Prefer to give no stars. These ppl can't even afford to fix their stuff. Constantly having to wait for one of the few machines that do work. Used to be decent at the least a couple years ago. But now? Don't waste your time or money. Was once my fave, but now I'll never go back. Someone needs to buy this place that actually knows how to run a business.

Don't go here! We were traveling around E WA for the week and stopped here to do laundry. The attendant was unpleasant and seemed extremely put out that we were there. Lied to us saying someone locked the key in the bathroom but went to use it herself. Facility itself is trashed! Most of the machines don't work and the ones that do are unkept, dirty, and/or damaged. The dryer we used was damaged on the inside and destroyed some of our clothes. I've traveled across the US extensively and this place is hands down the worst laundromat I've ever been to.

The only place in town with furnace fed dryers that once they heart up will dry everything So fast for a fraction of the price of a standard electric Fed dryer. Just wish they had more super loader washers. And table top space for folding and stacking especially for customers like me that take everything in once a month for a family of 4and spend 8hours there doing laundry

I was suprised The regular size washer held as much clothes as it did, and a quarter for seven mins in the industrial size dryer is definitely a plus. ¢75 drys a load of laundry nicely. Prices for single boxes of soap and dryer sheets are affordable as well

Awful. Just awful. Non working machines that take your money. Machines that work don't work well. 1st dryer I used had no heat. 2nd dryer was so hot it scorched my clothes. Can't believe it's still in business.

Nice, but no outlets to charge devices. Was told beforehand it'd be ok to charge them, didn't think to look for outlets. Pretty inexpensive, only took about 3hrs or so to wash 3 big garbage bags of clothes. Several washers were out of commision tho. Will go back there again.

Run down and dirty. The majority of the machines do not work. The ones that do, don’t work well. This place in my opinion needs to tear existing building down and build a new one. We need laundromats in Moses Lake as RV living is big and growing in the area. They would make tons more money.

Did laundry here for over a year. (Now I have a washer/dryer) but it's always clean, and I never had to stop to get quarters. The only draw back is if you don't go early or late, you'll be waiting for a washer. They always have lots of out of order signs on the washers and dryers.

Mostly working equipment. Maintenance staff on site while I was there. Some nice large commercial machines for bulky stuff. Facility is attended.

Horrible, almost all machines are out of order, the Hispanic lady was RUDE and cared less about anything around her, pure laziness. Find another place to go, place is run down and in need of heavy remodeling.
