I have been bringing my dress shirts and trousers to these folks for nearly 20 years. Rarely ever has there been an issue with the quality of service and if there was, it was taken care of immediately. I have used their tailoring services in the past as well and have been 100% satisfied with the results. They get my highest recommendation!

Terrible place... Staff chased me away but not before she said hateful things. The machines rip you off and get your clothes dirty. The place smells bad .

I usually don't get reviews but today I felt the need to. Void this place for alterations by ALL MEANS. Took my daughters cheer shorts there to get taken in about 2 inches they wanted to charge me $19.50 each for 2 pair of jersey shorts for a cheer competition. Went in to pick up the shorts and they didn't even look like they had been taken in. I was told some bogus excuse as to when she couldn't really perform the service they way we discussed before leaving the shorts with her. Anywho when I asked, " why didn't you call me to let me know you could do the service prior as discussed she told me I give you $5 off each pair... never even apologizing or anything. It brought down my bill from $42 to $32.50. I would have never paid that much for a alternation service, but we were desperate. Got the shorts home and my daughter tried them on to notice they're still too big. They ripped us off!!! Poor customer service!!! They're only after your money so BEWARE of this cleaner.

I was disappointed when i had my clothes altered here. The skirt was unevenly hemmed and my very expensive jeans somehow came back with a clean rip that looked to me like it was made with a sharp object. When I spoke to the guy about it, he first denied very defensively that his shop was responsible. Afterwards he said he would ask the lady that did the alterations (from a different location!!!!). I just lost a nice pair of jeans. I'm never having anything altered here, by some lady that doesn't even work at the shop. the guy had horrible customer service too.

Awesome loadcan and superior sevcer. About that one comment about the washer. They have nothing to do with Russell Duerkop cleaners it not his operation. It belong to someone else. So check them out. It well worth it. oh and Russell was station in the USA army at south Korea . He move back to the us and retire from the Army. So please support are VA s. I did 30 years in the Army as a officer. Again please. Support are VA. Thanks. .

We have used Lake Meridian Dry Cleaners for years. They are a veteran owned business. Sheena is awesome. She has done some difficult repairs and alterations for us over the years and has always done good work. They are always on time and provide great customer service....qualities that are hard to find these days.

Superb, excellent, honest, & above all provided me with the professional service I expected. Here is my experience with East Hill Cleaners: 5/19/17 I dropped off 4 pairs of dress pants for them to press. 5/24/17 Upon pick up, 2 pairs out of the 4 were pressed to the extent that the fabric, stitching, and everything from the inside of the pants was outlined on the outside. After 10 minutes of telling her that I expected professional service like they advertised on their window, the lady told me that she can't do anything because of the material that the dress pants were made of. She also told me that if I was able to get a company to press them professionally she would then refund me. I then took the 2 pairs of dress pants to LAKE MERIDIAN CLEANERS that same day. 6/19/17 I picked up the 2 pairs of pants quite late due to work & college. They pressed the pants professionally and phenomenally. Unfortunately the threading had come out of 1 pair and that was why they couldn't be pressed. The other pair though was superb. I decided to go to East Hill Cleaners to get the refund she mentioned to me. This is where the fun starts. HORRIBLE, RUDE, etc. I bring the 1 pair. The lady begins to yell at me, begins to call me a lair and kept on claiming that I brought in a different pair of pants than the ones she initially did. Told me to go to court. I told her that the their tag was still on the pants - how could it be a different pair. She then begins to throw around my pants and be rough with them. Keep in mind, I bought these from Express at South Center Mall for $120. In order to show me she is right, she takes them and decides to press them in front of me. She then brings them and begins to show me that they are a different pair. Low and behold they were the same pair, she only ruined them - ruined the service that Lake Meridian Cleaners provided me with - my money I paid for Lake Meridian Cleaners went down the drain. I told her that she ruined my pants, she decides to go press them again, only to ruin them further. After that, she refunded me in silence. I asked her what am I to do now? Take them back to Lake Meridian Cleaners and pay them again to fix what she ruined? She did not say a word. This was all over $5.55...ridiculous Next time: Go to Lake Meridian Cleaners
