They have always performed very well. Never a bad experience. Prices are reasonable perhaps a little high but close by so it works better for us. They provide quality cleaning of silks and down items that can be difficult . Further, the turn around time is excellent. We will continue to use the services.

Always fast and friendly. Besides a ton of dry cleaning I had to have a coat zipper replaced. That alteration was reasonably priced and done within a few days. There was something found in a pant pocket of my husband that was attached to the dry cleaning bag. Can you get anymore honest?

I recently moved to Tacoma from DC and was looking to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved (over a year after the fact!). After reaching out to several places on Yelp and by phone, I ended up at Hi-Tech and I couldn't be happier. My dress was unique in the fact that I had it dyed ombre from the waist down. All of the places I had visited in DC didn't work out as some actually turned me away because they feared the dress would bleed (even though I said it was okay) or others were prohibitively expensive ($300+). When I spoke with the owner, she noted that the dress might bleed and I said I was okay with it (at this point, I wanted it done) and off we went! It took about two weeks and when I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised to learn there had been no bleeding. And because I was a new customer, I would be receiving 20% off my purchase. So not only was Hi-Tech already more affordable than many other places I had looked into, they were giving me a discount for my first purchase. They were also very friendly and communicative. The only surprise to me was how large the box was - but it could be a standard size, I've just never seen a preserved wedding dress box before. Very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend (and return)!

I have used Hi-Tech Cleaners for years now and have been extremely satisfied. They have tailored shirts and jackets for me as well as done all of my work uniforms on a monthly basis. Very few times was something not quite ready in time but they always made it up to me as a customer. For a while I started to grow concerned about the environmental and health impact all this dry cleaning had on not only myself but the community. I was very pleased to learn that their cleaning solutions are all plant based and non-toxic. I will be using them as long as I am in Gig Harbor!

Absolutely fantastic work! I brought in a water resistant jacket that I had forgotten about for almost a year. When I pulled it out of my winter apparel box, I realized it was stained from some sort of food. I tried Tide wipes to no avail. I then took it in to Hi-Tech thinking it would probably be a long shot, and they completely removed the year old food stain!!! My jacket looks brand new and the price was very fair! Hi-Tech lives up to their name!

Okay so I have a pair of Stafford wing tip dress boots. Nice leather. Broken in so comfortably from miles of walking ( a hobby of mine). Finally the soles got so thin I could feel the rocks through them. I broke out my back up pair (yeah, I'm like that), still new in the box. Nice. But not the slippers I was used to. So, based on reviews and location I took my old favorites to Hi-Tech Cleaners for cobbler service. Took a couple of weeks but when I picked up the shoes they were....perfect. New soles and heels. I put them on right away and was not disappointed. I'll update if anything develops. But for right now, I could not be happier!

Took my suit in to be altered after I lost weight, and the seamstress was super nice, but when I went to pick it up, the coat was still too big. Everyone was apologetic, but I think I'll only be having my things dry cleaned here.

I have been taking my laundry to this place for the last 16 years and there has not been a single time where I have not been satisfied with the service they provide. They are very accommodating, the staff is always happy to help and very cordial when you drop and pick up your laundry. I recently moved out of Gig Harbor into Lakewood and still drive across the bridge to bring my laundry here. This is as good as it can be on customer service and quality. I would recommend this place without hesitancy

Fantastic dry cleaners! They have the warmth and customer service of a mom-and-pop store, and the services and efficiency of a large company. They even provide delivery! Friendly service, and personable. You always feel like they appreciate your business. They make going above and beyond seem like it's no effort. When they deliver our clothes they even leave dog biscuits on the front porch since they know we have dogs! Of course the friendly service wouldn't matter much if our items weren't cleaned properly, and Hi-Tech excels in this area as well. Everything is cleaned and pressed perfectly. I've been surprised when they're able to get out stains I thought would be permanent. They're fantastic, I could recommend them higher!

Always excellent service. 4 stars only because tailor should have measured both legs of pants and marked. One of my legs is a little shorter than the other. I should have thought of that as well. Good finish work though. No issues there.

So happy! I took a blouse in to be altered and the owner was so kind. She did say it would be expensive and changeling. When I picked it up and tried in at home I thought it was worth every penny and whom ever did the actual alteration was very patient and talented. I think she was the owner. This is consistently the best place in GH for dry cleaning and basic alterations. It's worth the drive, even when there are competitors much closer to you. I learned this the hard way with botched alterations and mutilated shirts at competitors. Hi-Tech has been A+ every time, and for over 10 years of my patronage.

I brought in a couple of kid dresses to get redone since they were a little too big. There was some miscommunication that happened along the way of what the cost would be. When I came to pick up, the charge was way more than quoted. The owner called me back and the issue was fixed. She was nice about the mix up and miss understanding and fixed the issue.
