Very clean. Love the pre pay credit card system. Safe well lit and very well maintained. Machine prices are part for the course I suppose. But, there is NO public bathroom. This is very inconvenient, uncomfortable and v annoying while trying to get your laundry done.

Highly recommend! Great business, very friendly and helpful. Miraculously got out several stains in my white wool comforter that Stewart’s dry cleaner did not. Only $18 and it looks brand new. Thank you Libby! Will definitely go again.

My visit to the Eastgate Laundry was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a Laundry Mat. First of all, I was totally blown away with the facilities and how clean and we'll maintained it is kept. The experience starts in the parking lot as you arrive. The next awesome part was being greeted by staff that obviously cares and helps you navigate the equipment. To tell the truth, I hate doing my laundry in public. This place changes that experience! I'll be going back again next week. Thanks for helping me have a great week! Rob.

This place is a complete rip off. You have to spend $4 just to purchase a card because the machines will not accept quarters. That $4 isn't a credit to any machine either. I brought $10 worth of quarters thinking they're quarter machines and they're not. Just a waste of time and money. I wasn't the only person that put in money in exchange for quarters either. First and last time ever coming to this place. Also, the machines aren't that big and the biggest one is still $7.50.

Annoying that you have to buy a card and then load it with money to use these machines, but the owner has one next to harvest foods that doesn't require the card. She is very friendly and helpful... They have jumbo washing machine which is great.

Was a life saver when my washing machine stopped working and had to do laundry outside my home for the first time in over 20 years. It was very clean and the machines were great. Had to use cards to operate, but convenient, since you don't have to worry about having enough coins for the wash and dry. Using the machine to get cards was a little confusing but finally getting the right directions, everything was easy. Overall a good experience.

Being from out of town, we found a couple of "coin op" laundromats listed on Isaacs through a Google search. By the outside looks, we came back to this one. The sign outside clearly says "coin op". While I looked for a machine to use, my husband went to the change machine and got change only to find out this place uses a card system. We went back by the change machine and there was another one for the card with very poor instructions and on a Saturday there was no attendant there to help. We put in for $1 bills and the card dispensed and went to use it in a $3.75 washer and nothing would happen. Finally able to get help from another customer and were able to complete our laundry. Now stuck with this card and have to return to get our money returned so we can leave town and not be out $4 or more. The place itself was clean although they could have used a garbage can near the dryers. We would probably not go back to this place.

Wow!! This place is clean and sparkly!!! You can wash four loads at once or six loads in the big machines! That comes out to $1.25 per load!! The attendant was helpful and friendly!! You rock Bri!! If you have to wash away from home in Walla Walla, this is the place to do it!!

The machines were great. Couldn't use the restroom. It was locked. They advertise free WiFi, however it requires a password that is not available. Will go back up the street next time I need laundry facilities.

My washing machine went out and I was waiting on my landlady to repair/replace it. In the meantime I had dirty laundry that needed done and this washateria was closest to me. I never knew how expensive it is to not own a washing machine. 2 people who re-ware clothes (except heavily soiled or undergarments) cost $35 a week and don't be afraid to put the big dryer on high heat cause even then it didn't dry all the way and took a few spins. If your in a desperate situation, the washers look clean, they're are friendly people who helped me when I felt lost and confused. Good thing my unit was replaced before I essentially paid for the cost of a new one.

This place is a big, new, clean facility and I thought I'd give it a try for the sake of speed today. I went in and immediately was asked if I could be helped by what seemed to be... a salesperson? I said no because I have not needed help doing laundry since I reached adulthood. However, I shortly saw that the machines do not take money. They need a special card. I thought okaaaay, this is to make sure that you do your laundry here, but no big deal, I have quite a lot of washing to do so I went up to the machine with a $20 bill to start. I was unable to get the machine to take my $20, and the sales person approached me again and asked me if I had anything other than a 20; do I have 4 singles? When I said "..why?" I was informed that to get a card you must first pay $4 and that does not include any washing or drying time. Although the employee was extremely polite and gets an A-Plus for customer service, I took my laundry to wash elsewhere. They are basically charging you $4 for the privilege of washing your clothes at this laundromat. No thank you.
