Clean, brightly lit, and well maintained facility with lots of washers/dryers of multiple sizes, including super high capacity. Machines take both/either coin or card, vending machines are available and well stocked with drinks, snacks, detergent, dryer sheets, fabric softener, and oxyclean. Change machines also available. They even have accessories available like laundry bags, hangers and lint rollers. Drop off service and alteration services too. Definitely the place to go for laundry!

Ive not been to this laundry mat for as i have called a few times was trying to get their hours of opperation and every time i called someone answered but would not talk... So thats all i got to say here!! Poor comunication skills

Good place, reasonable pricing on high capacity to super high capacity machines. Clean and comfortable waiting areas. They should have more machines though, there was almost a two people wait for some of them. Overall, good place to go if you get there early.

Washers don't wring out waher well. Not enough dryers. Owners argue with you when you tell them laundry is too wet. Think they do it on purpose to get more money in dryers. Last time I was there it was busy with customers and there employee was using many of the dryers. Uggh. Had to wait just to dry.

The owner is nice, there is some language barriers but he tries and other than some expected wear and tear on the machines or vending machine malfunction (happened once to me) this is my go to place. We try not to use the bathroom ever due to transients and the occasional homeless person that use it daily however the owner or whoever is on schedule is always moving and cleaning up after people and rotating finished laundry to keeps Things moving.

It’s hard to find a laundromat these days but this one is clean and has machines that take quarters or credit card. There is a change machine and a detergent vending machine.

Clean parking is good it takes a debit card not just quarters a lot of machines not usually too busy there is a staff member there a TV a table candy machine soda machine the dollar store next door and many places to eat

I rated this 2/5 due to the cleanliness. It’s a tad dirty but what laundromats aren’t? The staff was a tad rude but it got the job done. Would I recommend this place? Sure—if you need to get your laundry done and this is the closest place. Get in and get out and get your stuff done.

WARNING...this place sucks and their owner is rude! Machine ate my quarters and they called me a liar! This is the worst interpretation of customer service ever and it also feels kind of skeevy...like it breeds germs.

Lots of washer and dryer machines, from double-load on up to your-whole-closet size, priced accordingly. Clean, although seems to have a regular group of homeless that hang out in the front and come around begging for change.

Cleanest laundromat around. The owner was constantly cleaning the whole time. Also cleared dryer vents. Some washers/dryers take credit cards. Language barrier with owner may make him seem rude to customers but he was quite friendly with us. Obviously if you show up at 8:30pm with laundry to do, he will send you away because they close at 9:00pm. Saw one family come in just after 8:00pm and (before sending them away) they promised to wash only. He was cool with that. He just wants to go home at the end of the day like everyone else. Recommended!

Been there twice, owner refuses to acknowledge English if you complain about anything. Methhead people in the parking lot while you wait. I kept the pistol chambered while waiting for my clothes to be washed and dried.

I will never go back! Their machines EAT quarters then they ACCUSE you of lying about it. I spent $50 doing laundry. This was very offensive. I DONOT RECOMMEND

Good place, reasonable pricing on high capacity to super high capacity machines. Can do 2 regular loads plus bedding in one of their $6 washers and dry for another $2, in about an hour and a half. Have been here a few times and never had any issues. Clean and comfortable waiting areas. Sketchy neighborhood and people outside is all.

It's good but the prices are too high.. for small machine 3$ and after 4.50 , 6.25 , 8.25 and the biggest one is 10$ last year was cheaper but they are changing the prices every time

I have been using this place for years. Spent hundreds of dollars at this place! Never had a problem. Last night I went and the worker there was an older gentlemen who had some communication problems. I was down to the wire on time to finish but I had no choice my machine died and my family work clothes needed to be washed. I know how to run a machine. And this old man the worker for the place comes right up into my bubble and starts choosing the settings for me. I tell him thank you but I know how to work the machines. And I changed it back. He ignores me and then proceeded to change the settings. I just had to stand my ground and tell him I have been working these machines for years and know what I am doing. Seriously I don't wash my clothes in cold water! He then stands next to me and starts to stare at how much soap I am putting into the machine. So I am a little irritated at this point but I let it go. I have to much to do to worry about this aggressive dude. Next I had a small load of dress shirts so I threw them into a smaller machine. All the machines take a credit card except the small ones. So I needed to get quarters. They charged me a dollar to give me paper money that I then had to go put into the change machine. I have always just brought quarters before so I didn't realize not all the machines took card. Just a little heads up for you all who choose to or have no other choice then to use this place. He then proceeded to mopping the floor the whole time. He mopped over my foot! One of the machines was leaking and he just pushed the water around the floor from it. That is a big yuck from me! What if those people were sick? He was very aggressive with people. He took one woman's clothes and threw them into the dryer as she was standing there putting her stuff in. He yelled at a couple for trying to dry their stuff. There was 30 minutes left until closing and he was right up in their faces and was yelling at them. They still had clothes in the washing machine. He could have let them throw their stuff in for 30 minutes! My stuff finished in the dryer. and some of my stuff was still a little damp. Because those machines do NOT spin cycling them enough. I needed to separate the dry from the wet so I could line dry my stuff at home. It was just a few minutes past closing and all my stuff was out of the dryer unlike the 10 other peoples stuff. This old man walks over to me and shoo's me with his hands and angrily looks at me and says get out. Are you kidding me? I was throwing my stuff into bags! Just about to leave! I told him to stop. I am bagging my stuff right now and out the door. And that I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place. I wasn't standing there folding my clothes! He stood there and stared at me. I was bagging my stuff up. Hovering over me like he could make me move faster. So I shooed him back and said leave me alone I am leaving now! And Ill NEVER BE BACK! He said okay. I told him ill be leaving a review for him. He said okay I am not the owner I just work here. So okay then, Owners listen up! Lost business! And a review because your employee has 0 respect. I am just disgusted over this mans behavior. I was 5 minutes past closing and heading out the door. Terrible experience and I regret ever spending money at this place! Put a last load in rule! last load at 7 pm! That will keep your employees happy. Because its very obvious he is dissatisfied.

Until I came to this location, I did not know I could love a laundromat!! I live in Capitol Hill. When I have time, I drive all the way to Bothell, just to do my laundry. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know....

Horrible, sorry that I have to give one star, they really deserve zero. Came in at 8:20 to wash and dry, perhaps my timing was bad but ordinarily laundromats post last load times so you can guage whether to start or try another day, "Not here!" Around 8:55 the older man in the pair of employees came over to my machines, looked at each timer, stood in front of me, look down his nose at me, and said "why you wait so late, we closed." I had no words but I did and asked him why he wouldn't say anything before we started washing and of course he didn't have an intelligible response. With about five minutes left on my wash I went over to the desk where the two men were sitting (undoubtedly talking sh** about me) and asked if I would be able to dry my clothes. To which they responded that they were just employees and if I wanted them to stay I would have to pay an extra hourly rate of 26 dollars ($13.00 a peice) per hour. That rate didn't include the dryer fees. As a business owner I would never wish any owner ill but I sincerely hope they are forced to sell or close their doors. And don't be fooled they understand English just fine.

I drop off my comforters there and the owner cleans them really good. They are full of cat and dog hair when I drop them off and when I pick them up no hair on them at all. They have done a better job then the other places I have taken them. The price and 30 minute drive is worth it.

Really bad service guy made my girlfriend and I feel uncomfortable and wouldn't leave us alone about how to laid our washer touching our clothes. Never go here super expensive too.
