Earlier on today my husband and I was about to post a review and give them a 5 star. This is I think our 4th time using them. The clothes was always neatly packed etc. and delivered to the hotel the same day as dropped off. My husband was so impressed with their service he even recommended them to the Hilton Garden Suites. This time he took our laundry in, had a pleasant conversation with the woman he asked that it be delivered again, then we get a phone call from another woman to come and pick up our laundry, the woman on the phone said she does not know what to do with it. We had to leave what we were doing come back over here to pick it up and drop it off at the hotel because we needed the trunk space. Very, very, very disappointing. We used them because we didn’t want to worry about picking it up.

I contacted them early this week as my washer broke and I would have to wait to be able to do laundry. They actually did same day service and everything smells and looks very clean. Packaged very well and left at my door when I cam home from work. Typically, they do pick up and delivery next day. I appreciate this so much! Only 21$, you really cant beat it. Thank you!!!

While my husband and I were multitasking this morning (He was going to DMV , I was getting things in car ready for laundry) a lady opens the door and starts screaming at him about us parking in a parking spot on the side of the establishment. Very unprofessional. To make matters worse another lady who works there pulls up beside us in the laundry shops company car and starts cursing at him as well. He comes over me while I'm sorting things and tell me to move car. I moved car. Needless to say they lost a big customer. As I just moved into the neighborhood and have a big family. Their rudeness and assumptions lost a big account. I will not recommend anyone using them as my first impressions of them have lost any business from my family

Excellent service! Put your laundry in a bag out front and they will pick up, wash, dry, fold, and delivery it back!

Convenient and good service. For $3 extra, they provided hotel service which was same day service and delivery to the Courtyard Williamsburg. Clothes smelled great and very nicely folded.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE We Do it 4 U Laundry Services!!! We have a family of 5, and have been utilizing their services for the last 3 months. They are Courteous, Extremely Prompt, VERY Affordable and their Wash -n - Fold Service is Excellent!! They make it so easy, along the lines of, "It's almost too good to be true"!!! All of our laundry is Picked up (usually on a Monday) the Same day that I text and ask for a pick-up, and it is brought back ALL Clean, Perfectly Folded (Everytime), Sorted, Stacked in Small Stacks, Socks are Matched/Together, and Everything is all Neatly, Wrapped in saran wrap!!! - ALL THE VERY NEXT DAY!!! They are The BEST! You will NOT be disappointed, You can Trust them to take GREAT care of All your Clothing. We will be Forever Returning Customers!

We Do it Laundry is the best service hands down!!! I have used a few laundry services in the past and they never supplied a bag or wrapped the clothing items. The prices are also reasonable. This company picks up promptly from my Newport News location shortly after I message them, and the turn around is very quick. Initially, I started using them for special individuals needing assistance with their laundry, and now I use them for my event linen, and thrift store donations. They are very trustworthy! Whatever they find attached or in the clothing such as belts, they return. I highly recommend them for any of your laundry needs.
