UPDATE: Sadly, my 2nd visit left a bad taste in my mouth, as I discovered--after paying extra $$ for HOT water (for a load of soiled WHITES that needed the extra "help")--that there was NO hot water to be found. The water wasn't even warm. So, needless to say, my load of whites came out dingier than when they went in. Even more disappointing was the fact that I brought it to the attention of the manager (who I believe is also the owner) and she did absolutely NOTHING but stand there with a dumb look on her face. Didn't offer any sort of remedy (e.g., a partial refund, etc.) or even a simple apology. So, my review/rating will now reflect this experience and I will NOT be going back to this place. Very unfortunate... Brand new, huge, sparkling clean, laundromat with all-new washers & dryers that accept coins AND debit/credit cards (very convenient and much easier than dealing with all those quarters!). There is plenty of room for folding your clothes once out of the dryer, a large flat screen TV to watch while you're waiting, and a full-time attendant to answer any questions &/or help with using the new machines. This is EASILY the nicest, largest, cleanest laundromat in the entire Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater area. However, it's kinda "hidden" in the back corner of a strip mall (on Martin Way E, just outside the Thompson Place neighborhood) so you'll have to look for it. ***A bit challenging to find the first time, but WELL WORTH THE EFFORT!!***

This facility is very clean and the owners are very friendly, we walked in and told them it's our first time here and the gentleman gave us a tour letting us know the different sizes of washers they had, gave us a few tips and he told is where the automatic door was for the parking where it's easy to load and unload our stuff. Pros: -lots of washers and dryers -variety of sizes -clean & friendly Cons: -not a lot to do while waiting -little options for kids to keep busy -one channel tv -& 2 arcade games

The location was very clean and the staff was friendly. They have a card system to swipe for loads as well as $2.75 for their smallest washers with the lowest amount of water which were still pretty big. 25 cents per 8 minutes you want on the dryer. Very handy!

Very clean. Appears to be new equipment. Convenient machines, take debt card or quarters. Several different sized washers for clothes or comforters. Good location with restaurants next door. Safe environment.

The machines may work well, but that doesn't off-set being treated with unwarranted rudeness while being there as a paying customer. I'd had a fine time there, chit-chatted with the employee behind the counter, finished with all my loads in the washers and had just loaded up the dryers when some lady on a power trip lost it and went off on me out of nowhere. I was hand-washing one of my favorite shirts in a sink near the washing machines when a lady (whom, mind you hadn't been there for the previous two hours of my visit) came over suddenly. She was obviously in a tiff & went off about how this sink wasn't "for that" after she asked what I was doing (seemed pretty obvious...I was rinsing a shirt.) I offered an apology immediately and explained that I wasn't aware of that policy (there is no "hand washing only" sign, the sink is deep and centrally located, and I read the entry sign rules without seeing such rules aforementioned) and she snapped back angrily "Everyone knows that! So you have to stop that right now!" "Actually," I replied "Not "everybody" knows that....and had I known, like apparently "everyone else" does, I wouldnt have done it. You dont have to be personally offended or rude after I've already offered you an apology and immediately been complaint. You can see that I am wringing out the shirt. What else would you like me to do?" She walked away (obviously miffed) and came back a few seconds later to add "you can use the washer for that." I didn't even attempt not to roll my eyes, well aware of the fact that it was close to 9PM. "So," I countered "Is that what you'd prefer I do right now? Even though its well after the posted last-load time of 7:30?" ANNNNYway, long story even longer in the end she told me "Next time you nevah do that here again" as if I'd bother coming back. NOOOPE. Thanks, but no thanks. There are other laundry mats.

Nice clean facility with machines that work well. Never too crowded. Machines always available. UPDATED MARCH 2019 Conditions here have gone down hill. Machines often out of order and take a long time to repair. Staff, especially the young woman there on weekends, often seems to be too busy (reading a book or looking at her phone) to care to help if you need something.

The worker there was super friendly. It was also awesome that you could use both coins and card to wad and dry your cloths. It was also also awesome that the dryer didnt need a lot of coins to be able to dry a heavy duty load. I will be coming back.

Best laundromat I've ever been to! Super clean, lots of machines, and very fast dry times. Dried a giant load of heavy duty material in a half hour, not sure I even needed that long to dry it!

Best laundromat I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! And I've been to a few. It's spacious with lots of tables and chairs to fold your laundry, plenty of washers and dryers, and very affordable! The washers and dryers have the option to pay by card or quarters so it's very convenient for those who don't like hauling a bunch of quarters around. There were also arcade games (brought back memories of doing laundry as a child), a flat screen tv that was turned on to the local news, and vending machines although I didn't get to see if they had quality snacks and drinks in them. Will definitely be visiting here again.

Very clean and spacious. Tall folding tables to avoid bending. Washers come in 2, 4, 6, and 8 loads. With light, med (+$0.50), and heavy (+$1.00) settings. Fast dry times. Recommended high temp (no price difference) when possible. Dried 2 of loads of their 4 load washers in 1 dryer on med heat for 32 mins and was slightly damp, thus recommending high temp.

It's a super clean, staffed laundromat. The small machines are $2.75 for light soil. I bumped jeans up to medium soil and the price went up. Water temperature didn't seem to matter, but I didn't spend a lot of time on it. It was expensive, but for the cleanliness and staff it was worth it. So tired of laundromats with floors littered and machines cakes with detergent.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After being a customer for the past several months. Put my clothes in the washer at 7:30 and they told me no, it's too late in a nasty tone. Spin City has far better customer service and treats regular customers decent.

I like the cleanliness of this laundromat, and the attendants are always friendly. The machines are new and work well, plus the dryers don't rip you off. If you forget your money, the machines do take debit cards. my only complaint is that the folding tables are small and there aren't enough of them on busy days. Also, people sit at the folding tables and put their empty baskets on them which makes it hard to find enough room to fold your laundry. The place is spacious, so more (and larger) folding tables could easily be put in. Other than that, this is a nice place to do your laundry.

Machines are obviously designed to gouge as much money out of you as possible. The machines are smaller than Westside Laundry. And charge more. I couldn't even do an entire load. Sure it's clean. But that's arbitrary to me. It's overpriced. EDIT: I mean they're literally the same machine. Only smaller and more expensive.

I come here weekly sometimes it's great other times not so much. The owners have a dog that just barks and they think it's funny. For someone that has sensitive hearing to certain sounds it's not funny. I dont think pets should be allowed unless it's a service dog. A legit service dog w papers. Other than that it's a clean place a bit over priced but gets the job done.

This is the best laundry stop I have ever made. The staff is friendly, everything is tidy and clean. There is a little play area for kids to entertain themselves. There is also some arcade games. If you forget soap and dryer sheets, they sell some. You have to spend $5 to use debit at the front counter. The machines takes debit too. I debited 25cents for the drying machine without any issue. You can press "enter" on the drying machine to get the amount of time you want before you swipe your debit card. All the machine are capable with google pay, so if you forget your debit card, you can just activate your app and hold back of phone to the debit slot to pay. There is also a place call cinco de mayo next to this laundromat. They have some good snacks and even more entertainment for kids.

Notwithstanding the fact that the owner was rude to me for no apparent reason, excluding the fact that I am a transgender woman I otherwise liked the place. The place is very clean a little expensive on the machines otherwise everything is new and nice.

This place is a colossal ripoff. The machines are small and over priced. The larger machine, which is a normal sized machine, costed $5.50 to wash on 'light' soil, medium and high are a dollar more but you don't find that out until you start your load. 6 minutes per quarter to dry. The regular sized machines are so tiny they're pretty much useless. Sure it's clean but it's so incredibly overpriced it's not nearly worth it. No I do not recommend it. No I will not return

Professional and courteous service. Husband and wife team are there most of the time. I get the wash and fold service and I love that they offer free and clear detergent as I’m allergic to most. Nicely kept restrooms and they have automatic doors so you can get your laundry without hassle.

Very clean and manned location. They have a couple large capacity washers for those extra large blankets that won't fit in machines at home. The staff are very helpful and they keep the entire location very clean. They also have wireless access.
