Drove all the way out here and they closed when online says 9pm! So mad and only need to wash laundry and then dry them at home. Also why are young kids here doing the owners job Alone? Especially at this hour!!!

i’m rating this laundry mat 1 star because the dryers like you have to dry them with like 6 quarters just for them to dry fully. they lowered the dryer tempatures. my mother and i been here before, it did not take 6 quarters to dry our loads of clothes. the customer service is okay. and the lady who was working told my mother a customer told them “oh the dryers are too hot” and that’s why the dryers weren’t as hot as they should be.

If this place is a five-star, I'm terrified of what the local two-star laundromats must look like. That said, it's not bad. The machines are relatively new and clean, and the bathroom is present. The old vending machines with hand-lettered price signs are a nice touch. The folding tables are decent. This is, however, most emphatically not a five-star. There is no internet. The tiny seating area is not clean: sitting down would require you to do laundry all over again. The floors, similarly are not exactly clean. Eh, at least it smells alright.

Dumb rules says you can't just dry your clothes there. My dryer broke. Just needed to dry a few things. They made a big deal out of it. Won't be coming back here.

I used the drop off/pick up service for extra towels and bedding after a family holiday visit. I was very pleased with the service. Daniel is the best. I will use them again.

Don't go here anymore they changed there policy you can't just dry clothes there anymore you have to wash and dry at this location ripping off low encome family's when asked about why this was changed. The young Hispanic manager told us there machines pose a risk of fire to your clothes I'm not ever going there again if you think having dangerous equitment is acceptable and violating fire codes stay away

Never had to use a laundry mate before. This place is always VERY CLEAN. The owner is always tbere to help with needs. He has great customer service. Washer and dryer are very clean and they don't smell..

Love this laundromat. It's kept super clean and owner has great customer service. The washers and dryers work amazingly well. It's a peaceful place to get your laundry done and tables where you can fold. This morning I was greeted in the parking lot. The owner opened the door for me and when he noticed I had more he was kind enough to prop the door open and took my heaviest load which helped me out so much and then he held the door for me as I left. Never been to a laundromat I've truly liked until I found this one

I've been to a few laundromats between Snohomish and Kent and this is by far my favorite. Very clean facility and the washers and dryers are clean and don't smell. All machines are operating and efficient. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The best washing experience you could ask for.
