This place is good for putting your clothes for wash. They have good number of washers and dryers. I used the small washer and it costed me 3 USD for regular wash cycle and 25 cents more for extra wash cycle. Dryer costs 1 USD for 20 mins. I don't have a darci card (costs 2 USD) and the staff accept cash and load their card to start the washer/dryer. Overall i felt it was a good place. It is around startbucks/ fred meyer / chase bank and other food places. Ample of parking

The laundry service was great. Fast and friendly. Something to splurge on when you are short on time. The laundromat itself seemed clean and in good working order. I definitely will use this service again as a treat .

Our washer broke down and I had to find a place to do the week worth of laundry that had accumulated. I was dreading it, however I was pleasantly surprised how nice this place was. I am very inexperienced but Debby helped me every step of the way. Lovely people! It took me less than an hour and a half to wash and dry all 6 loads...

Staff is sweet if you wait your turn. Free Wi-Fi. Subsidized drying. Bathrooms, snack machines, and massage chair. Rolling baskets to help with loads from the parking lot. Cash only for payment card. Otherwise pay at the counter. Laundry service or self-serve. Huge machines for blankets and comforters. Best in the West.

Usually have an average experience. One time i got there at 825 (latest time to put in laundry is 830 as posted) and was told I couldn't put in laundry. I like the use of the Darcies card so I don't have to carry around quarters.

This is the second time we've been here because the washer in our apartment broke down. The lady here is really nice and helpful and she's always doing something but somehow always has time to help me. Both times I have been, first on a Friday night and now on a Monday night, it has been busy but not to busy that I don't get a washer right away. In and out in about an hour and reasonably priced.

This is a very clean laundromat with a helpful, friendly staff. There is a (very clean) restroom for customers and plenty of parking. Hungry? There are restaurants nearby. Forgot something? There is a grocery store next door!

The place was very clean. The lady was very helpful. I will definitely bring my comforters back again when they need washing. I was ready to pay $30 for one comforter at the cleaners when someone suggested this place. It only cost me $14 for two comforters.

I'm new to this area and this review is not really for their self-laundering, but for their Dry Cleaning services. The Dry Cleaning is not done at their Lynnwood facility, but they do take in clothes for Dry Cleaning elsewhere. I dropped off my daughter's prom dress for Dry Cleaning, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I returned about a week later to pick it up, and they claimed that I hadn't been there in 2 months. They showed me the date on their ticket, which did not match the date on mine; my ticket was clearly dated from the week before. They said they could not find the dress, but they wanted me to come back later and they said they would be sure to have it, then. A few days later I get a call, and they apologetically stated that they had found the dress and I could come and pick it up. Bottom Line: I think someone misappropriated the dress. I paid a lot of money for my daughter's prom dress, and I know that it probably caught someone's eye when I dropped it off. I feel their claim that I had waited two months to pick up the dress was merely a ruse to give them a reason for relocating it. It sounds convoluted, but I truly think that's what happened. Anyways, it was my first experience with using Dry Cleaners in the area, and I do realize that Darcies is primarily a Laundromat. Perhaps, if I were in desperate need of a place to launder my clothes, I would use their laundromat area, but I would recommend not taking expensive Dry Cleaning to Darcies. There are other Cleaners in the area which I will be utilizing in the future.

Dont spend any money here. They discriminate against gays. I was discriminated against with my boyfriend for loving on him and the manager comes straight up to us and says to calm it down we are in a public place and that we know what he means.. I really wanted to go off on him but held back....

Usually plenty of machines available. Be aware that they are not coin operated. You have to purchase a card with a chip in it and add value to it. No refunds. The facility is kept clean and there is a staff member on site to assist if needed.

Great location, I did laundry and was able to get a couple needed things next door at Fred Meyer. Washer and dryer size was awesome. Friendly and very helpful staff. No coins needed here, they have their own card you load with cash. Seating with at height tables made folding easy. Multiple tvs and vending machines with snacks.

I been going here for 4 months. Great service. I do drop off clothes about 80$ worth a month. 1.59 a pound. A little pricey. I just found lake city is .99 a pound big difference. I will give them shot. But if customer service is not great like Darcies , then I be back. Darcies is great.

The laundromat is clean and machines work. The main reason I did not give 5 stars is the inconvenience of not accepting a debit or credit card when trying to refill the Darcie's card. Sure they accept debit or credit at the front desk if you have the attendant start the machines for you, but that in itself is inconvenient to both the customer and the obviously busy attendant. For those who like self-service from start to finish, it would be nice to have the card loading system updated. Again, the place is clean and the machines are in good working order.

Great place. We always wash our sleeping bags here. They are very helpful if you want to do it yourself, picking out the right machines. They also are very professional and thorough if you want to drop your items off.

We recently went through a house fire. All our clothes smelled of smoke. These ladies took our clothes and washed, dried, and folded every article in 4 hours. Something that would have taken me days to do. I will never be able to repay them. They were the best.

Came in to wash a comforter, first time and last time here. Everything was fine until it was time to dry the comforter. I set the settings for a low heat tumble, walked away to do some shopping at Fred Meyer and when I came back someone switched the settings to high. Needless to say my comforter is ruined.

I came to do a load of laundry, simple. I got step by step personal service. I got educated in laundry (yes I needed to be educated I'm not full domesticated) I would highly recomend this place to anybody. It's especialy recomend ed for the un - domesticated.

Pickup Notification

I dropped off 80lbs of laundry and 3 comforters. Every single piece was carefully folded and arranged into 6 perfectly packed bags for pickup in one day. I was so happy with the service and quality of their work. I wish I could have them do it every week!! They folded everything so nice and neat, I couldn’t believe it. Super nice ladies in there too! I didn’t use the coin op stuff, but for drop off- WOW.

Very rude staff. Besides being very short and discourteous, she tried to double the price when we went to pick up our items because she apparently can't read her own pricing chart. Luckily the guy (owner?) Overruled her. Besides all that, the place is pricey. $38 to wash a mattress topper? I could buy a new one for that much.

Clean, great aroma in the air, no chemical smell or cleaner smell. The service was great, I did the drop off and pick up next day and wow am I impressed. I did this as an Emergancy when my washer failed just before leaving on a trip, and it was great. Will probably do this again as a time saver!

Clean place to do your laundry whether small loads or large loads. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Reasonably priced and also offers dry cleaning. The kids' play area is nothing to post about in spite of the pictures on their website. If you bring children make sure you count only on yourself and their personal toys from home to keep them occupied. The play area is filled with dry cleaning on racks and only 1 or 2 small toys and a couple of well lived books. Highly recommend if you need a laundromat.

The best.... Clean, and ran professionally....it's on a Fred Myers strip mall. Coffee, Resturants, Another grocery store across the street. While waiting for your clothes. They offer snacks. You won't be disappointed by no means.

Judging by the loud high-pitch whine during the spin cycle on several washing machines I suspect the bearings are going out on said machines. Noticed new little black grease streaks on a few of my shirts that previously had no such grease streaks while folding. Assuming they get that fixed soon I would say the place is an acceptable laundromat of average cost. A bit spartan though, personally felt the chairs were uncomfortable.

Of all the laundromats from 196th to North Everett I would rate them third best as they don't have enough machines, no parking because all the Fred Meyer shoppers have to park so close so they don't have to walk an extra 10 feet.

I washed my clothes at 6:30pm and the place was pretty much empty. At 7:30, I got an urgent problem so I called in to asked if I could come back and do the drying at 8pm. The lady who works there told me I couldnt leave my clothes longer than 15’ in the washing machine. She would charge me $3 extra. I told her I would come as soon as possible and get the drying done before 10pm before the place closed. She said NO. I was pretty upset about it. I would rather pay the extra fee and never come back here.

With a few loads of dirty clothes, and nothing clean to wear, I decided to visit Darcie’s because of the good reviews. And I was not disappointed! Mike and the rest of the crew are always helpful, kind and courteous. I have had Mike pick up truckloads of laundry with heavy blankets, sheet, towels, pillows and more. Mike is always fast with getting large amounts done, packaged and returned. I would recommend these folks to everyone both private and commercial.

Nice laundry facility. On site staff. Couple video games as a true laundry mat should have. Small are for my son to be entertained use the Darcie pay card to use machines, which I prefer over carrying coins. Plus pay with a 10$ or 20$ and get bonus cash.(as the picture shows.) Many machines of varying size. Now how to convince them to use Mac Google wallet. My one complaint is you must pay 2$ for the initial card. Otherwise great idea.

My other visits to this facility has been pleasant. I got my was started at 8:45pm and they talked to me about starting the wash that late. 8:45pm is the last wash as annotated on their website and I was here because my washer broke. Told them I had a functioning dryer. First wash got done at 9:05pm so was about to dry it for 20min then finish dry at home. They stopped me. They close at 10pm but would not let me dry for a short period indicating I was allowed to wash due to having a dryer at home. Then why have a closed time of 10pm? What a service?!

Very nice, very clean laundromat. An employee is always on site which is why this place doesn't have the vandalism and loiter loiterers that so many others do. I feel perfectly safe putting my stuff in a machine here and growing next door to Fred Meyer to browse.
