This is a Palace! We have had to use this facility due to our washer breaking. The young man Dustin that works there is absolutely one hard working employee! He is always doing something! He greets every person that walks in the door’ he is so helpful! They are blessed to have him as an employee! I couldn’t say enough great things about this place or Dustin!! Thank you Dustin.

They're a little on the expensive side, but for the cleanliness and the boys you can go do laundry I will pay the price. This place is very obviously award winning. The staff there (I rarely run in to them) are very friendly and helpful. He always makes sure everybody has what they need before he clocks off.

I actually enjoy coming here... to do laundry!! My kids love the play area and it’s conveniently located near the restrooms since they go every ten minutes. They are always clean and locked so only customers can use them with the easy pass. I really like the easy pass system, I’d much rather use a card than carry around coins and it’s very easy to use. The employees have been very helpful and so friendly. The machines are in excellent condition and work perfectly and efficiently. Best laundromat I’ve ever been to.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They watch to see if anyone needs help and offer it. The bathroom uses a security key (the laundry card) and is clean. The laundry area is always clean, neat and tidy. They have 3 t.v's, one is in a child play area with children's programs on it. There are plenty of laundry carts also.

Great place for doing your laundry. Very clean. All machines work. Assorted sizes. They don't do horse blankets ( thank you). Easy to use. Buy a card that you simply add money to. At the end sell back. Attendant very, very helpful.

I've never had a trouble here. A spacious off-street parking lot, a simple but effective payment system, generally friendly or simply busy customers with several TV stations tuned for viewing pleasure. Prices are fairly reasonable and modular to your loads and lengths of drying.

This was a wonderful laundromat. The place was spotless and the attendants very nice and helpful. You do buy a card for a dollar but get your dollar back if you cash the card out. It's only because people would throw away the cards. I highly recommend this business.

I usually choose this location (over the one in Monroe) because as a 50+ year old woman alone I feel safer if I’m going to be there after dark. Parking is ample and there are always plenty of carts and tables when I’m there. This place is consistently clean, most of the machines are in working order, and the staff is friendly. It’s my go-to place for laundry in the area!

Clean, modern, working but quite the ripoff. First you have to buy a card to use in the machines, which cost an extra dollar. Then the washers are $5.05. Not just a plain five bucks mind you. But they’ve got to get that extra 5 cents. Just to make sure your card runs out and you have to buy another. If you return the card then they will give you back the dollar. But that isn’t made clear.

We were very impressed with this facility. It's very clean and well kept. You can do your own laundry or drop off and pick up. We dropped off and everything was clean neatly folded and organized for pick up.

My experience at Snohomish Laundry to wash/dry a down comforter was excellent. All due to their lovely employee whose name I believe is Dustin (middle aged man with dirty blonde colored hair. I was in 10/4/18 in the late morning hours if the owners see this and want to know the employee working). He was such a joy to interact with, when I had previously not been in to wash/dry before and needed some help to know the basics of how their place operated. His customer service was absolutely outstanding. He was unbelievably kind, extremely helpful by showing me and checking back in with me at every stage of the process, so sweet while doing so, and an all around lovely person to interact with at a business from the customer perspective. I cannot say enough about my impression of Dustin (I hope this is his name!), as I walked away feeling he was the best employee working for an establishment that I've ever encountered in my life! So much so I had to write this review. Thanks so much to Snoho Laundry and their wonderful employee for a great first time. I will be back!

better then any other place but it is alot more expensive... I hate the cost of going but its has plenty of room, i've only gone twice where it has been full and that was at peak of the sunday afternoon...... I'm spending bout 20-dollers twice a month.. and thats wearing the same clothes to work most days. its bout three-four loads in a normal washer/dryer for me. where as it take me two loads (one dark one white) and one dryer run there.(toss em in same dryer) the place its getting its fare share of ware and tear now. cards have trouble reading and machines are shaking more. but it still the best place to go.

It was clean and not too packed. Open till ten plenty of machines. All in all it was a good place. Nothing is good about doing laundry but the big double to quad loader machines made short work of my laundry even at night the dryers worked great. If ya gotta do laundry do it here. Its over quickly and you can get on with your night. You will look tight and smell right... The staff was friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be back here.

Only thing making this 4 stars, instead of 5, is the need to load a wash card. Debit/ credit activated machines are the way to go! Otherwise, impeccable location, and plenty of huge carts available

Cleanest laundromat I've ever used. The card readers on the machines can be a pain, use a second card to make it wider or bend it to push the magnetic tape against the reader.

Great service from the attendant on duty this visit (well, every visit). This laundromat is very clean and tidy and even when at or near full compacity. There aren't a bunch of people just hangin' out around here like Monroe has from time to time either which gives me a better sense of security (regardless how small). They have 4 different sized washers ranging from $3.85 to $8. - $9.00 and i believe 3 different size dryers ranging from i believe $.65- $.88 cents for 10 min intervals. Great place.

Most of the staff is great except there is this one gal who works most weekdays who is constantly complaining about everything and about customers to other customers.. to me thats highly unprofessional and I can assume she's doing the same about me when Im not there. The machines are okay, not the best and not the worst. The prices are on the high end. You have to use a plastic card for the machines. There is only an attendant working until 5 or 6 pm and they close at 10pm. So at night you will have no help, no way to get change for larger bills or get unused money off your card.

This laundromat is clean and spacious. Machines are run by purchasing a card for $1 and you can load the card in &1, $5, $10 and $20 increments to pay the machines. There is an ATM on site. Vending machines are available to purchase laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets. There are an abundance of both washers and dryers in various capacities. I came here to wash my comforters and duvets and was out in less than two hours. Will definitely come back again!
