Brought in a two piece suit and a white shirt to get pressed before an interview, was debating bringing it in at all since the last time I had to wear it I was only in it an hour or so. Got it back the day before my interview and there were big brown stains on the white shirt, at first they told me it was my fault and that the stains were there when i brought it in (they weren't, why would I wear an obviously stained white shirt with a suit), then it was sugar that was left on the shirt and so on. They offered no compensation and were no help at all. Won't be coming back here anymore.

I have taken my shirts to them on a few occasions and the staff has always been friendly. The work they do is of the highest quality. I have a yellow shirt that I have worn many times around my coworkers and this last time that the Glow Cleaners washed it, I received 3 compliments on the same day about how nice my shirt looked!

My mom got two graduation gowns dry cleaned there. She mentioned when she was picking them up that she was taking them to the high school to donate them and the lady that worked there said that they were free of charge. It was incredibly kind, you don't get care like that just anywhere.

I am handicap and this building is old and doesn't offer any accomidations. The owner was very rude, left me waiting for 10 minutes then when I complained she flipped told me to go somewhere else. Which I plan on doing from now on. Most alarming was the fact that Police officer uniforms was hanging there for anyone to steal. I know I started at them for 10 minutes.

Do NOT take your clothes here. The lady was extremely rude and they ripped my suit coat that was worn twice ($250 coat). She blamed it on Moths which I have never had anywhere in my house. I am an honest guy and I know that things happen but when you are a complete b*$#@ to your customers and don't take any responsiblity for your actions I get upset. The place is from the 70's so I'm sure that there equipment is outdated as well. Take your stuff to Mt. Vernon instead.

Great people, easy to drop off and pickup! Super clean clothes when I got them back and the pricing was reasonable. Dropped off pants, dress shirts and 2 suits.

Good place. No customer service to babysit the laundry and move it to the dryer, which I needed that day very badly. I was lucky that there was someone who was there "from the street", who may have been there to keep himself warm, who offered to do the job. I gave him some coins for the dryer. When I came back an hour later, my stuff was in the dryer, churning away. At the end I gave him $10 for his efforts to show that working may also be good to him and the community. Will it change his luck in getting a job? Don't know. The laundry place is relatively clean, but not first class. Everything is working well and there is a good supply of soap at the vending machine. Would I have the patience to sit and wait through the laundry cycle to be done? Maybe not there, as there is no WiFi.

Glow Cleaners is the best! Not only do they do a great job with our clothes, but they are just the nicest people ever. I actually look forward to stopping at the dry cleaners! They have been our dry cleaner for years. Never ever a problem.
