They even do laundry for you if you need that done. Awesome staff. The parking does suck but you can find spaces. The drag would be carrying yr stuff from the car. But it's only a small annoyance. Good machines too.

I have tried other laundromats, and this one takes the cake! It's always super clean, and there is an assortment of snacks, laundry supplies and drinks to purchase; WiFi; several TVs with cable; and a cozy little sitting area with a gas fireplace to enjoy! And that's just to name a few amenities...Xandra Lopez and her staff are AMAZEBALLS and I won't go anywhere else! Thank you so much to the staff there for making what can be a miserable experience so enjoyable! ❤️

Price keeps going up the machine's keep getting worse and worse went from $5 dollers to wash and dry to around $10

They always have at least one staff member available. You use a card that you put money on. They will cash it out for you anytime you like. Therefore if you put $20 or $30 on it and one week later you need five bucks for gas and you only used $15 the previous visit. They will cash it out and give you your five dollars.

Witnessed the laundry manager yell, cuss out and ban a customer after he (rightfully) called the fire department after the thick dark plastic fumes from the construction inside the laundromat was making it hard to breathe. I understand the need to operate your business but it should never be at the sacrifice of your customer's health and well-being. They really need to consider closing when doing construction to avoid harming the public.

My comforters require a BIG washer and dryer so I had to use a laundromat. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and kept up this place was and the staff (I think her name was Zandra) was VERY helpful and nice to me.

Went for quick wash/dry and was impressed with efficiency of machines, cleanliness, price and attendant on duty. Washed and dried laundry for $4.25! WOW Bathroom clean, TV for boredom, laundry card (not quarters) easy to use, munchies for sale, and lots of space to sit in quiet with tables/chairs. Attendant watches monitored TV for security/safety, AND she is polite, professional, personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and wonderful to interact with. Retired and travel hosting with RV so been to lots of laundries. This one in comparison gets five stars PLUS!!!

Not very clean. A whole row of triple load machines with fistfuls of hair in them. Maybe it was a bad day but i will look elsewhere next time. Machines use a stored value card. Be prepared with the right dollar bills because it doesn't accept coins and doesn't give change.

Update: A majority of their machines have been OUT OF ORDER and broken for months. They raised the prices twice recently yet the owner obviously doesn't care about his customers because rows of broken machines just sit there while we all struggle to share the few working machines. I've visited for the very last time. The staff that works there are helpful, kind and professional-- they are great! But the place has been gradually declining over the past few years. I started coming on the weekdays because weekends are understandably crowded but now the Shelton homeless have taken over the property during the day. They line the front, side, do drugs in the back alley while their AA meeting goes on inside and crowd the inside with their wet dogs.

The girl working the day that I was there was less that attentive when there was a problem with the card machine and then again when one of the machines did not spin out all the way. She was chatting up her friends it seemed and then right before we left she would not let me use the restroom, said she had already mopped. I live 40 miles from town and that seemed a bit over the top. Also I had forgotten a load of towels in one of the machines and called the next day. She went to look for them, when I called, found them and said she would dry them and I could pay when they were picked up. Two days later went to get them, said she hadn't had time to dry them, Lol, it had been over two days. The employees name was Rayna, I think that is the correct spelling and because of her I will be using the other laundromat in town. It's a shame because I really like the big machines at that place. If i were her boss I would at the very least talk to her and put her in check before she loses more business for the place. In my opinion people with positions like that should go out of their way to make their customers happy. The other employees have always been great. Too bad one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch!

This is the only laundry still in business in shelton. I recommend highly recommend this place. Pros: Free payment card, Place is clean, Doesn't smell, All machines working. -1 star for bad parking (parking lines would help greatly). And inside feels unfinished in areas.

So tonight we pulled up late, we hadn't been aware that last wash was at 8:30pm, and as we were reading the times, the employee who was working started glaring at us, even though we hadn't gotten out of the car, and making gestures at us. She then pulled out her phone, and seemed to start calling someone. We were there for less than a minute.

Our laundry task was made much more pleasant by the manager at Shelton's, who we will call "Z". She and her staff have the place very clean! All the machines are front loaders and do not have the funk smell that most others do-SERIOUSLY! Also the hot water is really hot amd the machines are not water misers. You will find three or four different sizes of machines with corresponding prices (larger loads=more money). The wifi is a nice bonus and is actually very good speed. We are on an RV tour across the USA (HwyHiatus) so we have become self proclaimed laundomat connoisseurs. Just go to Shelton's!
