This place smells ok, nice big industrial washers and dryers, quick washing. The facility is a bit old and part of the ceiling is falling through...$3.50 - $4.50 for a wash cycle...better stuff it in...

Usually always parking, have never waited for a machine, decent prices. Building needs a little work, but they have television and internet.

staff is very nice. they have a change machine, and the machines work pretty fast. they have a TV, free Wi-Fi and vending machines too.

I love this laundromat, all the crackheads that stand out beside it is so nice, they won't break in your car or rob you they only want to get high while you wash your clothes so I never worry when I go here

This is the worst laundromat I have ever been to. I had wet clothes after soaking in the rain for an hour and the owner said I needed to wash them before putting them in the dryer.I have worked in a laundromat and been to many laundromats, I have never heard of this policy. The management and employees there are a joke, and they barely speak english.

I love that they're open 'til 10. The place is new, it's clean. They got flat screen TVs & free wifi!! Nice folks!

Ive had many days where everything went great here, the washer failed to cycle right twice in 2 years, once the man replaced my quarters no problem.... The other time the woman who works there didnt beleive me that it went right to rinse and my clothes were not cleaned and i had to argue and argue with the woman, having to put my smelly socks in her face to show her that i wasnt lieing, and i was gonna ruin their dryer by drying them dirty i she didnt and thats why she ended up replacing my quarters.It can be a rough crowd in here, and there are several addict types that hang ojt around the place and sneak inside to sleep in the chairs in front of the tv when the owner isnt there, and of course THEY run he tv while he is gone, but mostly it is freindly working class people and dverythings ok ...i am satisfied enough to not wanna risk going to a different laundymat...3 stars

Terrible customer service. I called to ask a few questions since I’ve never been there before, like if they have large machines for doing blankets. I didn't even finish my question and the dude says “yes” then hung up on me, before I could ask the other 2 questions I had. Called back and no answer. Come on, a simple basic call and he couldn’t be bothered? Rude. I’ll take my business a few blocks down Rainier to Polar cleaners. I called to ask them the same questions and they didn’t answer, because they were busy, but were nice enough to call ME back. THAT’S customer service Rainier Laundromat, do better

This place charges 3.00 for a small wash. Dirty laundromat with rude manager and staff, this is the worst laundromat I’ve ever been to. Go anywhere else, even if it’s further it’s still worth it.

Most machines running well. Parking. Clean (as can be expected for a busy place). All in All, reliable and functional. Bring your own soap. Change machine took a $20.
