Horrible!!!! My 2 silk dresses and blouse did not get cleaned the first time. Let them do it the second time. Three days later came to get my cloth, found it all wrinkled with some white flakes all over the blouse and dress. Plus color of the blouse definitely faded. On my question what is this, They said it will clear out. It did not!!!!! All my cloth obvious destroyed!!! I would never use them again.

these people lost a pair of my good pants. i noticed it was missing and came back, and they didn't even bother to look for it. I've had the same thing happen at other cleaners with no problem; i came back and said hey this is missing, they asked me what size and brand it was, and i recovered it no problem. not here. they didn't care, and said i must have lost it. bs. don't go here.

Crafted Flooring

Very poor service. Bad quality job. I brought a pair of pants with some spots and asked to clean them. Some spots were still there and got even more that were not there before. The same happened before with my husband's dress shirt. When I told about it a lady there, she even didn't say "sorry". I do not recommend this place if you'd like to get good service.

It was a Thursday when I stopped by Roland's and Saturday I had a Gala to attend but needed my dress that I got last minute hemmed. I presumed that there was no possible way to hem my dress in time since I needed it the next day but I figured I would ask just for the heck of it. After she evaluated my dress she said yes she can do it and have it ready by next day! I couldn't believe it! The customer service was outstanding and she had it ready for me when promised. She did a fantastic job with the hemming it and actually it looked better then the original hem. I would definitely recommend this place!

I called to get a quote, she answered one of my questions and I wasn't quite done speaking and the lady hung up on me! So, I called back and told her I still had another question as I was not finished speaking and she didn't even apologize for hanging up on me. Maybe, it was a language barrier since she had spoken very broken English. I cannot as of yet fully confirm if their work is fully satisfactory, because I have not worn my blazer since it's been altered and cleaned. Although, the blazer looks like new since they cleaned it, i'm just not fully set on the sleeves that they altered just yet. I will have to see once it's worn a few times. I will say this, the employees attitudes stink and it's not just the lady that works there, but the gentleman as well. What's with the lack of good customer service skills these days? Soft skills do go along way with maintaining good clientele. Roland's Cleaners, please brush up on your soft skills. I'm taking my business elsewhere! You are granted two stars for a clean looking blazer.

Terrible! I took in a beautiful silk blouse to be cleaned. No spots, not soiled. It came out looking like a badly ironed cotton shirt. No sheen, multiple wrinkles, very badly done. This is not rocket science. I would never use them again.

I was very disappointed with the service. Brought in a couple jeans to get fixed, because they had some holes and tears. I got charged 80 dollars and what I got was not a good quality job. It looked like I had it done myself (terrible). Well didn't care to much about the look but they also forgot a couple spots even that I showed them all. And it was am very obvious one. This was my first and last time using them.

I have used Roland cleaners for over 5 years on a regular basis to have my uniform pants dry cleaned and uniform ties. The items have always come back looking great, well pressed, and done at a reasonable price. I can’t speak to their alterations, but if you need something dry cleaned, I’d trust them to do a very good job.

Very rude. Poor customer service. Their listing states that they do alterations and when I called and inquired about this service the woman was very rude and hostile.
