I've been comin here for past few months once a week. Today I went back in to change my laundry over to the dryers only to find someone else's clothes in the triple load washer i was using. I had to break up another load because only one triple was available. The woman working there came over to tell me she had emptied it and pointed to a rolling basket sitting unwatched full of my uniforms. The washer had not been finished for more then 5 minutes or so as i timed going back inside with my other 2 loads since the screen showing time was not functional. Had i left them there for long time I could see it, but again was left unwatched on a crowded laundromat. To saw i am livid that someone removed my belongings would be an understatement. I will not come back to this laundry mat again!

It's a pretty decent laundromat. Kid's area needs stuff, and a lot of machines are out of order. Sometimes the machines eat dollar coins or get them stuck. Love the vending machine though. Just wish I could watch better TV haha.

At least half the machines were out of order, and the ones that were not, were dirty and all are too expensive for one load. Bottom line, not worth your time!

I've only been here once so this may not be the norm but everything here seemed "well used" but functional for the most part. They have a very sparce children's area but that didn't stop some children from running amok, playing people things with no parent or staff in sight.

It would be great except there are very rude customers here. Today I watched a kid play with mu basket while parents blocked my machine. Other times customers bug me or take over my space. Others hog carts. And person on duty does nothing about rudeness.

I will never visit this place again the owner decided that she was going to tell me that my service animal wasn't welcome in there she approached me and told me they did not allow animals I told her that my standard poodle was a service dog she was sitting at my side like a good dog and she acted like I was lying to her she proceeded to ask me what service my dog does witch she is an alert Dog it was so rude I own a business in downtown Centralia and I could not believe the way that I was treated in there I was only there doing my business towels but I won't be back again

Ive had pretty good experiences here, the staff is friendly, and yes they do get busy times at peak hours or days so if you go there at those times its hard to find washers and dryers (same as everywhere else). But so long as you know the times you can generally find enough washers and dryers to get the job done (i take pretty good amounts of laundry). Prices are decent, better than most if your in the area and need laundry done i recommend this place.

The info online says closes at 8:30. It says nothing about “last wash” we pulled up at 7:35 only to have the apparent employee (owner?) yell very rudely that the last wash was at 7:00. I explained that I only wanted to wash 2 blankets and that I wasn’t drying . She repeated rudely “I said last wash was at 7:00!!” I won’t be back. You don’t need to talk to another human being like that. Take note: if you read other reviews she is taking up at least 2 parking spots with her SUV. Can’t see them being in business that long with that kind of attitude. I told her I would leave a good review and she spouted out you started it! I suggested to her that they should edit their times since it shows they close at 8:30 . Ridiculous

A lot of machines if they are all in service. 3.25 to wash, regular load, .25 for 6 min to dry with .50 minimum. Have large machines for comforters, blankets and sleeping bags.

Interesting place, you can listen to drug transactions, have someone push your laundry out from in front of the washer you are going to use, and be cussed at by someone who is mad because the place is crowded on a Sunday. I am a senior citizen, I have been here twice, I will drive out of my way to do laundry from now on since I am so uncomfortable here.

Well there isn't much to compare it to as far as laundromats go, but its solid. Best time to go is before noon on a Tuesday or Wednesday, during busy times (especially Saturday) it can be tough to find a machine.

Awesome powerful washers and dryers. A clean bathroom. Well lit, quiet. Outlets to recharge phones and free WiFi. Having to go to a laundromat is never incredibly pleasant, but this one does the best it can to be pleasant.

The young attendant was nice and he was helpful whenever I needed assistance with a machine or had questions. This laundromat has a TV, bathroom, couches, and vending machines which was convenient while I waited for the laundry. There were some weird crackheads walking around outside with a lamp in the dark searching everywhere for who knows what, so general activity to be expected anywhere on the west coast as rents continue to rise and the lower income people live in despair due to the utter failures of the politicians.

I don't like coming to this laundromat. Theres an older lady that works here and she is so rude to me an my kids. She has zero customer service skills. I suggest someone replace her. She absolutely has no reason to try an discipline my kids when they were doing nothing wrong by getting coffee.

I have been sitting outside this place since 715. It says they close at 830. I walked in and the guy says last wash at 7. Change ur damn times and signs or whatever before you waste more peoples time. F this place.

This laundromat is staffed and they keep it clean and are friendly and responsive when you need them.There are always machines available at least during morning and early afternoons when I tend to be in. Laundry is far from being my favorite chore but I am glad to have a clean safe place to bring it to when it has to be done.

Tori, I am sorry that you had a bad experience. We close at 8:30. That means that our employees need to close the laundry by 8:30. It is posted on the door that last wash is at 7:00pm. We have had people consistently say they are only washing to be able to wash and then they dry their clothes. The our employees are much later getting out and home to their families. We have had to get firm that even if you are only washing the last wash has to start by 7:00pm. When we come down at the end of the day we may sometimes take up two parking spaces but after 7:00pm all customers are already parked and since she had a lot of stuff to drop off at the laundry it was easier to take two spaces to be able to unload the SUV. We do not host the website, but we will see if we can add last wash at 7pm. Thank you for the suggestion.
