Nicest, cleanest laundromat I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of them. Coffee shop vibe, with nice professional attendants and free Wi-Fi. Comfy chairs to sit in and T-shirt folding devices to help you fold. Machines are very nice and work well. You can use quarters, a rechargeable card, or your credit card.

My wife and I have been traveling the country for over half a year in our converted Sprinter van and have been in countless laundromats. Brio Laundry is BY FAR the cleanest, nicest, and most premium laundromat we have been in. Staff is super kind, facilities are spotless, prices are fair, and location is perfect! Loved our quick stop here. Clothes came out great!

The staff is knowledgeable and will help in any laundry issue you may have. It is always clean and, welcoming - a very nice thing when dreading your laundry! The decor changes with the seasons - it reminds me of a classroom with new bulletin boards every new season! It is also very nice knowing the staff has been consistent and, not changing - it brings a real sense of professionalism and, courtesy to the customer. Yeah - I am so glad Q Laundry is here!!

They take ‘coin laundry’ to another level. Beautiful interiors, clean and bright. Thank you for adding brilliant green ferns all over the store to help with fresh air and a sense of comfort. Lisa was on duty when I stopped by, she has a lovely demeanor and was very helpful. This is the first laundromat I’ve been to where the employees really seemed to enjoy their jobs! Coin or credit cards accepted here to work the machines. Super large loads go for $7.25. I used 2 medium loads at $4.25 each. Large loads go for $7. Takes 25 minutes per cycle. Dryers are $0.25 for 5 minutes. If you have large, outdoor gear that needs to dry, there is a special corner for that. Brilliant. There’s plenty of washers and dryers and free parking out front. I liked the wash basins, not your typical dirty sink, but made of a repurposed pail. Looks inviting and clean. There’s even a bathroom for customers and free WiFi!

I have so many good things to say about Q Laundry! 1), thank you for moving my big huge fluffy comforter into the dryer for me -- No extra charge! 2), thank you for hanging my back pack to dry -- No extra charge! 3) Thank you for being RIGHT about it being only $2 to dry my king size fluffy comforter 4) I'm sorry about my skepticism! From my past experience, I thought for sure it would cost more than $10! 5) When I picked up my laundry at the end of the day, after dropping it off in the morning--the new employees on shift new exactly which laundry was mine and new the whole story! My first experience of its kind. This laundromat is like no other. Washing clothes at Brio makes washing clothes less daunting. No top load clothes washers here. Only high efficiency side load units. Cost per use range from around $6.50 to almost $9.00 per wash...ouch! But it is worth it. The atmosphere is relaxed and has a hint of a spa setting. Attendants are nice and helpful, plus everything works!

There is always a helpful attendant on the floor who will advise you about their eco-friendly products and the machines (with special settings for down, dog beds, athletic gear, wet suits, ect.). They have a drip dry area for your tents and other gear. Thank you, Brio!

It's a pretty, fancy, high tech, laundromat. Also laundry service (do it for you). It's a little pricey, but worth it, I think. When our washer died we used this place. Now we wash the big winter blanket etc. here.

WOW, wait until you see this place. They made a laundry look like a coffee house. You won't believe your eyes. I don't actually mind doing laundry here. The place has machines that send you text messages when it's done. You can use credit cards on any of the machines. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm very impressed with this location, it's a one of a kind find.

I came here today because the laundry in my country rental went on the fritz. Brio is a fine laundromat if there ever was one. A lady is here to help. I did one big load and 2 dryers. It took about an hour. Pretty painless. Oh and you don’t need quarters they have credit card pay option. I originally gave 5 stars until I left and the lady driving the laundry to go van hit the door of my 2018 Subaru Outback and left a ding in it. I actually watched her do it but it was raining so I only checked quickly. When I got home later I saw the darn ding. Parking is tight there watch you don’t get hit. And bc the woman working there did it, I say it could very well happen again.

I have a coin op washer and dryer for my apartment complex but those machines just don’t cut the mustard for my active clothes lifestyle. I looked up laundromats in the area and this place turned out the highest rated in greater Bellingham, and I now know why! Great service, clean facilities, WiFi, and my clothes always come out clean! They also have these washer and dryer machines that do both so you don’t have to move your clothes to the dryer when they’re done!!

I've been going to Brio since moving to a building with no laundry service. I recommend them highly! They are pretty pricey: I reckon I spend about $35 a month there (not counting my own laundry supplies). However, in return for that, they have a big space and there are always plenty of machines available despite the crowd. The machines are clean and in excellent working order. The place has a "chic" feeling which is incredible considering it's a laundromat. It's just an all-around friendly place. But the best part of Brio is its staff. They are always helpful and friendly. I always feel welcome there. Today, I unknowingly washed a load of laundry in a machine where somebody had left an ink pen. It stained several of my shirts (including two of my favorites), and Sarah, the attendant on duty, spent the better part of an hour treating the shirts. You can't ask for better service than that. (PSA: Check your machines before you use them! Even at home. I ALWAYS do that, except that today I wasn't feeling well from the heatwave and I just wanted to get the machines loaded so I could sit down and rest. Go figure; it's the first time I've ever had a pen in a machine.)

The washing machines are kind of on the spendy side but also high capacity. Like you'll spend $4+ to run one load but the machine will be big enough to handle a load that would break a home washer. The driers are priced fine. Also, it's a really nice place to sit and wait for your laundry.

Please stop using artificial fragrances and softeners, or at least limit it if you go here! All natural soaps coast the same and the make tide clear and free. you do not need to smell like the soap isle at Walmart. Nasty... I hope they get some signs for laundromat parking only cause the trader joes shoppers are stealing spots. This whole place smells like fabric softener with the artificial fragrances I’d really appreciate it if they could start wiping down things like door handles, and the handles to the machines with alcohol wipes—including the bathroom key. There seems to be a layer of that stuff on every thing you touch. Some of us do not want that stuff on or skin. Not everyone uses that stuff and some of us can’t do the synthetic dies and fragrances/softeners. It would be really rad if they could designate one or two washers as no artificial fragrances or dies. You have to have cash or buy their wash cards, and I know those card readers are capable of charging you exact amounts... bring cash or you’re gonna shell out dollars. I am glad this place is here but it makes me miss Spin Laundry Lounge in Portland where they have beer and pin ball available while washing. It’s close to it but missing that element I guess you only find in Portland. The bathroom should have a door code as well instead of key. People leave the door open and If you use it without the key someone can just walk in on you. Also bring head phones cause they play country music in here.

When our washer broke and we had to wait to get one delivered I spent a few weekends here and was pleasantly surprised. When I forgot soap they had it all, the place is big enough I didn't have to wait to do multiple loads on one machine and it went much faster than doing all my family's laundry at home. I really love this place. The staff is very kind and friendly. The first time I came here was two years ago and I had never been to a laundry mat and I was all scared. The woman who was working the counter got up from behind the counter, looked at all my stuff, told me exactly what to do and which detergent to use. It was awesome and very needed at the time. Now I come here anytime I need a big washer. Still have never thought any employee was close to rude. It's clean. There is comfortable seating. And designated parking. (this parking lot is terrible. Not their fault) you even get pita pit discounts!!!!

Update: I originally gave this place 5 stars, as it is a great laundromat (see review below). I had to downgrade the review due to the horrific parking situation, even in the middle of a weekday. There is literally no parking even remotely close to the front door or even far away at this point. Total chaos! It makes using this business way more difficult and stressful. Wow! What an awesome laundromat! I travel miles out of my way to wash my clothes here. It is very clean and well-cared for, with a friendly and professional staff. Rarely are machines broken and they take quarters or debit/credit cards. Other patrons are generally respectful and you don’t see trash everywhere. There is an attendant always on duty. Clean restroom for patron use as well. The one thing I would suggest is to somehow address the insane parking situation. The laundromat itself only has a few spots, which are often taken by people visiting the plant nursery across the street. The rest of the plaza is taken over by the massive Trader Joe hoards. Please expand parking! Otherwise, great job Brio!
