I like the one in the town of Sedro Woolley. It's clean and I like the equipment. Also I think it's cheaper.

We had an entire load of laundry ruined by their machine. Which included my son's brand new school clothes, athletic clothes, and my work clothes. We called to inform them and the woman who called us back called my husband a liar and said that there was no way we could go after them for compensation. Not to mention the several machines that were broken but not labeled that ate our money including ones that were 6 dollars per wash. I would highly recommend NOT supporting this business. there are lots of other respectable choices in the area.

I've been going here on a near weekly basis for the past 4 months since moving back to the Sedro area (Lyman) and haven't had a bad experience with the machines or other patrons. It is kept up/clean, has a coin machine, cheap detergent/softner/bleach, a couple 2-load size washers which is what I use, food/drink vending machine, located downtown so its walking distance to run errands of eat out while waiting on clothes. Never had a problem with the machines or the patrons. Definitely my favorite laundry mat to go to since moving back to the area.

September 16th, 2017: At least two of the washers are broken right now (no signs posted): they didn't put enough water in the machine to get my clothes saturated for the wash cycle on the first load. As such, I had to run two loads to get my clothes clean. This made me run later than expected. My clothes were mostly (but not fully) dry by 10:00. The security guy kicked me out with damp clothes. So it cost me an extra $5.50 to have soapy and damp clothes at the end of my laundry day... I did like this place, but I'm gonna try the others.

Used to be the cleanest & best laundrymat in the county; but since original owner retired & dry cleaners closed; it's gone downhill. Machines out of order for weeks; people complaining they get gypped out of money & don't get refunds. Place is always dirty now with machines flooding.

The laundry facilities are always super clean and all the machine are maintained daily. The dry cleaning services are super fast, with quality work, and the staff is fantastic! I highly recommend Sparkle Shop Cleaners over any other business. PS..They have laundry mats in two locations in Sedro-Woolley and one in Burlington for convenience. I am not officiated with this company. Just a long time customer. .
