Clean, no-nonsense laundry with a great discount program if you can get in early. The machines are better than my apartment coin-ops, and they chose Speed Queen (thankably) whose app includes a rewards program for the local (or traveling) regular. They even give charitable free service on Tuesday bia an local church... Making for a top-notch laundry with alterations and dry-clean right next door. Arlington seems to think of everything lately.

Way over priced, over $40 to do 5 loads. The dryers are take entirely too long to dry. 15 mins per $1 and take $3 to dry 1 load. On top of that, no bathroom. You are supposed to email someone for a code. No paper towels or sink available. I spilled a little bleach and had no way to wipe up or rinse my hands. I noticed others had spilled various soaps, powders and all of that is left on the machines since there's nothing available to wipe it up with. It's too hot and stuff as well. A glass cube with no air flow. Needless to say I'll never go back there. 10 minutes away in Mount Vernon is a much better laundromat. At least half the price.

Place is expensive no bathroom unless sign up for it by then u pee ur pants! closes early all the time no outlets to charge phones while waiting!

I've been living in our RV for the last 3 months, so I'm getting to know the local laudromats in a fearce way. I like this one although it's small; 12 dryers (2 different sizes), 12 washers (3 different sizes). It's more expensive than the other one I found that I like, which made me ponder; there were a lot of older people there today and this can't be budget friendly for them at all. Pros; Clean, newer machines, machines actually take gold dollars so I don't have to stand there and feed it quarters until I go insane. Dryers got good and hot and I am satisfied on the job it did. Lower rates if you get there at 6am, but unfortunately I'll probably never get there that early. Cons; Pricey, keypad on the restroom, although I didn't have to go. No where, NOT A SINGLE ONE; was there an outlet so I could plug in my phone. So it went dead long before I got out of there and I missed several calls. NOT a good thing, just this alone, keeps me from making this my #1 pick. But it beats several others I've reviewed.

They never answer their phones. You have to get the code for the restroom from them but they dont answer their phones. So you're left to do the peepee dance.

Nice place. No attendant here if you have questions. Pretty clean. Big washers and dryers. No small washers for small loads though.

I've definitely been in worse laundromats. It's relatively clean, you can watch TV while you wait. But the machines are expensive, you have to register with the owner to get access to the bathroom, which with all the smackheads in the area looking for a place to shoot up, I can understand, but it's incredibly inconvenient to do so, and on top of everything, THERE ARE ANTS EVERYWHERE!

The only thing I agree on with people and their reviews is that it is expensive .. To expensive compared to other laundromats in the area. However they do have special lower rates on some machines during designated hours. That helps with the cost.... That being said this is the only one I'll use. I like having a code for the bathroom. Before they added that someone would lock themselves in there forever and who would want to use it after knowing what they were doing? Not me Place is very clean, nice TV.. I've never seen ants... If they're there oh well...I haven't seen them close early... Unless people want later hours? Being able to come in before 10pm on a Sunday night works out great for me. I'm a huge advocate for supporting my local businesses so I'm happy to come here as long as I can as the place stays clean, drug free keeping their lower rate during specific times... (Though really hoping they lower their prices) and all in all friendly service when needed. Keep up the good work!

What can I say it was laundry lol ! However I noticed the last thurs of every month is a price break of i think 50 % on machines . And also that homeless is permitted to do one small personal load a week free .

I have been coming here on and off for about a yr. the machines are kept in good working order. Very seldom do you see an out of order. The cleaning crew on the other hand, needs to be taught on how to clean.
