Great Service. Beautiful, clean establishment. Friendly help. They laundered and dried a king-size comforter for me while I was attending to other business in Tacoma. I would definitely recommend them and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

clean and has a nice assortment of machine sizes for all laundry needs. the patrons there were bad though, spilling popcorn all over the floor and not cleaning up after themselves. there should be staff there to maintain it for other customers to use.

I been using this laundry matt for almost 3 years it used to be really clean and great customer services but lately the girls are always rude. The owner is really nice I hope the just have people with the same customer service the used have.

The worst location for this place the element that shows up here are very questionable there shady & loud plus very disrespectful to clearchoice next store you always worry that the individuals that go to this place makes you worry there goin to assault or rob customers coming out of clearchoice it's noticeable they have huge parties of individuals just hanging out the parking lot also smoking there products that they get from clearchoice in the parking lot it just goes to show they've always been disrespectful to other honest people who respect the laws they would rather ruin it for everyone else close this place & move it some where else where they can commit there criminal activity some where else it makes that area look very bad but what do you expect they never have manners & don't care either shut this place down before someone gets hurt i just hope doesn't happen but we all know the truth anyways this laundromat sux

Expensive as bleep. Went for convenience, wont return. Washers, depending on size, are $2.69 to $9.09, most places rasge from $1.25 te 4.50. Their two dryer sizes are $0.69 and $0.89 per 11 minutes. Again, most places are a quarter for 6 - 8 minutes. Plus you can't put money in the machines, you must buy a non refundable card from a machine that only accepts bills. So, since that money sits on your card, unuseable, and not earning interest, it is costing you more money. Spend a little extra in gas and or time and save a lot of money

This is very clean place to get laundry done, it is a little bit confusing at first, but you get used to it real quick.

I have become a regular in this Laundry mat it's a healthy environment and kid friendly I always get the job done without issues. I would recommend that you try the new Massage chair while you wait for you clothes to be done it's $1 for 3 minutes of relaxation and meditation.

I had inadvertently wasted money on a faulty dryer. No biggie until the attendant paid to make note of such things, acted as if I've never used one before. Self service is as good as i make it, but don't trust the attendant to attend.

Just tried to drop off my laundry & the attendant was rude and came off as very lazy. She stated that she had 3 orders in front of mine so it was going to be Tuesday at the earliest before I could pick up my laundry....so 4 orders takes 3 days?! Even though when I walked in she was sitting chatting with someone instead of washing clothes..?

I have come to this place for the last five years because of the cleanliness of the space. The cost is cheaper than a lot of places and the machines are good. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK. The staff that work here now are not the friendliest, refuse to assist, and take their time helping elderly and handicapped. Whoever the manager is should train on customer service. The cannabis shop next door has nicer and friendlier staff.

Washed here just couple times. Last time, I added $40 to a card and showed as "available balance", filled up a few machines but the card reader kept showing no funds. So tried again and a third try. But when I double checked that the $40 was showing as AVAILABLE, it showed it had taken funds for each ATTEMPT to start the machine. When I showed the attendant (who wasn't very attentive) she just kept repeating "nothing I can do" !!! After an HOUR LONG discussion about how self explanatory the term "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is, she told me to come back when an owner is available. So I wrote down my info, since the card fill nor the washing machines offer any receipts to PROVE the issue, and asked for her name (assuming I'd be unforgettable to her but...) She refused to tell me anything except to return in a few days when the owner.... So I left. Tried going back 2-3 times hoping to see a responsible worker or owner but... Still have a card that is unusable but should have around $40. Not recommending this place, nor that ignorant and lazy "attendant".

Be prepared they only accept cash to purchase their reader cards which operate the equipment but unfortunately none of the card readers on the equipment function properly and when you ask for help after 20 times of it not working I was told to continue to try because eventually it will work. The employee had a very poor attitude towards me but I didn't know it was extremely friendly too many of the other clients there I hate to say it but I think I was the wrong race. I was really made to feel as though I did not belong there I will never return.

I am aboustely mind blow blind at anyone who would give this place more than one star! Must be friends or family of the employees. Worst laundromat I've ever been to. I've encountered two different staff members both terribly rude and not friendly at all. I've asked one employee, who was sitting at the counter, for change and she said she needs a few minutes so she doesn't forget what she was just doing..literally did not even see her doing anything but sitting here.. I waited over 5 minutes just to get change. Ridiculous! The next time I went there was different lady when I needed change and she was outside smoking a cigarette.. I kindly said "when you get a chance can I please have change for a 20" she responded rudely then proceeded to take her slow sweet time..even after finishing her cigarette to come inside. Working at a laundromat seriously cannot be that hard of a job that these employees make it seem to be. besides that...there usually isnt any dryers thrusday-sunday and if you leave your clothes and come back there missing. DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL!!! The staff there must not be paid very well because they all seem miserable.

I would like to clear up a few thing 1. The wash cards are free you just load the money on it 2. All the machines are different sizes so the woman who said they are all the same size machines you my friend are either miss informed or lacking some mathh skills 3. 845 last wash means you are in the facility doing your laundry not comeing threw the door at 835 sorry and the person who took a pic of the broken washer door that came from people not atending to there f****** kids i was there all in all an awsome place o ya the wifi the pass word is long so if its put in wrong then sorry for you and the red head old lady is awsom just tired of folks being rude love this place.

Currently inside Laudry Mart since new management the business has went downhill. Prices have went up and customer service has went way down. Not only that but i have been coming here for about a year and suddenly now the dryers only work after you pay for them four times which is ridiculous when i approached the owner about the problem she started talking down about her employee who had sent me to ask her the question and then was very rude in handling the problem. I am currently leaving with my semi wet clothes and will not be not be returning and i recommend the same for everyone else. (might i add the owner refused to provide her name) (UPDATE: name if the owner is rose.)

I love this laundromat that's open very early I believe it's open at 7 last load is at 8:45 the place closes it and several large loads you can't go wrong doing your laundry here great customer service as a TV in the area for children

Overall clean but there was a serious problem with the first washer I used. It barely even got the clothes wet. When I pointed this out to the attendant and compared to the other washers that were running she ignored the problem and went outside to smoke. I ended up having to wash my clothes a second time in a different machine just to get the detergent out of them. Very unhappy with the customer service.

An older lady with orange/brown hair and glasses is insanely rude, my clothes got stolen and I asked her what can be done and she gave me constant attitude the entire time I was talking to her when I was nothing but nice to her..she did not want to help AT ALL! She threw a pen an paper at me instead of just sliding it across the desk. I highly highly do not reccomend this place. No employee should ever be that rude to customer PERIOD. I wouldn't doubt that she has something to do with my missing clothes ...she seemed shady.

I've been going there for years and for last few years they have been ok with paying customers laundry to be stolen. I have been paying for the laundry service and had a bunch of my clothes stolen. The owner Rosa will not even bother to fix the situation. She told me to pick up my laundry and go somewhere else. Some other paying customers just got his clothes stolen after he paid to have the laundry service ( they wash, dry and fold your clothes for a fee) well when his tuff got stolen she gave him a few washes, just to keep him pleased. Me nope nothing and this ain't the first second or third time this happened. This is ridiculous I paid for a service for them to wash my clothes and to have my possession be stolen and just be like all well. Is dead as wrong!!! When u take paying customers money and you are in the establishment of holding usto.ers property then it's your job as the owner to make sure my property is all there. Don't go here unless u want your clothes stolen!!!

When I walk in I was quickly helped and had the process explained to me. They have regular through extra large washers and dryers. Cost was worth it. Money its loaded onto a card instead of using coins.
