1st time there , Came in lil late after last load by 30 min... Owner was kind and let me do my load.... I left for a quick bite and he had put a cart at my washer to transfer clothes...again very kind...place is very clean and nice ... My new laundrymat you have my buisness sir and thank you

Went in with a big load of bedspreads and blankets and was impressed with how clean everything was. The free Wi-Fi is a nice touch. I had a problem with one of the machines that the attendant couldn't resolve and left a note for the owner who called me back the very next day And was pleasant and ended up refunding one of the washes. I'm always impressed when a business owner pays attention to problems. In my book that tells me she's interested in her customers. I'll be a return customer.

Last time i was here i had great experience with staff, so today is second time here. Unfortunately i had bad experience with owner ( i think she was the owner). I had couple blankets to wash and dry. I asked for tennis balls, she said" its my tennis balls !! Not yours" she yelled at me. I said " okay okay", and i didn't say anything. I was kinda confuse that, last time i was here i used their tennis balls. If somehow if i can't use it, she should explained me politely, becuase i asked her nicely. I don't understand why she was so upset, maybe she judged from my dress?? Anyway, right after i gave her one star review. Owner approached to me she asked me "why you give me 1 star?? Why ? Because tennis ball??" I told her that " yes, that's me". She keep asked me why you give me one star?? And explained another customers thats he gave me one star because of tennis balls. She doesn't understand customer service, she doesn't value customers. She keep talks about tennis balls and, one stars. I just thought that she could value the customers. I never judged from outside the package, but it looks like you do. If customer used tennis ball first time, you should apology to me and explained to me nicely, not yelling or " NOT YOUR TENNIS BALL, MY TENNIS BALLS". I owned five motels currently, and I'm also registered with hotel association. I'll definitely inform to my friends and members not to used this facility. Because you don't value the customers. You were harassing me back their You said " YOU DON'T COME DON'T COME. WHY YOU GIVE ME ONE STAR"?? Very disappointed, and unprofessional. I hope she understand customer service how to talk to the customers. Update: talk about rich?? Your staff told me that, you live UP in BELLEVUE, BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE IN THIS GHETTO AREA. and you bought a brand new lexus with A CASH.. FULL CASH .. FULL CASH !!! SORRY I DON'T HAVE MONEY LIKE YOU I STILL OWN HYUNDAI, AND I WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK. NOT LIKE YOU. YOU SHOULD LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER. Scare you?? What are you talking about? Are you 5?? Listen to your self. You should treat customer right way this is wrong !

Best laundry mat in Renton by far. Owners take really good care of the machines and scrub them down all the time. And our fav part is the Mexican food truck right outside.

One star because the sign says the business closes at 10, and the last wash is at 830. They turn the wifi off at 830, and the HEAT off at 9. Incredible. They wifi i dont care about, but the HEAT? Change the sign on the door if you want people to come at an earlier time. Dont punish people for patronizing you establishment

Couldn't ask for more. Great machines, reasonable prices and polite, accommodating staff. Wait! I thought of something more I could ask for-- longer hours! Stay open until midnight. At least try it during the summer. If it doesn't generate enough revenue, then go back to 10. Unless it's just going to make your day too long. Gotta have a good employee to help out. Don't work your life away. That's the number #1 regret of people when they are near death. I hear Europe is moving to a 28 hour work week. Can you imagine? What happened to the U.S. Labor movement?

This was my first time and its pretty nice and clean. The workers are friendly and very helpful with the new systemsThe washing machine and dryer dont take quaters like before, you have to load all your coins in the laundry card and use it like a credit card in all the machine. They wont give you cash back the money will stay in your card so you can come back it never expired.

Brightly lit, clean, new-ish machines and variety of sizes, decent prices, free WiFi, ample parking, always busy but not overcrowded... Staff could be friendlier, but it's a laundromat, and from my experiences with laundromats from here to L.A., Chicago, Spain, and China -- these guys are par for the course in customer service. Pay via prepaid debit card, this kind of system has its advantages and disadvantages (easier than inserting rolls of quarters, but at the end of a wash there is always money left unused on the card making it less palatable to patron another laundromat in the future even if more convenient... Good for owner, not so good for customer...

I'm traveling with my husband and needed a laundromat so I found this place and it is as reviewed. The cleanest laundromat I've ever been in. The owner I believe was very helpful. I have my own washer and dryer at home so to go to a laundromat was really hard for me, but I felt very comfortable putting my clothes in their machine's .

They have drop off service! I let my laundry get out of hand so I planned on bringing to to a laundrymat to use multiple machines at once. Found out they have drop off service where they wash, dry and fold your clothes for you. I may never do laundry again as when I picked up my clothes everything was done perfectly.

Clean and everything is convenient that you need. Machines with laundry supplies detergent etc. And a snack machine and beverages to priced pretty reasonable. Owner was helpful to explain their system because you don't put cash in the machines, you have to pay buy a card you put cash on it.

One of my favorite laundromats. I travel quite a bit and always look for large, modern laundromats. This one is spacious with plenty of folding tables and lots of washing machines in a variety of sizes. I work in Seattle a couple of times a year. I usually stay in Georgetown. Even though there are a few closer laundromats, I haven’t found one with as many machines and easy parking. There are lots of food and services like grocery, hardware, auto parts stores in the vicinity. So, I can usually get other errands done while I’m in the area.

Was a nice place to wash your clothes until I met Leslie, an asian woman that works there. I tried to the best of my ability to inform her that the dryers were randomly turning off and not turning back on. Then she told me it was reverse cycling. But that doesn't happen every single two minutes.(which takes off a minute off your card !) After that she made a very racist remark saying that all the machines were made in China anyway. A very rude and unprofessional lady that needs to be fired!!

What can I say... you have to purchase a card in order to use the machines. No quarters, on the other hand this deters panhandlers and such. Pretty clean.

This has always been a great place for me. I was shocked last year how negative the owner was towards me. I had just gotten off from work and was studying for an exam. Like any one clean or with OCD, I packed all my laundry wearing a t shirt with my sarong. The owner judged what I was wearing. I approached her to ask for change. I needed like three dollars more to insert in my laundry card. She wouldn't give me change lieing that she didn't have enough dollar bills. I almost gave her a piece of my mind but instead I left. She knew how upset I was. Later this year I returned and she didn't have any negative attitude. I was ready to tell her that she needed to know how to problem solve and not judge her customers.

The asian lady here helped me with my laundry. The taco truck was outside so that was pretty cool I got to eat tacos while doing laundry. U will see some homeless people inside this place but who cares? They didnt bother me so that was cool.

Very clean machines and enviroment. Employees are constantly either wiping machines and tables, emptying trash cans or clearing the dryer vents so our laundry dries faster and gets really clean. Been using this landry facility since it opened up. This is also a very safe and secure business. Never have had to wait more then 4-5 minutes during there busiest time of day to use one of there many xxl washers..... which IS definately big enough to fit a couple complete king size bed sets !

Service exellant everything is mostly clean all the time there's a taco truck outside also 2 big TV's m what else oh it gets REALLY busy Saturday and Sunday and basically every afternoon and evening so if you want to go and get the big washers then I suggest to go around 11 am or 8 pm are best times

On-site staff always ready to help, fairly decent prices, clean facility. What more can I say? I can get in and out in under two hours as the machines are quick. The machines use a laundry card which you can load with $bills or credit card. If you put $20 in cash they give you an extra $2 on your laundry card! You can buy detergent and other supplies with your credit card or with coins out of a vending machine. Free WiFi!

This is the best laundromat around: great owners, excellent machines, and very clean! A card is used for the machines which is very convenient. You can use cash or a debit/credit card to add value to the card. For a cash addition of $20, you get a $2 bonus. Also, the card can be registered in case of loss. I recently lost a card with $15 on it, and the owner found the record of the lost card, canceled it and put the $15 on my new card! I have used many, many laundromats over the last 50 years and this is my favorite by far.

I liked it, newer Electrolux machines, clean. When it gets busy it's a little cramped. Could use a few more chairs. Parking front and back. Felt safe. Use "popular times" tool to select a good time to go. Staff very helpful explaining how payment system works. Look at columns for load size and machine size selection and costs.

Not the best. The lady working, that was there the time I was there was rude. The washers I had to use were small. It was my first time there and nothing was explained to me on how to use machines. She pretended to not understand me was how I felt. You have to purchase a card to use them. Couldnt wait to get out of there. Just not the best experience for me.
