Worst laundromat in town. Only reason it is still in business must be because it's the only laundromat in town. Always problems with their 1980's machines. Force you to use their scam card to do anything. ATM never works. Terrible customer service.

Just left this place there definitely a better laundrymat in Shelton by the Dmv wash my clothes for 5:50 use the big dryer to dry which I always do at Shelton $6 here and my pants and everything did not get dry over in Shelton it only takes me $2 to dry will not be back to this laundromat ever again

My husband & I were there on Saturday to use the dryers. We were impressed on how clean the Laundromat was. Carol was on duty and helped us. She was kind and made us feel like we went to her house to dry our clothes.. We will defiantly use Belfair Laundry in the future!

So the lady on duty this morning acted "put out" by me when I inquired about how to purchase a card (costs $4 before you load money to do your wash), snapped at me,when I couldn't close the washer door,and then when the dryer broke, she did not speak to me. She grabbed my clothes out and put them in a working dryer and walked away. No apology, no explanation. She never even told me how may mins she put on the dryer. Bad day? Or bad attitude? If you dont like your job, find a new one. Cold, rude, indignant. Nice facility but I won't be back.

Need to buy a $4 card to use machines. Kind of highway robbery. Pay $4 to then add money to do laundry. Cost up to $3 to wash and at least $3 to dry heavy clothes $4 so looking at $7 to do 1 load. Seems pretty expensive.

The employees do my wash for me and they do a great job always nice to me. Its a clean laundrymat has a unisex 4 restroom as well and a car wash.

It needs investment in repairs on the structural and in appliances. Washers and dryers are broken, product dispenser is broken. Workers are friendly and helpful, but the occasional wondering hillbilly crackhead tries to hang out and beg for money. Owners have lost interest in their business and need to reinvest in it.

You have to buy a $4 chip reader card and put money on it. All I needed to do was dry one load of laundry for 75 cents. But none of the machines accept coins.

Sign says last wash at 8:30 pm. I arrived at 8:15 and the lady "working" says I can't wash my clothes because she closes at 10pm. Seriously?!? This place is ALWAYS dirty and several machines are broken. Too bad it's the only place in town.

It's a joke. The card is $5, then you put a balance on it. My clothes were over $11 for 2 loads in the dryers and it didnt dry them. Over an hour and each load was still damp. I cashed out my balance and the $5 card they took and will resell for $5. Attendants I'm sure get their a$$ chewed a lot for this b.s. but they have a bad attitude too. This place sucks! Over $23 and two hours later and my laundry is still damp. They respond on google with defensiveness and have attitude in-person. The 20 minute drive to ANY OTHER LAUNDROMAT IS WORTH IT.

I can't believe how expensive it is!!! I had to buy a $4 card to load money for the machines. I had a small load of laundry. I washed it for $2.75. I paid $6 to dry it (The dryer will deduct the money from your card but only adds 10 minutes to the drying time about 50% of the time. The attendant doesn't care. I discovered that the crappy washer only washed about 25% of my small load of clothes. I now have to rewash my clothes. So I had to split my load into 2 washers, another $5.50. I then discovered after waiting 35 minutes for the wash to get done, that one only one of the washers ran even though it once again deducted money from my card. So thats another 35 minutes to waiting for the machine and another $2.75 to wash. After that was done, I had to spend another $6 to dry my clothes. In conclusion, if you feel like paying $27 and 5 hours to do a small load of laundry... This is the place for you.

This place is great. Eric, the attendant helped me figure out which machines to use for my king size comforter and mattress pads. It is clean and bright. You do NOT have to buy a card. The attendant will use theirs and you pay them cash. I almost did not come due to others reviews. Highly recommend!

Pretty much the only game in town unless you want to go into Bremerton or south to Shelton. Could definitely have better working equipment and be a little cleaner, but overall does the job. The card system can be a little confusing - basically, if you show up during normal business hours, there is a lady there that will start the machines for you and you don't have to buy the card for $4, you can just pay for the loads you need directly. If you are there after-hours, your only option is to buy a card.

Great customer service and for those that complain about buying a card you really do not have to. You can pay the employee's and they would happily start the washers and dryers for you. If you come after 5 pm and have to buy a card and put money on it if there is left over cash they will buy it out. I have been to many laundromats here in Washington and they are all about the same price.
