First time and last time, My daughter dropped off 16 shirts and 1 pair of pants on Monday afternoon. She was told they would be ready next Monday. Okay, a week seems long but this is a smaller town so no big deal. The first surprise was when we picked up the clothes and it was $68. The disappointment was when I got home and could see what a bad job they had done. Most shirts were wrinkled and the collars were poorly ironed. Most were crooked. They all looked sloppy.

Little pricey, dryers dont get hot enough. The place was clean and well lit.

Terrible. They fold so you can't see what they missed at pickup then take no responsibility later. If you choose to use this business inspect your items before you leave.

I needed to have my suit and several sets of work clothes pressed. Allen's cleaners pressed all my items. While pressing a pair of pants, the hem came undone. This did not surprise me as I have accidentally ripped several hems out. Allen's Cleaners fixed the hem for free. I will give them repeat business.

My suit was cleaned beautifully for $15 in three days. They were careful to show me the results and confirm the slacks were included with the jacket. I'd say that's reliable service at a reasonable price.

We consider this the best dry cleaners we’ve ever encountered anywhere, not just in Poulsbo or the peninsula. We love working wirh Mimi and the care she gives our clothes (and us as customers). I am a notorious spiller so my clothes nearly always have stains and she finds every one of them and takes care of it, with great expertise and a smile. Now THAT is service.
