The team at Service Linen is stellar. The nicest guys who are always ready and willing to assist when needed. Whenever I have a question or need to make an adjustment, they are responsive, efficient, and reliable. Our route manager Mario has been taking care of us since the start! Way to go!
Special shout out to Eric A. who delivers to our store once a week. He's always prompt, professional and super friendly and he goes above and beyond. He even changes out our mop heads for us. Linen service is a reputable company with great drivers. I have been privileged to have had two of the best. Rick and now Dan. Dan is reliable and efficient. Eric has been our go to guy for at least the last two years I have been with my company. The whole team of them are great with answering questions or adjusting our numbers when we are short. Eric is for sure the most efficient driver they have.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one understands their billing. Their count is almost always wrong. They have this round up round down system no one can explain.
We are consistently receiving the incorrect items in our order. The last delivery was supposed to have 98 Hand towels and we received wash cloths. When I attempted to call the number provided on my invoice the phone rang for 3 minutes and no voicemail is unavailable. There are often times that there are items missing entirely, not to mention the 5 year contract that we are locked into simply because our needs for towels increased.
We have used Service Linen for years. Great Service / Fast Delivery / Super Friendly Drivers. Our Route Manager Peter has been absolutely great to work with.

Service Linen has been great and we've been with them for nearly a decade. Our route manager, Igor, is one of the best of any of our vendors in the past 20 years. He doesn't just drop off and boogie..he always checks in with myself or one of my managers to ensure we have what we need before he leaves. He's rock solid, friendly, dependable, and all my staff know his name.

We have received many solicitations from other competitors at CENTRL Office Pearl, but we have stuck with Service Linen Supply because the customer service from Taylor Brimhall is excellent! Taylor is quick to respond to anything that we need, and has fostered a great rapport with the staff at our office.
This company definitely doesn't treat their employees equal. Some get paid really well and have minimum hours and others work hard labor for 13 hours at close to minimum wage. Some driver's get the nice trucks while others have to suffer with unsafe vehicles and risk injury. Things might just randomly fly at you in the truck, or the breaks are not working properly or you can't shutt the vehicle off or it won't start again. They still will expect you to do your route and if your truck still breaks down, you can sit on the side of the road for hours.The drivers definitely don't get enough recognition for the job they do. I could say so much. Just let this be known. My family suffered for years and if you consider working for this company, be prepared to not have a life and risk your health for them without anyone appreciating it. The company has a ridiculous micromanagement and is dishonst with their customers and employees.

I’ve used this company at my busy downtown restaurant for 7 years. Never had any issues, they are always helpful with an extra bag of towels or napkins when I need it. Eric A. has been my route manage for a few years, He’s great dude and always on time. Bonus points for being a fellow guitar nerd!

Caveat Emptor-their sales reps will lie to your face about not having contracts/service agreements and smile as you unknowingly sign what turns out to be an evergreen contract with absurd termination fees. They will tell you that it's industry standard to lie to get a signed contract and that, and I quote, "Every company in this industry has an automatic renewal clause, even if they say they don't." We were never given notice that our "contract" was about to renew and as of May 2018 SB5507 will outlaw this "industry standard". SB 5507 - DIGEST Requires a seller to disclose certain information to a buyer if a business contract provides that the contract will be automatically renewed or extended for an additional period unless the customer declines renewal or extension, and the duration of the additional period is more than one month. Unfortunately, this does not apply to "contracts" in place before May 1st 2018. I keep putting contract in quotes because a contract is a legally binding agreement knowingly entered into by two parties. Had I known we were signing a contract, let alone an evergreen one, you can be sure I would have read the fine print and then never signed it.
I would like to give props to Eric Jackson for his outstanding service at our account. He is polite, accommodating and a pleasure to work with each week. He is new to our route and has taken on the job with the skills of an experienced manager. We had a number of unused special linens on hand when I took over this account. Eric was helpful to return the unused product and assured me that we would not be receiving them back the following week thereby saving us money moving forward. He is an asset to your company. Have been using Service Linen for years. The company has great customer service. Product is great and if something is ever wrong they are very responsive to getting it corrected. The real star of this company is our route manager Eric J. He goes above and beyond for us. He is always available to help us if we ordered incorrectly and need anything extra. He has come back to give us more linen if in the neighborhood with no hesitation. Always kind and helpful.
I work with them is almost 6 years they were good at begging after they keep change driver they are lair they don't believe customer they keep saying our driver is right they came when store close when we complain they lair . and hang up on us .
Never do business with this company they are liers, they never deliver enough red napkins and claimed that we lost it and demanded us to pay or extend to the five years we currently have 3 years. Horrible and unethical company never do business with them or you will regret.

Danielle Givens is by far the best route manager that I have encountered. We have been using Service Linen for a few years now, and everything is fantastic. Even our route Manager Bradley T is concerned about our inventory count and asks if we have enough. That makes us feel like we are not just another stop on the route.
