stars is because of the handwritten signs, it just looks tacky. Also a staff member is so rude and unfriendly. The rest of the staff is very nice and helpful.

had 2 sleeping bags cleaned, they came back wet. Based on how they were rolled the person who did it must have known they were wet. Demanded my money back and had to argue with the owner. Nothing wrong with the machines they work fine but I would give you money to someone else.
