Absolutely terrible place! I was an occasional person who came in to do my laundry and they will not be getting my business since my last experience! Absolutely appalled. Here's what happened... So I had my friend go into the laundry mat to start making quarters for our laundry that needed to get done while I was unbuckling my 3 year old daughter and trying to get my laundry bins out, mind you that I'm also very pregnant and they had the audacity to scream at my friend and tell her to get out and she's stealing quarters from them. So I completely left and it was just so rude! My friend was just trying to help me out while I got everything out of the car, it was the most horrible thing I've ever seen!! I do not think anyone should go their for laundry, there's more places close by.

I noticed the dryers work a lot better if you add more clothes into the cycle. Having too few of clothing articles in the dryer caused the few pieces of clothing to bunch up and stayed wet longer, taking longer to dry.

Ok so some of us do not have laundry facilities in our already overpriced apartment. If you must go the laundromat the Rainier Laundromat is a safe, comfortable,very clean,open feel, bright and friendly place to suffer through going to the laundromat. T.V. and bathrooms. The machines are efficient and less expensive than others. The Cleaners..same owners.. are adjacent and any questions or concerns they are right there cleaning and keeping the place nice. This is the best review I've written for a laundromat.

Clean, light, well-kept laundry. The dry cleaner next door owns the laundry, so if you have any trouble you can go straight to them! An 5 load machine is $6.50. A regular size load is $2.50. Dryers are .25 cents for 6 minutes. There are 3 giant dryers that give you about 3 minutes for a quarter. My preferred spot when I have to do extra large loads.

The washers are great and the rates reasonable but the dryers are terrible after a 40min dry cycle with mostly small items both of my loads were completely wet. I wouldn't suggest this place until the dryers are updated or improved.

Raggedy laundry matt will suck u dry of quarters and tell u 40 mins just for clothes too dry and none of them speak a lick of dang english NEVER AGAIN ! And then will tell u they can't turn the heat up.. greedy asains if u ask me !

Just started going here. Lots of free and working machines. Clean. Cash only; there is a machine to exchange bills for quarters. Also a dispenser if you need soap, bleach, softener, or dryer sheets - although I haven’t used it myself. Love the jumbo washers and dryers! So incredibly helpful with a family’s worth of laundry a week and having my toddler come with me - can get things done quick and for a good price. I actually come here instead of dealing with the small and limited number of usable machines on-site at my apartment complex.

Sunny, with lots of wall sized windows facing the entrance/parking lot as well as the main road so you can take a phone call outside and watch over your laundry, sit in your car while your laundry's going, as their is adequate parking, or relax indoors and enjoy the warm weather radiating on you. Washers and dryers their clean and dry clothes fast which is awesome. Security cameras everywhere and located in a nice area. I also met with the owner once. He spoke English and was professional at all times. If you have trouble understanding his wife, just ask to speak with her husband.

There is nothing bad I can say about this place. Its clean, brightly lit, spacious and not at all scary. Lots of machines, good prices, and has TWO public restrooms that look as though you could eat off their floors. Did I mention how CLEAN everything is?? A 2 compartment change machine that takes 1s 5s and 20s. A, albeit smallish, tv, and chairs you can actually move around, not chained together as though expected to be stolen by some desperate laundromat thief. You can actually SIT in front of the monster washers and load your stinky laundry in comfort. Big windows, plenty of parking, safe area. And open on the 4th of July, the only day I had free to wash that pile of nasty towels that had sat in my apartment for too long. I love this place!

The Howard House

While drying tons of laundry including all of my family's towels, we were called to the emergency room and with no second thought left all of our laundry. With being released at 2 am the building was closed for the night. Of course we were mortified expecting our belongings to be long gone. We arrived at 9am and all of our items had been bagged, tied closed and set to the side in a rolling basket. My family appreciates this level of customer service so much. Thank you Rainier Laundry!!
