I have been going to this dry cleaners since moving to Des Moines 5 years ago. They have always been constant with their quality and customer service. I love how they remembered me after a few times dropping off my dry cleaning. I would and have recommended their dry cleaning services to friends and family. We have recently moved to Auburn and I have yet to find a dry cleaning facility that can match them!

I was doing some laundry here and my purse was stolen. I told the clerk on duty at the time and he pretty much said "Oh well". If you go to this place keep your belongings close. This is not a good area.

Always enjoyed going here to have my dry cleaning done. Consistently this was the only place I would go to. They know my name, were always incredibly nice and did me a lot of favors as a loyal customer. They were always able to get next day turnarounds for me. Would replace the collar stays if needed, sew on buttons if they noticed a shirt was missing one. I moved to New York, otherwise I would still go here. Wish I could find someone as good as them out East.

Attendant was not helpful to get change, help with jammed coins, or give you a different bill when the machines wouldn't take the bill. I just witnessed a customer ask for change saying his bill wouldn't work, he yelled to her it's not working what kind of laundry doesn't give change, she said thats the way it is, he said I'll go somewhere else, she yelled back that's fine, I don't care. What happened to the customer ALWAYS being right and treating them with respect!

I came to do a small load and put a small blanket in one of the small load dryers... It shut off and there are no signs that say anything about the machines shutting off. I sumply asked one of the attendants when Jennifer another attendant jumped in and was rude. She cut me off and said, thats why there are signs!" what where she than continued to tell me, "thats why there are signs, ill reimburse you but dont come back!" what the hell... Where did that come from? She was Extremely rude and when i said, "whose going to know not to put a small blanket in a small dryer?" her response was "common sense people!" where the hell did thay come from? Hella Rude! I told her the owner and others who have worked her were Never as rude as she was just now. I will come back and talk to your manager! So uncalled for! #FIRE JENNIFER!!

Haven't been here for a couple of years, this place was good. Stop by today to wash clothes and let me tell ya this place sure went down hill big time! Machines leaking water, dryers don't work, attended is retarded..!

I was in the restroom for not more then 10 minutes at the least and the dumbass female manager called the cops and lied about how much time I was in the restroom saying I was in there for more than 20 minutes and treats the customers very badly saying they use drugs while in the restroom then they turn the lights off so you cant see what your doing.. most of these bad reviews are about her dumbass

Got here at 7:40pm, store closes at 9pm but the lady didn't accept me anymore. You should've posted it online if your "last load" is at 7:30pm. I'm only here for a 30mins dryer cycle but didn't even bother talking to me. If you wanna go home so early, don't even bother working. Will NOT recommend to A-N-Y-B-O-D-Y.

Very rude!!! First and last time there !!! Got there at 7:40 and put 1 small load in and ask the worker for some quarters and MRS RUDE!! Proceeded to sarcasticly tell me it was to late to wash and she didn't sell quarters. Done at 8:15, New to state. There loss!!

A sure-win laundromat. And it's the best place to go for anyone who doesn't like messing around with cash & coins! All of their washers & dryers allow a simply swipe of your credit/debit card for whatever time or setting you choose, & relatively inexpensive too. But the convenience of not having to deal with cash or a pocket full of quarters is the biggest plus in my opinion. They also have very fast internet wifi which is faster than most public Internet wifi I've used, place without having any annoying sign on page to get through before you can actually surf the web. Again this place is all about hassle-free convenience, plain and simple. The machines all look fairly modern & new and the entire place is kept clean & tidy. To be honest- I originally gave them 4 stars (yesterday afternoon in fact).... because I thought that the staff was a bit lacking in overall "friendliness" etc. However I'm now quite pleased to report: my former opinion got completely turned around....just this morning while doing laundry for my 3rd time here since I first discovered Royal Fabric Care a few months ago. Hmmm could it be "3 times the charm" perhaps? Or else... perhaps it's just a matter of simply getting to know people a little bit better than I thought I did. ♡

It's was more than 1hr before they closed and a lady comes out yelling "if your are not washing already you need to come back tomorrow!" Went on 272nd and Pacific they close really late and doesn't matter if you get there 30mins before they close they will let you in

Over priced ... ridiculous.. I got charged 80$ for two button repairs a zipper and repairing a torn sleeve ... I feel it should of paid most at 40 but the work was good ... My complaint is when did sowing a button an replacing a zipper become the price of 30$ an hour ?

I am sitting in my car and have 1 load of laundry I needed to do which i usually do on quick wash which is 19 mins and drying is only 25 mins.. the attendant told me to leave... last load is suppose to be 8pm.. and this was at 730pm... i would have been out before 9... I dont recomend this place..

I have been going to this laundromat for a couple of months now, and never really had a problem... Until today. Had a dryer loaded up the way I usually do, which has never been a problem before. The machine stopped a bit before time was up (I had paid for 45 min. of dry time), and flashed an error code of E-28. My laundry was still pretty wet. It is of note that they currently have "Out of Order" signs on 10 dryers OTHER than the two I'm referring to in this review which had no such signs on them. I went to the counter for assistance, and the girl pictured holding a hand up to cover her face was the only one who would even bother paying attention. I told her what had happened and she blamed me for "over loading" the dryer (which is one of their big dryers that similar sized dryers are typically rated for 80 lbs.). I told her this had never been a problem before, and it was all from one washer, which is one of their 2nd biggest models. She maintained her position, so I played her little game. I asked her how much weight of clothes those big dryers are rated for and she could not tell me (nor does it say on the machine anywhere you can see). So I asked her what I should do and she said "some people use two dryers". So I split up the laundry between two of these big dryers, after having to wait for another one to become available, as there were 10 units currently out of service (yes, I counted). I set 'em both for another 20 min. each, and checked on them periodically to see if the door felt hot, and while they did warm up, neither felt as hot as others that were being used. Then, right before the time ended, they BOTH stopped and displayed error code E-28 again! I went to inform her of this, and she kept trying to brush me off repeating, "I can't do any credits to your loyalty card, or start any of the machines for free for you!" When I told her to get me someone that can, she yelled saying, "WELL, THE OWNERS ARE ON VACATION TIL APRIL, SO YEAH!". I told her that if nothing was done to resolve the extra $4.00 and half hour of my time that had been wasted on this matter, that I would post a bad review naming HER for those owners to see. To which she replied, "NO YOU WON'T, CUZ I'M A MINOR!" On a side note, some creepy older lady tried to sit on my wife and son, as if no one was there, while she had been facing a way she would have seen them sitting on the bench! My wife put her hands up and exclamied "EXCUSE ME!" Which caused the lady to stop, look back and whisper, "oh, sorry" before moving to the EMPTY BENCH right beside us!

My review is strictly based on the self service washing and drying. I switched to this laundromat a few years ago, all these people giving negative reviews should try the one in downtown Des Moines and compare them! This one takes the cake. I don’t mind paying the extra cost for the machines because I know I am washing my clothes in a washer that gets cleaned everyday, they have a clean bathroom that is stocked and has a light in it, they do clearly mark the machines that are out of order. ( once I did have a problem with a machine and someone came out and helped me in a timely manner) Also you have tv’s you can watch and free WiFi, things like that aren’t free. The time I have been there has always had an attendant on duty wiping the machines out, picking up dryer sheets. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the staff or the facility it is the parents not keeping their children under control.
